Today’s episode Anupama and Bharti ask Sarita why she suddenly called them to the jewellery shop. Sarita tells them that she had an important reason. Anupama asks Sarita and Anita what could be more urgent than Bharti’s haldi ceremony. Sarita explains that losing gold is considered inauspicious and she doesn’t want anything unfortunate to happen at Bharti’s wedding especially because Bharti is like a daughter to her.
She adds that if losing gold is bad luck then replacing it is believed to restore positivity. That’s why she wants to buy something for Bharti. Bharti politely refuses saying Sarita already does enough and she doesn’t need anything more.
Anupama gets emotional seeing Sarita’s efforts and praises the chawl residents for their warmth. She suggests buying a small ornament instead. Sarita and Anita decide to purchase a ring for Bharti.
Anupama asks Sarita why she came such a long way to buy jewellery when many shops are nearby. A chawl lady explains that this shop is familiar to them and the making charges are much lower.
Sarita apologises to Anupama for the jewellery going missing because of her and thanks Anupama for having faith in her. Anupama assures her that her trust hasn’t changed. She says that whoever committed the theft only took Rajini’s gifted set despite more jewellery and money being in the locker. Sarita says the thief is clearly very skilled managing to open the locker without a key, steal, and disappear. She assumes the jewellery must have been sold by now. Anupama refuses to give up hope and says they might still find it.
Anupama Spots the Stolen Necklace
Suddenly Anupama notices the same necklace that had been stolen. She is shocked and asks the shopkeeper how he got that piece. The shopkeeper reveals that a girl had pawned it claiming she needed money for her grandmother’s treatment. Sarita insists that no girl from their chawl fits that description so it must be an outsider. Anupama begins suspecting Ishani. She shows the shopkeeper Ishani’s picture and he immediately confirms that she is the girl who pawned the necklace. Anupama and Sarita are stunned.
Rahi and Prem walk together. Prem says he is furious with Diwakar. Rahi agrees but tells him that as long as Prem is by her side she fears nothing. Diwakar secretly watches them and assumes Rahi loves him but avoids him because of Prem. He decides to get Prem out of the way so that Rahi will belong only to him.
Anupama Breaks Down Remembering Her Struggles
Anupama recalls her past feeling exhausted by the constant cycle of her children’s mistakes. She breaks down wondering why her children always choose the wrong path and end up bringing shame to her despite her efforts.
But she feels relieved after recovering Bharti’s jewellery and decides that Ishani must learn a lesson for her actions.
Toshu dreams of becoming a wealthy businessman living a luxurious life. In his dream Leela and Kinjal treat him like a king and he believes all of it is possible because of Pari’s divorce settlement money.
Kinjal wakes him from the dream. She tells him he is the only father who dreams of his daughter’s separation. Toshu insists that he will still start his real estate business no matter what.
Bharti and Varun’s Haldi Ceremony Celebration
Anupama dances at Bharti and Varun’s haldi ceremony. Rahi and Prem also join in. Diwakar watches Rahi dance and grows jealous seeing her chemistry with Prem. Anupama applies haldi to Bharti and blesses her. Bharti becomes emotional. Rajini also applies haldi to the couple and everyone enjoys the ceremony.
Ishani and Pakhi arrive. Anupama compliments Ishani for being an emerging star someone unique and a talented actor. Anupama wants Ishani to give Bharti a special shagun with her own hands. Ishani and Pakhi are both confused. When Ishani sees the necklace she is shocked.
Vasundhara prepares for Prarthana’s baby shower. Parag says everyone has received the invitation except the Shahs. Vasundhara refuses to invite them blaming them for previous chaos. Gautam supports her. Mahi adds that she and Gautam will raise the baby and the Shahs have no place in their lives. Parag insists that the baby belongs to Prarthana and only her wishes matter. Prarthana tells them that only the baby’s real father has the right to name the child and that father is Ansh not Gautam. She says she and Ansh don’t need anyone else and are ready to fight if pressured. Vasundhara scolds her.
Anupama Exposes Ishani’s Truth
Back at the haldi Rajini notices the necklace and identifies it as the one she gifted Bharti. Everyone asks Anupama how she found it. Anupama explains the coincidence a cunning thief pawned the necklace at a shop where she happened to go for Bharti’s gift. The shopkeeper had revealed that a girl had pawned it for her sick grandmother. Anupama then asks everyone if they want to know who that girl was.Everyone waits anxiously.
Anupama finally exposes the truth the girl was none other than Ishani. She puts the slipper necklace around Ishani’s neck and everyone is stunned.
Precap : Rahi tells Anupama that since she is playing Santa Claus today she should give her the first gift. Prerna argues with Rahi and hugs Anupama. Prerna looks at Prem and tells Rahi that whatever she loves becomes hers. Rahi gets insecure. Prerna tells Anupama that their bond is very old. When Anupama tries to hug Rahi she steps back. Prerna’s eyes fall on Prem.
