Today’s episode begins with Khyati and Anupama sitting together doing embroidery. Anupama says she is going to check on Rahi. Khyati replies that Rahi and Prem are sitting together and reading a book and there is no need to worry about them for even a minute. Anupama smiles and says that worrying has become a habit.
Anupama jokes that Khyati’s hands are moving so fast that it looks like she has practiced a lot. Anupama then talks about how fast today’s generation is how everything comes to your door with just one click whether it is groceries or food from outside. She remembers the older times and says that for people like Motibaa life must have been much harder. There were no mixers, no washing machines, no gas stoves food was cooked on wood-fired stoves. She recalls how even they once cooked in panic like that. Anupama adds that earlier women had no time for themselves because they were always busy with home, family, and children but their talent and skills were amazing. She remembers how Motibaa could make everything with her own hands.
Anupama says that if today’s girls learn even a little from that generation’s skills they can easily start their own business or startup. Khyati agrees and says that when they were kids they never realized how much their mothers actually did.
Khyati then reveals that when she came after marriage she designed all her wedding jewellery Vasundhara and also created many designs for Parag’s business. Anupama is surprised. Khyati says that age may be catching up but talent and skills never fade.
Parag’s Decision Shocks Gautam
Parag arrives and says he wants Anupama to feel comfortable in the house. Anupama admits that no matter how much she says it is fine it still feels a little awkward. She remembers how awkward it was when she used to stay at Hasmukh’s place. Parag laughs remembering those days.
Ansh comes and informs Parag that his meeting has been fixed and they are waiting for the diamond quality report to finalize the price. Gautam overhears this and asks which client it is and why he was not informed. Parag replies that he didn’t feel it was necessary. He says that Gautam has always handled certain work and now Anil and Ansh will manage the new expansion. Gautam is shocked. Parag explains that he will be leaving in a few days so he wants to finish everything and leave peacefully while Anil and Prem will take care of things. Gautam looks at Anupama and walks away.
Parag says that he knows the difference between a diamond and glass and that is how he reached this level but he failed to recognize the diamond Anupama give him . Anupama replies that everyone makes mistakes but accepting them and correcting them is what truly matters. She says that a person who bows down for the right reason actually becomes greater.
Parag agrees and says that to pick up a diamond you must bend down. Anupama adds that while bending down one should also remove the thorns because if they stay behind they will hurt later. Gautam hears this quietly and says to himself that he is not a thorn he is a sword and he will not step back.
Kapil and Kriti’s Argument
Kapil is stressed. Kriti comes locks the door and asks him to sit and talk. She questions him about why he went to meet his mother without telling her. Kapil explains that he couldn’t stay away because his mother was unwell.
Kriti says he should have left that old woman alone. Kapil replies that she is still his mother. He reminds Kriti how she forced his mother to sign the Surat flat papers and after that she threw her out of the house. Now his mother is alone, sick and living in an old-age home and he only went to pay for her medicines with his own money. He says Kriti may not be able to become a good daughter-in-law but he will always remain a son.
Kriti snaps and says that he should have fulfilled his son duties before becoming a husband. Now that he is her husband his money and his life belong to her. She threatens him and says that if he ever tries to expose her she will cry and play the victim. Kapil breaks down and says that her video drama is a lie and that he lives in constant fear fear of crowds fear of false cases fear of being blamed. He says he cannot live like this anymore and decides to tell Vasundhara the truth.
As he tries to leave Kriti hits her own head against the pillar. Kapil is shocked and rushes to stop her. Kriti push him Kapil gets hurt. Kriti coldly tells him to go and tell everyone the truth no one will believe him because even one fake tear from her will outweigh a hundred of his truths. Kapil leaves and Kriti mutters that he forgot his status so she reminded him.
Outside Anupama notices Kapil’s injury and asks him how he got hurt. Kapil hides the truth and says he is fine then leaves quickly.
Prerna’s Emotional Moments
Rahi calls Prem and tells him that she is fine and Anupama is not letting her do any work treating her like a princess. Prem says he misses her. Rahi asks about the meeting and Prem says that everyone praised Prerna’s presentation.
Rahi says it was expected because Prerna is very smart. Prerna who is nearby hears this. Prem notices Prerna staring at him and asks if there is something on his face. Prerna says no but mentions that his smile is different these days. Prem says that this smile is only because of Rahi. He adds that Rahi didn’t do magic she herself is magic. She changed his life with love and now she is his happiness, his strength and his support.
Prerna gets emotional and starts crying. She says that not everyone is that lucky. In Prem’s family everyone has someone special Raja has Pari Ansh has Prarthana and Mahi has Gautam but she has no one. She says God never gave her love or family and she has always been alone since childhood. Prem comforts her and says that tears don’t follow rules. He tells her that when you have a true friend you don’t always need a family and promises that he will always be there for her. He goes to get her hot chocolate. Prerna smiles and says that Prem is still as charming as ever and that is why she likes him even today.
Kitchen Chaos at the Shah House
Toshu and Pakhi argue about who will cook. Hasmukh reminds them that Kinjal is also in the house and asks them to decide quickly because he needs to take his medicine and the daughter and son-in-law are visiting.
They hear noises from the kitchen and realize that Raja and Pari are trying to cook.
Vasundhara, Khyati, and Meeta serve food to Kapil. Anupama is surprised to see this and wonders what is going on. Vasundhara asks Anupama to join them as well but Anupama says that Parth is not with Rahi right now so she wants to go to her.
Just then Anupama notices Kapil’s injury again and asks if he has applied any medicine to the wound. Kapil looks uncomfortable and quickly tells her not to ask him about it again. His reaction makes Anupama even more uneasy.
Hasmukh goes inside and helps them. Toshu criticizes the food and Raja serves him anyway. Hasmukh scolds Toshu and says he should be ashamed Raja is the son-in-law not a servant. Toshu says that a rich family’s son is cooking for him and one day he will show the Kotharis their place. Raja feeds Toshu and Hasmukh asks Raja and Pari to sit and eat as well.
Raja video-calls Anupama. She is shocked to see the scene. Pari and Raja proudly tell her that they cooked for the Shah family. Vasundhara overhears this and gets angry. She comes there and taunts Raja asking whether he is a son-in-law or a cook. She tells Anupama that Prem is already a cook and she should not turn Raja into a servant too. If all the men go to the kitchen then who will handle the office and business?
Kapil’s Fear
Vasundhara calls Kapil to eat but does not ask about his injury. Anupama wonder why Vasundhara is still not asking Kapil anything about his wound Khyati notices that Kapil looks scared and questions Khyati finally questions Vasundhara asking why Kapil seems so frightened. Vasundhara dismisses it and says that this is all just an act. She claims that Kapil only pretends to be innocent and in reality he knows how to dominate Kriti. his soft behavior is just a to show specially when he comes to Kriti’s maternal home.
Hearing this Anupama remembers Kapil’s injured state and his fear from earlier. She starts feeling that something is seriously wrong and that the truth is very different from what is being shown on the surface.
Anupama remembers Kapil’s wounded condition and starts connecting the dots in her mind.
Precap : Anupama sees that Kapil is trying to commit suicide and is shocked. She stops him. Kapil breaks down and says that no one cares when a man suffers domestic violence. Prerna tries to get closer to Prem leaving him shocked. Rahi and Anupama grow worried when Prem and Rahi’s photo frame breaks.
