Today’s episode starts with Seher and Mahid both playing with a kite. Mahid recalls his past moments with Seher and thinks that she is now free from this relationship. He feels that she can fly high like the kite and hopes she reaches the sky.
On the other hand Seher thinks that Mahid might be busy with Nazima and celebrating Eid with her so he won’t remember Seher anymore. She says that the kite string is still in her hands and she was always meant to stay alone. However she feels something strange, as if she is still drifting helplessly in the air.
Parvez’s Hidden Motive Behind Donation
Later Sofia gets ready to go to the Dargah. Safia asks Parvez to take them to see the fair. Meanwhile Parvez calls someone and informs them that he has donated 20,000 to their orphanage. Safia gets shocked hearing this.
Parvez reveals that he needs a favor in return. He wants their help in assisting his wife Kausar to search for Muneera but also to keep her engaged there as long as possible. Safia questions his behavior reminding him that he had promised money to her yet he is spending time on Kausar and Seher.
Parvez explains that spending 20,000 can help him gain a benefit of 21 lakh. He says that if Kausar remains busy searching for Muneera, then Seher and Kausar will continue staying in the house. If they try to run away, Mahid will not spare them.
Mahid Refuses Unethical Donation Money
Mahid is seen checking accounts when someone asks him to accept donation money. Mahid instructs him to hand it over to Wasim who is handling these matters.
The man breaks down and reveals that his business is not doing well. He admits that for the first time he got permission to construct a building but he had to pay a bribe for it. Although he gained profit his conscience is troubling him and he regrets his actions.
Mahid consoles him and firmly says that money earned through dishonesty cannot be accepted as zakat as it is haram. He advises him to donate all such earnings as charity and sincerely seek forgiveness for his sins. Mahid also appreciates that the man feels regret calling it a positive sign. The man blesses Mahid and leaves.
Usman Advises Mahid
Usman arrives and asks Mahid why he is not coming to the Eid celebration at the Dargah. Mahid replies that celebrations are meant to be shared with loved ones but he has no one of his own, so he doesn’t feel any joy in celebrating Eid.
Usman explains that if he is to become a Mufti for the community he must participate in their happiness and sorrow. Only then will people accept him as their own and value his advice even if they don’t fully respect him.
Kausar Grows Suspicious
Seher gets ready for Eid and Kausar praises her beauty saying she looks like the moon. However Kausar feels something suspicious she wonders how Parvez who usually saves every penny managed to buy such expensive Eid gifts.
Kausar then receives a phone call from the orphanage regarding Muneera. They ask her to visit personally as they are busy handling children. Kausar agrees to go. She informs Parvez that she won’t go to the Dargah and will go out with Seher instead.
However Parvez insists that Seher will not go with her and will accompany him instead. Kausar leaves alone.
Wasim Spreads Rumors About Mahid
At the Dargah Mahid is praying. Meanwhile some men discuss him and Wasim deliberately spreads false information. He claims that Mahid’s anger is becoming uncontrollable and that he is trying to get him treated properly.
Wasim even lies that Mahid has a mental problem which is why he behaves aggressively. His intention is to create fear among people so they stay away from Mahid ultimately clearing his own path to becoming Mufti.
Seher Avoids Mahid
Assad tries to cheer up Seher and tells her that Mahid is a good person. He suggests that she should confess her feelings and express her desire to stay with him.
Seher refuses saying it is impossible for her to forget everything. Safia complains that Seher is not enjoying Eid and asks Aazad to check out a magic show. Assad invites Seher to join him, but she declines saying she wants to go to the Dargah to pray.
Mahid and Seher Come Face-to-Face
At the Dargah Mahid and Seher notice each other. Seher immediately hides herself upon seeing him. Meanwhile Kausar continues inquiring about Muneera at the orphanage.
Mahid Saves Seher Again
Later Seher’s dupatta gets stuck on a light and it is about to fall on her. Mahid quickly saves her. However Seher blames him for the situation. Despite this she becomes worried about his wound.
Mahid realizes that she still cares for him since she noticed his injury.
Parvez Manipulates Seher Using Kausar
Parvez tells Seher that she must meet Mahid if she wants to help her mother. He warns her that if she doesn’t listen Kausar will never be able to find her daughter.
At the same time Usman pressures Mahid to greet guests along with Seher. He reminds him that people will mock him if they find out that his wife has left him. Mahid responds that he will tell the truth himself but Usman insists that even if he doesn’t care about himself he should at least think about society.
Parvez continues blackmailing Seher, saying that only he knows where Muneera is. If Seher wants Kausar to reunite with her daughter she must do exactly as he says. Usman orders Mahid to quietly accompany him and donate to the guests.
Precap: Nazima wishes Mahid on Eid but he clearly tells her that he does not like her at all. Nazima responds that she is not that bad and that she has a heart too.
Meanwhile Tahir teases Seher saying her face has turned red with jealousy. Seher denies it saying she has no reason to feel jealous because Mahid means nothing to her anymore and their divorce has already happened.
