Today’s episode starts with Armaan receiving a call from Miara’s principal and wondering why her principal is calling him.Suddenly his foot slips and he almost falls to the floor. The call accidentally gets answered and Miara is on the line. Everyone becomes shocked because they feel that Miara might see Abhira in the house.
However Miara does not see Abhira and instead asks why Kaveri has been brought home from the hospital so suddenly. Armaan explains that the doctor said Kaveri would recover faster at home. Armaan then asks Miara why she is calling from the principal’s phone and whether everything is alright. Miara says everything is fine and the principal gave her the phone so she could talk to Kaveri. She tells him not to worry.
Miara then asks why he seems upset and whether he is not happy that Kaveri has returned home. Armaan lies and says that he is very happy. Miara also asks whether the doctors told him why Kaveri’s health suddenly worsened. Armaan replies that Kaveri is getting old and she often has blood pressure issues. Miara tells him to take proper care of Kaveri adding that during the hospital stay Kaveri was saying strange things under the effect of medicines.
Miara suggests that they should call someone who can take care of Kaveri 24 hours a day. Armaan says he will talk later and cuts the call.
Armaan’s Inner Conflict
After the call ends Armaan thinks about how he could never tell Miara the truth. He reflects that after leaving her eight years ago Abhira only sent custody papers as a formality but now she has suddenly come back and is even fighting everyone to stay here for Kaveri.
Vidya Worries About Miara Seeing Abhira
Vidya angrily says that Abhira suddenly returned to the house without thinking about Miara. She says that Abhira never became a good mother and at least now she should think about Miara’s well-being.
Vidya adds that Miara will come home and if she sees Abhira there it will create a huge problem. Madhav interrupts and says they should worry about tomorrow later and right now their focus should be Kaveri’s health.
Armaan Refuses Abhira’s Help
Abhira sees Armaan taking care of Kaveri in the room. She tells him that she had already done all these things earlier. Armaan coldly replies that he doesn’t care and that he cannot trust an outsider with Kaveri’s care. He says he will take care of Kaveri in his own way.
Family Doubts Abhira’s Intentions
Meanwhile the family begins discussing Abhira’s sudden return after eight years.
Sanjay says no one returns suddenly after eight years without a reason and Abhira must have some hidden motive. Manisha wonders if Abhira might have genuinely come back for Kaveri.
Krish says Abhira did not even take long to return to the Poddar house suggesting something suspicious. Tanya defends Abhira and says it took courage for her to return to the house after so many years yet everyone is doubting her intentions. Kajal says Abhira must have been waiting for an opportunity to return and Kaveri’s illness has given her that chance like a lottery.
Madhav Defends Abhira
Hearing all this Madhav becomes angry. He says their thinking only shows their own selfishness and greed. They are wearing glasses of prejudice and therefore seeing Abhira in the same negative way. Manoj adds that if this were the old Abhira he would also have defended her but eight years can change people and maybe Abhira has changed too.
Madhav replies that everyone has already built a wall of judgment against Abhira and he has no interest in banging his head against that wall. He leaves in anger.
Kajal Warns Vidya
Kajal later goes to Vidya and warns her that she must remove Abhira from the house as soon as possible. She says that if Armaan learns the truth it will not be Abhira who leaves the house but Vidya instead.
Krish and Meher’s Secret Deal
Krish demands money from Meher in exchange for information about Abhira’s return. Meher becomes furious and grabs Krish by the neck warning him that if he is loyal to her he should remain silent. She tells him that informants are paid only when they bring useful information. Meher then snatches Krish’s phone and sees an old photo of Armaan and Abhira together. She says Armaan doesn’t want Abhira back in his life.
Krish reveals that Abhira has already returned to the Poddar house. Meher is shocked. She declares that even if Abhira has returned she will never let her stay there. She vows to separate Abhira from Armaan his house and his life and demands Krish’s help.
Vidya Secretly Causes the Oxygen Problem
Later Abhira takes care of Kaveri in the room when Vidya enters. While walking Vidya’s foot gets caught in a wire causing the oxygen machine’s plug to come out of the board. Vidya didn’t notice it and leaves quietly.
Soon Abhira notices that Kaveri’s condition is getting worse and panics. She wonders how the oxygen machine suddenly stopped working. At that moment Armaan enters and plugs the oxygen wire back into the board restoring the supply. Abhira feels relieved that Kaveri is safe.
Armaan Blames Abhira
Instead of thanking her Armaan angrily says Abhira came to take care of Kaveri yet this is how she does it. He accuses her of negligence saying this is not the first time she has endangered someone’s life. He even says that maybe she intentionally removed the oxygen wire. Armaan says that if he had not arrived at the right moment something terrible could have happened. He angrily drags Abhira out of the room.
Vidya pretends innocence and says perhaps her foot had touched something but Abhira did not notice anything.
Madhav Confronts Armaan
Madhav stops Armaan and tells him to leave Abhira’s hand. Armaan insists that Abhira made a serious mistake and that Kaveri almost stopped breathing because of her carelessness.
Manisha says that Abhira’s presence is creating too much stress in the house and perhaps she should go back. Sanjay adds that if someone made such a careless mistake with Kaveri he would never stay silent. Abhira firmly says that if anyone puts false accusations on her she will not remain silent either.
Suspicion Falls on Vidya
Madhav then asks Vidya because she was also near Kaveri’s room. He asks whether she trusts Abhira or not. Vidya replies that she had gone to Kaveri’s room because she did not trust Abhira but she was not there at that moment.
Armaan quickly defends Vidya and says no one should accuse her falsely. This leads to a heated argument between Madhav and Armaan. Madhav says Armaan is always waiting for a chance to speak against Abhira and spread bitterness.
Meanwhile Manisha is walking restlessly in her room. Manoj asks what happened. Manisha reveals that Aryan has called and he is returning home tonight. Not only that he is bringing his girlfriend with him to introduce her to the family.
Manisha worries because the house is already full of tension due to Abhira’s return and now Aryan’s sudden announcement will create even more complications. Manoj tries to calm her and says they will manage everything together. However, Manisha says Aryan has already made all the decisions himself leaving nothing for the family to manage.bShe also says her sixth sense is telling her that Aryan’s return will bring new problems.
Abhira Breaks Down
Abhira becomes emotional and says if such a big mistake had really happened because of her she would never forgive herself. She declares that she will not leave Kaveri’s side.
She admits that Armaan’s accusations hurt her but her intentions were never wrong.
Vidya’s Guilt and Secret Plan
Vidya watches Abhira and feels guilty because the oxygen wire actually came out because of her. She promises herself that such a mistake will never happen again. But then she decides not to confess the truth in front of everyone. She believes that as long as Abhira stays in the house there is a risk that the truth of the past will come out.
Vidya thinks that Armaan will never understand that Armaan was destroyed because of what happened eight years ago and Armaan still considers Abhira responsible for everything.
Just then Vidya receives a message from Meher asking to meet urgently.
Kaveri Regains Consciousness
Kaveri finally regains consciousness and sees Abhira beside her. She thanks Abhira for coming back and says she feels strange. Abhira tells her that everyone had been waiting for her to wake up. She feeds Kaveri and reads poetry from a book to comfort her.
While reading the book slips from Abhira’s hand but Armaan suddenly arrives and catches it before it falls.
Precap: Vidya accuses Abhira of returning to trap Armaan in her love again. She insists that Armaan will not fall into her trap this time.
However Armaan shocks everyone by taking a stand for Abhira and tells Vidya that she should apologize to Abhira. Vidya is left completely stunned.
