Today’s episode begins with Anupama informing Rajini that she has spoken about Varun and Bharti’s relationship and she is ready to accept their alliance. Rajini feels delighted believing her plan is finally succeeding. Anupama emotionally explains that Bharti doesn’t crave luxury she only needs love and respect. Varun promises to keep Bharti happy for life. Rajini assures Anupama that she will take care of Bharti like her own daughter and will never betray her trust.
Rajini then asks whether Bharti is the closest to Anupama among all chawl members. Anupama gets emotional recalling how Bharti supported her when she first came to Mumbai sheltered her and stood by her always. She says now it’s her turn to stand for Bharti. Anupama calls Bharti her daughter and says she can go to any extent for her happiness. Rajini hints that Anupama really will have to cross a limit and says she will soon meet the priest to finalise the wedding date.
Anupama requests Rajini to conduct the wedding in the chawl and Rajini agrees. Anupama also says she will talk to Bharti’s parents. Rajini then reminds her about the papers that need signatures before the wedding and Anupama promises to handle it.
Meanwhile the Shah family works hard selling their beauty products. The business runs successfully and customers begin trusting their brand. Toshu continues trying to pull in more profit for himself.
Chawl Residents Sign the paper
Back in the chawl Anupama says she will first examine the documents and then let everyone read before signing. But the residents say they trust Anupama completely and sign the papers without even checking them. Anupama video calls Rajini informing that all signatures are done.
Pakhi tells the Shah family that Anupama fixed Bharti and Varun’s relationship. She taunts that Anupama could have fixed Ishani’s marriage with Rajini’s son but she never gives priority to her own family. Leela then decides the entire Shah family will go to Mumbai for the wedding.
Celebrations in the Chawl
Anupama praises Rajini for supporting the chawl residents selflessly and forming an emotional connection with them. She announces that Rajini is choosing Bharti as her daughter-in-law. Everyone celebrates happily decides the wedding should happen in the chawl itself and even creates a wedding hashtag. Rajini smiles outside but secretly visualises the chawl getting demolished soon.
Anupama promises Rajini she will soon bring the papers. Suddenly Preet rushes in saying Tawde’s house caught fire and the documents are destroyed. Anupama panics wondering how she’ll face Rajini now.
At the shoot Ishani feels ignored while everyone supports Piya. Piya bluntly tells Ishani that in the industry status matters and she should maintain a glamorous image to be taken seriously. Ishani realises she may be right.
Rajini loses control after hearing about the burnt documents. Varun tells her papers can be signed again but Rajini fears someone may expose the truth. She declares the chawl must be demolished no matter what.
Anupama Becomes chawl’s Power of Attorney
Anupama thanks God the chawl was safe from the fire. She scolds Tawde for irresponsibility and says everyone should sign individually again. But Preet informs no one is ready to sign now.
The chawl residents now request Anupama to become their Power of Attorney. They want only her to sign on their behalf. Anupama gets emotional, accepts their trust and assures them she believes in Rajini and the chawl will stay safe.
Rajini in anger say will break the chawl anyway. Varun asks why she chose Bharti. Rajini says Ishani is arrogant unfit for her family, and marrying Bharti will build a good public image and win sympathy votes. Through Bharti she also plans to control Anupama. Varun supports her. varun ask Rajini about daughter her reveals she hasn’t contacted her in months and currently varun marriage is her only priority.
