Today’s episode starts with Seher wondering what happened to Mahid and how he got injured so badly. She feels deeply hurt seeing his wounds. However she convinces herself that his family is there to take care of him and she does not need to worry.
Meanwhile, the doctor informs Husna that Mahid is stable and can be discharged from the hospital the next day. Husna expresses her wish to meet him first but Tahir insists that he has the right to meet Mahid before anyone else. Husna argues that Tahir has no blood relation with Mahid and should stay within his limits. She then asks Nazima to go and meet Mahid.
Seher and Mahid’s Painful Moment
Seher is unable to control her tears after seeing Mahid’s condition. She tells him that it feels like thousands of needles are piercing her heart and that she wants to go far away from him. She believes he cannot understand her pain.
As she turns to leave Mahid suddenly holds her hand tightly. Seher fears that if he opens his eyes he will think she has come back to hurt him again. She tries to free herself but his grip only tightens, as if his life depends on her.
Nazima is shocked to see Seher with Mahid and tries to separate them, but Husna stops her, saying she will teach Seher a lesson today.
Farid Takes a Stand Against Parvez
Elsewhere Farid is giving Amal a head massage and assures her that her headache will get better. Suddenly Parvez arrives at the house searching for Kausar and Seher.
Amal gets scared and asks Farid to call the police calling Parvez a dangerous man. Farid calmly handles the situation and pretends to cooperate. However inside he is furious. He boils water determined to teach Parvez a lesson for misbehaving with his daughter. Farid ties Parvez with a rope and asks Amal to pour boiling water on him. Terrified Parvez begs for mercy. Farid scolds him for his actions and demands an apology. Parvez initially refuses but finally apologizes out of fear.
Amal forces Parvez to promise that he will never harm Kausar or Seher again. After that, Farid releases him and warns him never to return. As Parvez leaves he notices a paper falling from his hand and comes back to retrieve it. During this time he overhears that Kausar is with Barka.
Husna Publicly Humiliates Seher
At the hospital Husna arrives with the police and humiliates Seher in front of everyone. She questions her presence and accuses her of trying to trouble Mahid again. She claims Seher is his enemy and was already thrown out of his life yet she keeps returning.
Seher defends herself saying she came to meet the doctor not Mahid. Kausar also insults Seher reminding her that she was thrown out of Niyazi Manzil and should remember her place.
Husna questions how Seher dared to hold Mahid’s hand. Tahir tries to support Seher but Kausar warns him to stay out of the matter. Husna threatens Seher with police and legal action if she does not stay away from Mahid.
Kausar Takes Seher Away
Kausar arrives and is shocked to see Seher there with Husna. She gives a strong reply to Husna’s taunts and declares that Seher has no connection with that family or with Mahid anymore.
She forcefully removes Mahid’s hand from Seher’s grip and takes her away. Later Kausar questions Seher about coming there. Seher explains that she did not know Mahid was there and reached by mistake.
Kausar however says the truth is that Seher still has feelings for Mahid and has not forgotten his betrayal or hatred. Seher responds that she chose to become a doctor not a stone-hearted person and leaves.
Mahid Regains Consciousness
Mahid regains consciousness and immediately calls out Seher’s name. He asks Tahir if Seher was there. Before Tahir can answer Husna interrupts and says Seher would never come. Mahid feels confused and wonders why it felt like Seher was around him.
Parvez Creates Chaos at Barka’s House
Seher remains lost in thoughts of Mahid which does not go unnoticed by Barka and Kausar. While Kausar tries to feed her Parvez arrives at Barka’s house and creates a huge scene.Barka warns him to leave or she will call the police but Parvez continues his drama.
Nazima Tries to Get Close to Mahid
Husna encourages Nazima to take advantage of the situation and win Mahid’s heart. Nazima tries to give Mahid his medicine but he stops her and tells her to stop dreaming about getting close to him.
Nazima questions why he hates her so much. Mahid accuses her of lying and reminds her that Seher already suspected her. He says Seher called her a betrayer and that everything seemed planned as if she was ready to leave the house beforehand.
He warns Nazima that liars are not tolerated by him and that if she has started this fire she will burn in it herself.
Parvez Reveals a Shocking Truth
Parvez throws food in anger and humiliates everyone demanding that they come with him. Kausar refuses.
He then threatens that if she does not come with him immediately her daughter Muneera will suffer for life. Finally he drops a shocking truth Muneera is alive. Kausar is left completely stunned.
Precap:Nazima tells Husna that Mahid is accusing her. Mahid openly blames both Husna and Nazima for ruining Seher’s life. He says they left no stone unturned in destroying her and that their plan has succeeded. Husna defends Nazima but Mahid confronts her for helping Nazima throw Seher out of the house exposing their truth and leaving them both shocked.
