Today’s episode opens with Aarambhi praying wholeheartedly for Mannat. She pleads that Mallik’s liver should not match with Aishwarya’s and asks God to ensure Mannat’s victory. She hopes that Mannat succeeds in her mission and doesn’t lose at any cost.
Meanwhile Vishwas approaches Aarambhi saying he needs to speak to her urgently. His tone already reflects irritation hinting at the storm that is about to unfold.
Vikrant–Yashika Confrontation Over Aarambhi
On the other hand Yashika questions Vikrant about Aishwarya’s condition. Vikrant reveals that Aishwarya requires a liver transplant. Yashika is shocked and questions how he can blindly trust Aarambhi reminding him that she is not even practicing as a doctor.
Vikrant firmly defends Aarambhi stating that she is a qualified doctor and even a gold medalist in MBBS. He explains that just because she doesn’t practice anymore doesn’t mean she lacks knowledge. He also points out that the decision to stop her medical career was forced upon her.
Yashika argues that even Aarambhi’s own family doesn’t trust her judgment especially when Aishwarya fell sick earlier. Vikrant counters that lack of experience doesn’t make someone incapable.
The argument intensifies as Yashika accuses Mannat of manipulating Vikrant emotionally. Vikrant clarifies that he doesn’t believe in words only facts and challenges her to verify everything with his mother if she doubts him.
Wedding Doubts & Emotional Breakdown
Vikrant then suggests that perhaps they should cancel the wedding given Aishwarya’s condition. This shocks Yashika who questions why he keeps bringing up cancellation repeatedly.
She accuses him of still being emotionally connected to Mannat and suspects that he is intentionally creating reasons to call off the wedding. She reminds him that he was the one who agreed to marry her and even involved Mannat in the wedding arrangements. Yashika emotionally expresses that she has always stood by him because she believes he is a good person. Yet she feels like she has no real place in his life.
Vikrant reassures her that he would never intentionally hurt her. Yashika pleads with him not to cancel the wedding and he agrees. Finally she directly asks him if he still loves Mannat. At that moment Mannat overhears their conversation. Vikrant says he has decided to move on with Yashika and doesn’t want to discuss the past anymore. Yashika hugs him, while Mannat silently breaks down.
Aarambhi vs Vishwas
Back at home Vishwas confronts Aarambhi accusing her of deliberately insulting the family over the past few days. He says she has been intentionally creating situations that bring embarrassment.
Aarambhi defends herself stating that she stayed away from arrangements because she was told her middle-class thinking wouldn’t match their high society standards. She trusted Avantika to handle everything.
Dimple joins in blaming Aarambhi for not taking responsibility despite it being their family function. Aarambhi calmly replies that she was only respecting their wishes. The confrontation escalates when Vishwas questions why she didn’t support Avantika when she was being mocked. Aarambhi counters that she wasn’t even present at that moment.
Hidden Truths & Rising Suspicions
Dimple accuses Aarambhi of informing Aishwarya about Vishwas not donating his kidney. Aarambhi explains that she only wanted to mentally prepare Aishwarya and had no ill intentions. She adds that as a former patient she has the right to share her perspective.
Vishwas accuses her of taking revenge for the Manmeet incident but Aarambhi gives a strong rebuttal. The topic shifts to Aarambhi’s torn dress. Vishwas questions her accusations against Avanthika. Aarambhi cleverly points out that he wasn’t even present so how does he know implying Avanthika told him.
She reveals that Avanthika stopped her from checking CCTV footage which raised her suspicion further. Aarambhi also mentions seeing a surgical scalpel in Avanthika’s hand strengthening her doubt. She emotionally reminds Vishwas that he once trusted her completely and called her his heart doctor. Now he refuses to believe her.
Mannat & Vikrant’s Unspoken Love
Later Mannat accidentally bumps into Vikrant. Both are flooded with memories of their past together.
Mannat says she will leave after his wedding. Vikrant silently hopes she will confess her love while Mannat waits for an apology. However both suppress their true feelings. Vikrant casually asks her to make a smoothie. Mannat thanks him for supporting her earlier but questions why he always demands proof instead of trusting her once.
Vikrant reminds her that she is now married to Dhairya and has a daughter Dua implying that their past no longer matters. Mannat leaves hurt. Yashika notices everything and realizes that Vikrant and Mannat still love each other. She decides she won’t let Mannat come between them.
Aarambhi’s Secret Plan in Motion
The next morning Aarambhi prepares breakfast and learns that the interview list has been sent to Vishwas. She panics fearing he might recognize her name.
To avoid suspicion she distracts him while he signs the documents. He notices the name A.B. Chowdary but fails to realize it refers to Aarambhi. She feels relieved.
Meanwhile Saniya expresses her dream of becoming a doctor like her parents. This leads to a plan to visit the hospital for her project. Aarambhi agrees secretly planning to use the opportunity to help Mannat.
Mannat & Dhairya’s Revenge Plan
Dhairya tells Mannat that once they get justice for Shruti they should move to Indore and live peacefully with Dua. Mannat agrees but hides her emotional turmoil.
She admits that coming here helped them uncover the truth that Aishwarya living as Aishwarya is responsible for Sudha’s murder. Mannat vows to expose her and ensure she is punished.
Aarambhi Manipulation Report
At the hospital tension rises as Visakha taunts Aishwarya. Mallika tries to calm the situation. Meanwhile Aarambhi cleverly pretends to record Saniya’s project while secretly altering Aishwarya’s medical test results in the system.
Mallika later collects the reports. Aarambhi anxiously waits wondering if the changes were saved successfully.
Vikrant Mannat Wedding Rehearsal
Back at the venue Mannat continues managing decorations. Yashika apologizes to her for her earlier behavior.
Soon Vikrant arrives and Yashika suggests a mock wedding photoshoot. She asks Vikrant and Mannat to perform rituals together for rehearsal pictures. Reluctantly Mannat agrees. As Vikrant holds her hand and they perform the rituals both get lost in their past memories. Their chemistry becomes evident.
Yashika unable to tolerate the moment interrupts and separates them. She grows increasingly insecure and determined.
Aishwarya’s Shocking Diagnosis
Aishwarya finally receives her reports from Vishwas. After reviewing them he informs her that her condition is serious and she urgently needs a liver transplant. Aishwarya is left stunned.
Meanwhile Aarambhi silently thanks God believing their plan is working and that Aishwarya’s truth will soon be exposed.
Precap: Aarambhi tells Mannat that although they ruined Aishwarya’s reports Mallika is ready to donate her liver. If the match is successful their plan could fail. Mannat shockingly says that if needed they will have to remove Mallika from their path.
At the same time Yashika tells Aishwarya that Mannat might change Vikrant’s mind at the last moment. She plans to make Mannat disappear before the wedding.
