Today’s episode starts with Anupama asking Rahi and Prem about their visit. Rahi meets Rajini says her saying that earlier Anupama praised the mehendi color because of her.but after Rahi arrived its fragrance became stronger. Rajini asks Anupama to sign the papers but Rahi quickly pulls her away. Rajini remarks that it’s a strange time when even childhood friendships cannot be betrayed. She adds that no matter what happens Anupama must sign the papers before any problem arises.
Rahi and Prem meet Varun who apologizes to Prem. Prem tells him to forget the past. Preet urges Anupama to apply mehendi but Rajini thinking that if Anupama applies mehendi she won’t sign the documents.
Leela and Hasmuk arrive at Anupama’s house. Leela becomes emotional saying that Anupama has finally built her own home. Sarita encourages Anupama to apply mehendi. Rajini however worries that if Anupama applies mehendi she won’t sign the papers. Everyone is shocked when Rajini says that if she applies mehendi then who will perform ? Anupama says Rajini she scared her .
Rahi and Prem get ready and look for Leela and Hasmuk. Anupama informs them that preparations are underway. Sarita decides to check on the elders.
Pakhi Confronts Ishani
Pakhi questions Ishani about her expensive car and wonders how she bought it so quickly. In a flashback Ishani remembers selling Bharti’s jewelry and lies saying it was for her grandmother. She struggles with how to tell the truth about using Bharti’s jewelry to buy the car. Pakhi suspects Ishani is lying and worries that Anupama will be upset if Ishani made a mistake. Ishani leaves angrily while Pakhi prays that ishani stays on the right path this time.
Leela inspects the house and says it looks small. Hasmuk replies that a house is a house no matter the size. Sarita highlights her house’s comforts like AC and a reliable water supply. Leela points out that the house is still very small and wonders how everyone will sleep. She asks for water for bathing and Sarita assures her it will arrive on time.
Mahi Learns About Parag’s Interest
Mahi asks Gautam if Parag knew that Anupama and the Dance Ranis were staying in the chawl. Gautam says he didn’t know but by the time it was discovered investments were already made. He adds that Prem’s restaurant will also depend on the project. Mahi warns that if the project fails everyone will be in trouble. Gautam says he and Parag will make sure it doesn’t fail and Parag cannot back out. Mahi mentions Rajini Desai as a concern and Gautam assures her he will handle it. He notices Diwaker notes for a new plan.
Diwaker becomes is writing Rahi’s name. Gautam lies to him saying Rahi left a note for him. Diwaker asks what was in the note and Gautam says it contained a Mumbai address. Diwaker is thrilled and asks why she didn’t message directly. Gautam lies again making Diwaker happy. Mahi confronts Gautam saying they are working while Prem and Rahi are enjoying themselves. Gautam replies that he only wanted to tease them a little.
Mehendi Celebration
Anupama enjoys the mehendi function. Sarita asks her to apply mehendi. Anupama tells Rajini she will sign the papers
Ansh and Kinjal are happy after receiving a big client order. Toshu asks to join them and says Ansh and Kinjal can sell their product and he will manage the property. Kinjal warns him to stay away from their clients. Ansh decides to meet Prarthana at the Kothari house worrying Kinjal.
Chawl Residents Honor Anupama
The chawl residents tell Anupama that Bharti’s wedding is today but they are celebrating her instead. They say she is the true Lakshmi of the chawl and ask her to put her handprint on the wall. Anupama places her kumkum handprint and becomes emotional telling them that because of her the chawl is now safe.
Vasundhara and Meeta scold Raja for visiting Mumbai and meeting Pari. Vasundhara says he went on Anupama’s request. Raja replies that he won’t meet anyone in that house. Vasundhara warns him not to respond rudely. Raja defends himself saying he learned from Anupama how to manage stress and handle situations. He asks everyone to stop blaming Anupama for everything. He adds that he returned voluntarily and will not divorce Pari. Vasundhara notes that Anupama taught Raja to handle matters wisely.
Diwaker Arrives in Mumbai
Diwaker arrives in Mumbai and feels happy. He thinks that if he had gone directly he would have missed something so he messages Rahi. Prem notices the late-night message. Rahi and Preet tease Prem while Anupama supports him. Diwaker hopes Rahi will reveal her feelings soon.
Anupama Prepares to Sign Papers
Rajini asks Anupama if she is leaving. Anupama says the mehendi is drying and she will sign the papers later. Rajini says it’s late and the lawyer may have left suggesting signing tomorrow. Anupama asks her to leave the file so she can take it home and sign. Varun agrees but Rajini refuses saying a file was lost once before and it cannot be risked again. She leaves.
Rahi asks Anupama about the file. Anupama explains that the chawl entrusted her with responsibility to protect it which is why she must sign. Rahi warns her not to sign any document without reading it. Anupama says she has read it. Rahi adds that no one should be trusted blindly and Prem agrees.
Rajini says that because of Rahi and Prem her plans are becoming difficult. The next morning Anupama and the Dance Ranis line up for water as everyone talks about the mehendi. Anupama asks Sarita to bring the jewelry from the locker to give to Bharti and Sarita goes to fetch it.
Precap: Rahi says that since Anupama is playing Santa Claus today she should give her the first gift. Prerna argues with Rahi and hugs Anupama. Prerna looks at Prem and tells Rahi that whatever she likes becomes hers. Rahi becomes worried. Rahi gets insecure about Prem. Prerna tells Anupama that their relationship is very old. Rahi gets shocked. When Anupama goes to hug Rahi she stops her. Prerna’s eyes fall on Prem.
