Today’s episode begins with Husna bringing a glass of juice for Seher. Seher is surprised that Husna personally brought the drink to her. Husna sarcastically says that even when she scolds Seher she still considers her bad and now when she brought juice for her Seher is still doubting her intentions.
Husna asks Seher to drink the juice explaining that it is part of a ritual. Seher hesitates Husna sarcastically say has not added poison to it. Despite her suspicion Seher finally drinks the juice. Husna then insists that Seher should finish the entire glass. While drinking Seher notices Husna smiling strangely while watching her. Seher thinks that this is the right moment to question Husna about Gazala since Husna always claims that she loved Mahid deeply. Husna encourages her to ask whatever she wants. However Seher pretends that she has nothing to ask.
Husna then says that Gazala left her when she was very young. Seher becomes curious and asks what Mahid’s mother was really like.
Mahid Fears
Meanwhile Usman speaks to Mahid. He says that this time he wants Mahid to present his thoughts and ideas in front of the entire community. Usman explains that the responsibility of a Mufti is not just about ruling but about guiding the community solving their problems and showing them the right religious path. He wants people to see the qualities of the man who will carry such a huge responsibility. Usman hopes that Mahid succeeds in every test of life.
Mahid admits that he is not confident that he can repay such a huge responsibility. He says that he has many flaws and he is aware of them. Mahid wonders why Usman chose him as the future Mufti when Wasim is always with him and has already learned everything required for the position. Usman replies that a true leader is someone who can differentiate between truth and lies and deliver fair judgments without bias. He believes that Mahid can serve the community without being influenced by greed or selfish motives.
Usman says that these qualities are exactly what he sees in Mahid. However Mahid confesses that sometimes he fears that his past may destroy his present.
Husna Spreads Lies About Gazala
Meanwhile, Husna thinks that she doesn’t want to talk about Gazala but Seher will not drink the juice unless she hears something. So Husna decides to manipulate the situation. Husna claims that Gazala was a stain on the family that could never be erased. She says that Gazala loved Mahid very much.
Seher asks why Gazala was like that. Husna responds that Gazala was a rebellious woman who went against old traditions. Seher assumes that maybe Gazala was unhappy in that house. Husna says that Gazala lacked nothing in that house she had respect and status but she was never satisfied. Gazala was unhappy until her husband was alive. After his death she allegedly started an affair and even planned to run away. Husna adds that such secrets cannot remain hidden forever. When her affair was exposed in front of everyone Gazala felt ashamed and eventually committed suicide.
Husna then asks Seher if she is satisfied after hearing the story and whether she will finally finish the juice. Seher drinks the remaining juice.
Usman Wants Mahid Represent The Legacy
Usman tells Mahid that his speech should represent the legacy of the Niyazi family.
He wants every word spoken by Mahid to leave a deep impact on the hearts of the people. Mahid assures him that he will try his best to meet his expectations. Usman then embraces Mahid emotionally.
Parvez Threatens Kausar
Later Parvez gives a death certificate to Kausar. He coldly tells her that this is the death certificate of her second child. Parvez warns Kausar that if she ever mentions that child again inside Niyazi Manzil he will not spare her.
Kausar becomes heartbroken and emotional.
Mahid Gets Clues About the Attack
Meanwhile Mahid contacts the police to ask about the progress of the investigation. The police send him a sketch of the woman who tried to attack him and ask if she is the same person.
Mahid confirms that she is indeed the same woman. He says that it is important for him to know what her motive was.
Kausar Begins To Doubt Parvez
Later Kausar lovingly touches her child’s clothes and thinks that if her daughter Munira were alive today she would be around 15 years old. She becomes emotional while holding the death certificate.
While examining it carefully Kausar realizes that the document does not look 15 years old. Something feels suspicious to her. She remembers that during her pregnancy Parvez confidently claimed that she would give birth to a son. Kausar wonders how Parvez could have been so sure about the baby’s gender. She recalls that Parvez once mentioned keeping a detailed record of all her expenses in a file.
Kausar checks the file and discovers that she gave birth to her second child at City Hospital where Farid currently works. This discovery gives Kausar hope that she might finally uncover the truth.
Seher Fails to Wake Up
Later, Mahid wakes up after hearing the alarm. He tries to wake Sehe but she does not respond. He repeatedly tries to wake her but she remains unconscious.
Meanwhile a servant informs Husna that food items have been placed in Seher’s room and asks how they will start the Sehri preparations. Husna begins complaining about Seher saying that she has not come for Sehri Mahid finally splashes water on Seher’s face to wake her up. He tells her that she is getting late. Seher asks why he did not wake her earlier.
Husna suggests that Nazima can quickly cook something for them and Nazima agrees. However Seher arrives and stops her. Husna is shocked to see Seher awake.
Wasim and Husna Panic
Wasim sarcastically says that Husna her own plan failed. He mocks Husna for losing to a young girl like Seher. Husna asks him to stop worrying about her failure but admits that he should be concerned that Seher might expose a big secret.
Wasim becomes shocked when he learns that Seher has been asking questions about Gazala. Husna says that after the Azamgarh incident Seher has become more alert and suspicious. Wasim worries that if this secret comes out everything will be destroyed. Husna says that she is trying her best to remove Seher from Niyazi Manzil as soon as possible.
Amal Prepares Sehri
Meanwhile Farid and Sultana wake up after hearing noises and are surprised to see Amal preparing food for Sehri. Sultana asks why Amal is dressed up so early. Amal explains that Ramadan has begun and today is the first fast so she is preparing Sehri. She invites them to join her. Sultana is surprised and asks if Amal plans to keep a fast as well. Amal says that Kausar told her that Ramadan is a holy month and fasting brings peace of mind and forgiveness for sins. She encourages them to keep a fast too so that their sins can also be forgiven.
Sultana says that a child should not talk about sins like that .Farid then takes Amal away from there.
Seher Realizes Husna Lied
Seher feels extremely sleepy while cooking and wonders why she is feeling this way.
She thinks that she always prepares Sehri with Kausar yet today she feels unusually tired. She starts suspecting that Husna may have mixed something in the juice she drank last night.
Seher asks Fatima about the ritual juice Husna gave her. Fatima looks confused and asks which juice she is talking about. When Seher explains the ritual Fatima says that no such ritual exists in the Niyazi household. Seher immediately realizes that Husna lied to her and tricked her into drinking the juice.
Fatima realizes her mistake admits that there is a ritual but it is only meant for very new brides.
Farid Tries to Prove His Love
Farid tells Amal that he wants to prove to the world that he truly shares a father-daughter relationship with her. He shows her toys, clothes, and memories from her childhood explaining everything in detail.Farid becomes emotional while recalling their past moments together.
Mahid Supports Seher in the Kitchen
Mahid later notices that most of the kitchen work is already done. He tells the servant to serve whatever food is ready. He also notices that Seher still looks sleepy so he gives her an ice pack and says it will help her feel better.
Seher says that Mahid needs it more than she does. Mahid says that people will scold him if Sehri is not ready and since Seher spends the whole night studying books she should take care of herself. Seher places the ice pack on Mahid’s head and asks him to calm down. She says that she has had the habit of studying late at night since childhood.
Seher then thinks that Husna made her drink the juice However she also feels that Mahid may not believe her if she tells him everything right now so she changes the topic.
Precap: The police inform Mahid that the woman who attacked him has confessed.
They reveal that someone from Mahid’s own family hired her to harass him. Mahid demands that the woman be brought to Niyazi Manzil because he wants to know who is betraying him from within his own family.Wasim overhears this conversation and becomes shocked.
