Today’s episode begins with Digvijay questioning Banku about his late arrival. He asks if this is the time to come. Banku explains that he had gone to get everything needed and catch with his friends which is why he got late by 10 minutes. Digvijay angrily says that 10 minutes may not matter to Banku but it matters to him.
Banku apologizes but Digvijay says that saying sorry cannot bring back lost time. He adds that everything has the right place and the right time and if Banku wants to work with him he must learn to move according to time.
Anupama Defends Banku
Anupama intervenes and tells Digvijay that sometimes he should value humans as well. Both Digvijay and Banku are shocked. She explains that Banku is a human not a machine that will function like clockwork. Just because time runs precisely like clock hands it does not mean humans should behave the same way.
She points out that Digvijay prefers to stay alone and doesn’t talk to anyone but that doesn’t mean everyone else should live the same way. If someone gets a chance to talk they should not stop just because it doesn’t fit his schedule. Digvijay asks Anupama to speak only when he talks to her saying he wasn’t addressing her. Anupama replies that he doesn’t talk he only shouts. She highlights how he is still scolding Banku who is silently apologizing.
Anupama Question Digvijay
When Digvijay insists that Banku broke his rules Anupama questions his obsession with rules. She says she also has principles if someone innocent is being shouted at in front of her she will not stay silent. She emphasizes that Banku was only 10 minutes late and questions why Digvijay cannot tolerate even that. She asks whether giving pain to others just because one is in pain is a rule.
Anupama reminds him that Banku has been with him for 4 years cooking only his favorite food and dedicating his life to serving him. She questions whether Digvijay has ever thought about Banku’s life and struggles. She also mentions that there is a kid in this house Jaya in the house who never talks, laughs or plays. Even crying scares her because she fears being thrown out. Anupama questions if Digvijay ever notices such things. She agrees that time is important but questions why time often turns bad for good people. She says that just like time doesn’t return people who leave also don’t come back so why live so rigidly by time? She concludes by saying that sometimes being late is better than being on time.
Digvijay and Anupama Recall Their Past
Digvijay admits Anupama is right and regrets that someone named Saavi came into his life at the right time. Meanwhile Anupama regrets that Prarthana saved her she wishes Prarthana had been late instead. She also regrets not stopping Prarthana from going to the temple. Both Digvijay and Anupama are lost in their painful past memories and Anupama breaks down emotionally.
Toshu Instigates Leela
Ansh asks Jassi to check a contract. Jassi asks if he has already reviewed it and suggests checking the amount again. She mentions that the offer she brought earlier was for a private builder’s function where neither she nor her female dancers would go.She assures that she hasn’t brought any inappropriate offers. Jassi leaves after the discussion.
Meanwhile Toshu instigates Leela by saying that Jassi dominates Ansh and will control the entire family if she becomes the daughter-in-law. Leela imagines Jassi ruling over them and giving orders. However in reality Leela refuses to accept such a situation. She decides to find a better girl for Ansh and says she will not dance to Jassi’s tunes.
Prem and Rahi Worry About Mahi
Prem asks Rahi why She is suddenly so disturbed about Mahi Rahi explains that she has noticed for days that Mahi is not okay. After what she heard recently she fears Gautam might treat Mahi the same way he treated Prarthana.
Rahi says Mahi is living in guilt and feels she has hurt both her maternal and marital families. She doesn’t share her feelings possibly thinking no one will support her. Rahi wants to make Mahi feel that she is not alone and that her family stands with her. She also wants Gautam to realize that Mahi can become independent and stand on her own feet. Prem says he is starting to respect and love Rahi more each day. Despite Mahi hurting her Rahi still supports her. Rahi says she learned this from Anupama just like Anupama supported Kavya even after Kavya broke her home.
Rahi explains that she understands Mahi’s insecurities as she never received proper love from her parents and even lost her husband Aryan after marriage. Prem says choosing Gautam was Mahi’s mistake but Rahi insists she will always support her sister.
Prem and Rahi wait for Prerna who arrives late and apologizes. Suddenly Prerna spots Gautam with another girl and realizes he is cheating.
Anupama Struggles at Work
Meanwhile Anupama learns how to sort cashews carefully. A man asks her to sort more snacks for extra earnings. Anupama agrees saying she will earn more money. A man comments that women are weak. Anupama questions this mindset and says women work more than men yet they don’t get respect. Another woman agrees saying women still lack dignity despite their efforts.
Anupama says in every house women work endlessly and never retire. A worker feels dizzy due to hunger so Anupama decides to buy tea for everyone despite worrying about money. She later finds some money in her purse given earlier as a blessing from Husmukh and uses it to pay for the tea.
Vasundhara Insults Rahi
Prem gives Vasundhara a cheque as an advance for his first big restaurant contract. Everyone congratulates him and Vasundhara says she is proud.
Prem credits Prerna for helping him get the contract. Vasundhara praises his humility and. Rahi tries to hide her envelope but Prem reveals it is her first salary. Vasundhara mocks Rahi’s small salary and compares it with Prem’s cheque. Anil defends Rahi saying she worked hard. Vasundhara says Rahi has made a joke of herself by working so hard for such little money. She questions why Rahi is struggling when she could earn lakhs by working in the family business or simply staying at home. She adds that Anupama had no choice but Rahi being part of a wealthy family doesn’t need to work like a laborer. Rahi responds that she wants to build her own identity.
Anupama Gets Humiliated
Back at work Anupama enjoys tea with the workers but the boss gets angry seeing them away from work. Anupama explains that someone was unwell so they took a short break. The boss accuses her of acting like a leader within minutes of joining and throws her out of the job. Anupama pleads that she desperately needs the job but he insults her.
She asks for payment for the work she has done at least half-day wages but the man refuses and pushes her out. Anupama is left shattered and breaks down.
Precap: Digvijay searches for Banku. Anupama informs him that Banku has a fever so she is cooking. Digvijay refuses and says he will order food. However Bose insists that he eat Anupama’s food and forcefully feeds him. Digvijay recognizes the taste and recalls Saavi. Later Anupama questions why he is not restarting his café despite having such a beautiful setup. Digvijay gets angry and tells her she has no right to ask such questions. He reminds her that she is just a guest for one month and should stay away from his personal matters and café.
