Today’s episode begins with Anupama praying to God asking for protection as it is the first day of her new job. She hopes that no evil eye affects her this time and wishes to continue this work for a long period successfully.
Banku encourages her and says that she will do her job well. Jaya also wishes her luck. Anupama lovingly tells Jaya that she will come to pick her up from school. However, Banku assures her not to worry as he will bring Jaya back and even serve her food promising that he won’t trouble her at all.
Banku’s Emotional Past Comes Out
Banku suddenly gets emotional. Anupama notices and asks him what happened. Banku shares that Jaya reminds him of his younger sister Chakoli. Whenever he sees Jaya he remembers her. He hugs Anupama and breaks down.
Anupama consoles him and gently asks about his mother and Chakoli. Banku reveals that his father passed away when he was very young and only his mother and sister were there for him. His mother sent him to his uncle’s house in the village for studies but a flood destroyed everything and took away his mother and sister leaving him an orphan. He further shares that his uncle and aunt stopped his studies and made him do all household work beat him and forced him to earn money which they would snatch away. One day When Banku got his salary and went to buy medicine his uncle caught him and started beating him in the middle of the market.
At that moment Digvijay saw everything and saved him. Digvijay asked if Banku would work with him and Banku agreed. He says that Digvijay paid his uncle and brought him home setting some strict rules. Though Digvijay never showed affection openly Banku knows that he has a good heart.
Anupama reflects that God’s plans are unexpected. She says that even without blood relations humanity and friendship can create a family. Both of them share an emotional hug. Banku then reminds her to leave or she will be late on her first day.
Anupama Begins Work as a Housekeeper
Anupama starts her job as a housekeeper. Paul brings a lunchbox for Rosy. Rosy arrives and strictly instructs the staff saying she will train them and no mistakes will be tolerated. She emphasizes that the hotel’s reputation is bigger than any individual and they must maintain good reviews. She also informs them that phones must be kept in lockers until the shift ends and explains attendance rules.
Paul Recognizes Anupama and Creates Trouble
Paul comes to speak with Rosy Anupama hears Paul’s voice and recognizes him. Paul is shocked to see her working there. He questions why she is there. Rosy explains that it is her first day and she is doing well.
Paul then tries to instigate Rosy against Anupama claiming that Anupama has ruined his life and is now acting innocent. This creates tension and Anupama becomes worried about her job.
Digvijay Learns About Anupama and Jaya
Meanwhile Bose checks on Digvijay and reminds him to take his medicine. Digvijay asks him to send Anupama and Jaya away. Bose clarifies that Jaya is not Anupama’s daughter but Devika’s child and Anupama is taking care of her despite being away from her own home.
He also praises Anupama and Jaya as good people. Digvijay however says he prefers his peace. Bose then mentions a sports championship at his daughter’s school and reminds him of a tournament from nine years ago where Digvijay led his team to victory. Digvijay is left shocked hearing about participating again.
Anupama Faces Insult at Work
While cleaning rooms Anupama overhears guests saying that housekeeping staff are sometimes thieves. This hurts her deeply but she decides to ignore such negativity.
Later guest offers her a tip but Anupama politely refuses saying her salary and appreciation are enough. The guest misunderstands her and accuses her of having an attitude and possibly planning to steal later. Hurt by these accusations Anupama quietly leaves.
Rosy Targets Anupama
Other staff invite Anupama for tea and snacks but she decides to go pick up Jaya from school. However Rosy refuses to let her go and assigns her urgent work saying the industry does not run according to personal convenience. She secretly messages Paul planning to test Anupama further.
Anupama calls Banku who informs her that Jaya has already returned with Sneha. Jaya reassures Anupama and asks her to focus on work. Anupama feels relieved and thanks God.
Prem and Rahi’s Moment
On the other side Prem is worried about a meeting while Prerna insists on leaving early. Prem informs that he will be late.
Rahi is getting ready and Prem is mesmerized by her beauty. They share a romantic moment. Rahi apologizes for neglecting him due to responsibilities of being a daughter daughter-in-law and employee. Prem reassures her that even though time is limited their love hasn’t reduced. Rahi admits she missed him too and wanted to steal some moments together. Meanwhile Prerna keeps calling Prem and gets worried when he doesn’t answer.
Truth About Rosy Shocks Anupama
At work staff reveal to Anupama that Rosy is Paul’s wife. This shocks her. They warn her to be careful as no one who angers them survives peacefully in the job.
Pari and Raja’s Argument
Raja tries to explain to Pari that he was only showing his design to another girl but Pari misunderstands and feels insecure. She accuses him of praising someone else.
Family members including Anil, Prem and Rahi try to make her understand that Raja is not like that. Rahi suggests that Pari might be upset due to some other reason and is projecting it here. Gautam however makes a negative comment saying men cannot be trusted which creates further discomfort. Prerna comes there confronts Prem for missing the meeting creating an awkward situation.Gautam hints about Rahi and Prem’s romance. Prerna feels awkward.
Rosy Threatens Anupama
Rosy starts accusing Anupama of resting during work hours and keeps a close eye on her. When Anupama requests her phone to talk to her daughter Rosy refuses and threatens to complain.
Anupama explains that she had taken permission earlier but Rosy dismisses her explanation. She bluntly tells Anupama that if she has so many problems she should stay at home. Finally Rosy reveals her real motive she believes Anupama tried to interfere in her relationship with Paul and now she will have to face the consequences.
Anupama tries to clarify that she is misunderstanding the situation but Rosy warns her to silently follow orders and leaves. Anupama is left worried and helpless especially thinking about Jaya.
Precap: Anupama informs Rosy that she has completed her work. Rosy asks her to place a tray in the washroom but Anupama gets locked inside. Meanwhile Jaya becomes anxious and asks Digvijay to find Anupama. Along with Banku they start searching for her. When Digvijay reaches the hotel he is shocked to learn that Anupama has not even stepped out for lunch and is still inside.
