Today’s episode begins with Anupama speaking to the house owner about her situation. Anupama politely asks how she will manage everything under the difficult circumstances. The lady responds sharply and questions how Anupama will survive for the next ten days if she is already facing problems.
Anupama calmly replies that Jaya is with her and she will somehow manage. The lady says Jaya can wait and suggests that Anupama should simply cook basic food for now. Hearing this Anupama apologizes to Jaya for being stuck with work and not being able to give her enough time. However Jaya sweetly tells Anupama that she enjoys being with her and wants to help her. Anupama refuses the help because she feels Jaya is already troubled due to her responsibilities. She decides to complete the work alone and handle everything by herself.
Prerna Misses Anupama
On the other hand Prerna and Prem are seen driving together on the road. During their conversation Prerna shares an idea that she has been thinking about opening a restaurant.
Prem immediately asks her who will manage the restaurant if she starts one. Without hesitation Prerna says that Anupama would be the perfect person to handle it. She admits that she misses Anupama a lot and still believes in her talent. Prem decides that he should try to contact Anupama. Meanwhile Prerna tells Prem that she has bought gifts for him and for Rahi as well. She explains that both of them trusted her and supported her during difficult times and she does not want to lose her connection with the family.
Prem accepts the gift and leaves but Prerna suddenly looks anxious and worried after he goes.
Anupama Prepares Food for a Trial
Back at the house Anupama informs the lady that the food she was asked to prepare is ready. The lady immediately warns Anupama not to ask for payment for the trial meal.
She explains that she will first taste the food and only if she likes it will she consider hiring Anupama permanently. Anupama calmly assures her that she has no intention of asking for money for the trial and that she only hopes for an opportunity to work honestly.
Business Tensions Rise in the Kothari Family
Meanwhile tensions continue to grow in the Kothari household. Vasundhara tells Anil that Gautam will finalize an important file related to the business.
Anil becomes angry and questions how Vasundhara can trust Gautam so easily. However Vasundhara defends Gautam by saying that he is bringing profit to the company and is successfully handling the business in Parag’s absence. Anil, Meeta and Prem are clearly unhappy with Vasundhara’s decision and oppose her support for Gautam.
Sensing the conflict Gautam speaks privately with Vasundhara. He claims that the rest of the Kothari family does not understand his importance in the business. He even threatens Vasundhara saying that if she hands the responsibility to Anil instead of him she may not be able to protect her own house from consequences. Vasundhara is shocked and disturbed by Gautam’s threatening words.
Anupama Worries About Jaya’s School Competition
Later Anupama becomes lost in memories of her past struggles. Jaya interrupts her thoughts and asks what she should wear for the fancy dress competition at school. She is worried that if she does not dress properly her marks may be reduced.
Anupama gently comforts her and assures her that her marks will not be affected. Jaya then curiously asks why Devika has not sent any money to help them. Anupama explains that Devika loves them deeply and is working hard for their future. While talking Anupama suddenly realizes that it is already 10 PM.
Anupama Fixes the Problem
Jaya tells Anupama that she is feeling hungry. Anupama quickly calls Banku and asks him to take Jaya inside the house since she is getting late.
Banku advises Anupama to enter quietly so that no one notices her coming late at night. Unfortunately Digvijay sees Anupama entering and questions her for visiting so late. Just then the electricity suddenly goes off. Digvijay asks Banku whether he called an electrician to fix the issue. Banku says he has already tried several times but no one has arrived. Seeing the situation Anupama decides to check the electrical problem herself because Jaya is hungry and they cannot wait longer.
Digvijay hesitates but finally allows Anupama to try fixing the light.
Digvijay Offers Money but Anupama Refuses
Anupama manages to repair the electrical connection and the lights come back on. Digvijay appreciates her effort and offers money as payment.
However Anupama refuses to accept the money. Digvijay warns her not to visit late at night again and tells Banku to give the money to her anyway. Banku insists that Anupama should take the money because Digvijay is not as harsh as he appears. After some hesitation, Anupama finally accepts that the money arrived exactly when she needed it the most.
Anupama Prays for Strength
Later Anupama prays to God for everyone’s well-being. She says that God may feel she always asks for something but she only prays because she believes God has always supported her.
The next morning Anupama wakes Jaya and asks her to thank God for a new day. She promises Jaya that she will arrange a costume for the fancy dress competition and hopes the day will pass peacefully.
Gautam Creates More Trouble
At the Kothari house Khyati asks Prerna to bring her coffee on time. Prerna admits that she often forgets to drink coffee herself.
During their conversation Khyati remembers Parag and says he works so much that he often forgets to take care of himself. Prerna wishes well for the entire Kothari family but Gautam interrupts and tries to provoke Prerna against them. Prerna firmly warns him to stay away from her. At that moment Mahi arrives and interrupts Gautam. Gautam irritably asks Mahi to stop following him everywhere. Rahi tries to intervene but Prem stops her from getting involved.
Digvijay’s Emotional Moment
Meanwhile Banku observes Digvijay reading an old newspaper and believes he might tear it in frustration soon.
Digvijay suddenly remembers his daughter and becomes restless with emotion. Banku tries to comfort him. While sorting through old belongings Digvijay instructs Banku to throw away unnecessary items. He then decides to leave for somewhere and asks Banku to prepare the same meal that was cooked the previous day. Anupama overhears their conversation. Banku requests Anupama to cook the food while he finishes discarding the old items.
Just then Anupama receives a phone call from Jaya’s school and the unexpected call leaves her completely shocked.
Precap: Paul insults Anupama by offering Jaya ice cream and mocking Anupama saying she cannot afford it. A woman standing nearby defends Anupama and questions Paul for humiliating her. Paul angrily says he cannot tolerate outsiders in his area.
Meanwhile a street vendor kindly offers lemon water to Anupama for free. Anupama struggles emotionally for money
