Today’s episode begins with Prem asking Anupama to enter his restaurant. He asks her to light a diya saying that it is because of her blessings that he wants to begin everything. Prem then offers her a garland and asks her to perform the aarti. Anupama performs the aarti but becomes emotional.
Prem says he will take Anupama’s handprints. Anupama asks him to stop but Prem insists saying that her handprints will serve as a blessing for the restaurant. He then asks why she is crying. Prem says that today should have been a moment of happiness yet everything has fallen apart. He says that instead of a crowd only the two of them are standing there.
He expresses that the entire world should have been present celebrating his success and people should have respected his effort. Instead everything is ruined. Prem calls himself a loser. He says he was extremely careful and handled every detail himself but his dream is now broken. He blames Anupama for destroying his dream. Anupama stands shocked and teary-eyed.
Kothari House Reacts to the Failure
At the Kothari house gifts arrive for the restaurant opening. Gautam sarcastically remarks that while the world is sending gifts Vasundhara feels people are laughing at them.
He blames Anupama and says that even after pleading with her she ignored them. He adds that Prem in his intoxicated state signed the contract that led to his own downfall. On top of that Prem left without informing anyone. Meeta criticises Prem saying no one organises a restaurant opening just a day before inspection. She adds that he should have ensured the license before inviting the media. According to her everything has been ruined and Anupama completed the remaining damage.
Anil counters Meeta saying if she was so wise she should have advised Prem earlier. Meeta replies that Prem is not a child and should have known better. She points out that Vasundhara always supported Prem believing he would bring back more money than he spent but now everything is uncertain. Rahi tries to stay positive saying that even if the license wasn’t approved this time Prem can apply again and eventually open the restaurant. She insists that a delay does not mean the end. However Vasundhara believes the damage is done and that Prem’s confidence is broken. Gautam adds that Anupama should have quit her job when she realised it could destroy Prem’s dream.
Vasundhara expresses her anger saying she tolerated Anupama after Prarthana death but not anymore. She warns that if anything happens to Prem she will never forgive Anupama. She also blames Rahi for supporting Anupama instead of her husband and in-laws calling both of them equally guilty. She vows that just like she had to beg Anupama they will also beg her someday. Rahi is left shocked.
Prem Confronts Anupama
Anupama tries to console Prem telling him that just because he didn’t get the license today doesn’t mean he never will. She assures him that the restaurant opening is only delayed lot cancelled.
Prem replies that he could have gotten the license today but Anupama chose truth over his dream. He says his pain is not about losing the business but about being betrayed by the person who showed him the dream. He adds that she should have supported him but instead crushed his hopes. Anupama becomes emotional and reminds him that she always wanted his happiness. She brought Rahi into his life and filled it with joy. She asks him not to lose hope.
Prem says his dream may come true someday but now it carries a stain a stain caused by Anupama’s report.
Rahi Breaks Down
Rahi breaks down in anger and helplessness. She says she doesn’t know how to handle Prem in this situation. Khyati tries to console her.
Meanwhile Prem confronts Anupama again questioning why she didn’t support him when she always had before. He reminds her that he promised to fix his mistakes yet she couldn’t do this one favor for him. Anupama says she did everything she could even asking the company for time. Prem says she failed even at that and now he has become a loser in everyone’s eyes.
Prem then asks for one final favor that Anupama blesses him once because after today he will never meet her again. Anupama is shocked and pleads with him not to punish her like this. Prem replies that this is not punishment for telling the truth but for not supporting him. He leaves and Anupama breaks down.
Prem Faces Criticism
Rahi tries to call Prem. When he returns home she hugs him and asks if he is okay. Prem says everything will be fine and that he will not give up.
Gautam mocks Rahi saying it’s easy to say such things. He accuses her of treating Prem as competition and deliberately sending Anupama for inspection to ruin him. Rahi gets furious and shuts him down. Khyati warns Gautam to stop manipulating the situation. Anil supports Khyati saying many people in the house know Gautam’s truth. Rahi encourages Prem again saying they will reapply and succeed next time. However Meeta taunts him. Prem stops everyone and admits that Meeta is right he has achieved nothing and may never succeed.
He apologizes to Vasundhara saying he has disappointed the Kothari family. He calls himself a burden and says he doesn’t even deserve forgiveness. He walks away leaving everyone shocked.
Prerna Accuses Anupama
Prerna confronts Anupama saying the restaurant would have opened today if someone close hadn’t betrayed them. Anupama denies stabbing anyone in the back.
Prerna accuses her of breaking promises and trust. She says Anupama changed her life by giving her advice but when it mattered most she failed to change one report that could have saved everything. She adds that the restaurant wasn’t just Prem’s dream but hers too. She says Prem considers Anupama like a mother but for her Anupama was a miracle. Now she feels betrayed. Prerna goes as far as accusing Anupama of taking revenge for Rajini and hurting them deliberately. Anupama gets angry and defends herself. She explains that she was simply doing her job and refused to lie in the report despite pressure. She points out that even if she had changed the report others would have submitted the truth. She questions why she is being blamed when Prem and Prerna failed to check details themselves.
Prerna says that even if Anupama believes she is right their hopes are shattered and their hard work is wasted. She says the pain they are feeling is far greater than Anupama’s justification. She questions how Anupama could hurt her own daughter Rahi this way and asks her to leave the restaurant. Anupama leaves in tears.
Anupama Feels Isolated
Rahi offers coffee to Prem and encourages him not to give up. She promises to always support him and asks him to stay strong. However Prem walks away silently. Rahi recalls their past and breaks down.
On the other side Anupama worries about losing her children. She says everyone is angry with her despite her not doing anything wrong. She finds strength in Rahi’s support and decides to talk to her. She calls Rahi.
Precap: Digvijay and Anupama learn about a food carnival. Anupama decides to ask Digvijay if he will allow Saavi’s café to run so they can participate in the competition. Digvijay calls Anupama and asks if she runs a channel named Joshi Ben. Anupama tells him the truth. Digvijay then reveals that he is planning to open Saavi’s cafe.
