Today’s episode begins with Vishwas informing Aishwarya that her reports are still being processed but her condition clearly indicates that she urgently needs a liver transplant. He reassures her that he will arrange a donor soon. Aishwarya terrified asks if she will die without a donor. Mallika and Vishakha try to calm her down but Aishwarya breaks down emotionally. Mallika promises that nothing will happen to her and offers to donate her liver.
Aishwarya Truth Almost Revealed
Aarambhi expresses doubt about whether Mallika’s liver will match saying that if a real blood relative were available the chances would be higher. As Mallika is about to reveal the truth about her relationship Aishwarya stops her. Aarambhi directly questions if Mallika is her daughter. Mallika silently nods but then says she is not her biological daughter only like one. Vishwas asks Aarambhi to let the doctors handle the matter. The doctor confirms that Aarambhi is right family donors usually have higher compatibility chances.
Mallika Decides to Donate Anonymously
Mallika insists she still wants to help Aishwarya and agrees to undergo testing. Manmeet explains that since she is not officially family she can still get tested by signing consent forms. Aishwarya worries that if Mannat finds out it could create suspicion. Mallika suggests donating anonymously. Manmeet agrees and appreciates her decision taking her for tests while keeping her identity confidential. Aarambhi overhears this and grows suspicious.
Mannat Plans Her Next Move
Aarambhi informs Mannat about Mallika’s decision. Mannat says that if Mallika’s liver matches she will question how such a coincidence is possible. Aarambhi warns that Mallika is hiding her identity and Mannat realizes she must remove Mallika from her path.
Neetu and Ronnie’s Conflict
Meanwhile Dhairya calls Ronnie and sends medicines saying that soon Aishwarya’s truth will be exposed. He plans to leave for Indore after Vikrant and Yashika’s wedding as there is no reason to stay. On the other hand Neetu insists they cannot leave Mumbai without telling Vikrant that Dua is his daughter. Ronnie refuses saying they have already discussed this. Neetu accuses Dhairya of being selfish claiming he wants to keep Mannat and Dua away from Vikrant.
Ronnie defends Dhairya saying he has taken care of Mannat and Dua for seven years and sacrificed his own career growth for them. He believes Dhairya has every right to be with them if that is what makes him happy.
Mannat’s Determination
Aarambhi warns Mannat not to take any wrong steps but Mannat says she has no choice. With Vikrant’s wedding approaching and the competition canceled she decides to expose Aishwarya. She is determined that Aishwarya will live her life in guilt.
Raj’s Manmeet Moment
Raj meets Manmeet and expresses his gratitude saying he considers Aarambhi like a mother because she saved his life. He also says she deserves to know the truth about her kidney donor. Raj playfully flirts with Manmeet but she refuses to reveal anything and makes him promise not to tell Aarambhi.
Mallika’s Test Result Shocks Everyone
Manmeet receives Mallika’s test report. Meanwhile Vishwas and Avantika share a romantic moment but Vikrant walks in and gets suspicious. Avantika lies to cover up the situation. Vikrant then expresses his wish to donate but Vishwas says only matching blood groups can donate.
Soon Manmeet reveals the shocking truth Mallika’s liver does not match Aishwarya. Mannat silently thanks God. Aishwarya is devastated while Vikrant assures her that he will find another donor.
Aishwarya Insults Mallika
Aarambhi taunts Aishwarya saying if she had a daughter finding a donor would have been easier. After she leaves Mallika breaks down. Instead of comforting her Aishwarya angrily pushes Mallika and calls her useless saying that when she needed her the most she failed her despite being like a daughter.
Mannat overhears this and feels relieved. Aarambhi comes and hugs Mannat.
Aishwarya Targets Mannat
Vishakha asks what they will do next. Aishwarya recalls Aarambhi’s words and declares that her other daughter Mannat is still alive. When Vishakha questions why Mannat would agree Aishwarya says she will forcefully take her liver if needed.
Aarambhi encourages Mannat saying she needs prayers more than medicine. Mannat vows that Aishwarya has no idea what is coming next and that this time she will not spare her.
Aarambhi receives a call from a government hospital stating she must complete 20 hours of work to renew her medical license. She is happy but shocked to learn she must report the very next day which is also Vikrant’s wedding day. Mannat convinces her to go saying it is important.
Aishwarya and Yashika’s Dangerous Plan
Mallika reveals that she has been helping Aishwarya under pressure from Yashika, who wants to marry Vikrant at any cost. Aishwarya reveals that Yashika has arranged a doctor who will perform Mannat’s liver transplant without her consent.
The doctor is revealed to be Dr. Harry Tandon. Initially he refuses as the procedure is illegal but Aishwarya offers him ₹1 crore and blackmails him about his debts. He eventually agrees despite warnings from Nandita.
Mannat realizes that Aishwarya is planning to kidnap her. She informs Aarambhi who promises to finish her hospital work quickly and return to help. They both pray knowing the next day will be a major test.
Dhairya’s Hidden Protection for Mannat
Mannat tells Dua they will leave for Indore after the wedding making Dua emotional. Dhairya gives Mannat a pendant which she later discovers has a tracker for her safety. She thanks him and wonders which doctor is helping Aishwarya.

Vikrant sees the wedding preparations and recalls his moments with Mannat and Dua. He breaks down confused about his feelings and unable to move on.
Yashika reveals her final plan to kidnap Mannat during the wedding chaos as she fears Vikrant still loves her. Aishwarya confirms that Dr. Harry is ready. They even plan to coordinate through a WhatsApp group. Aishwarya praises Yashika for thinking like her.
