Today’s episode begins with Rahi bringing Anupama inside the Kothari house. Anupama greets the Kotharis warmly and tells Rahi that she has brought kadha for Vasundhara to help keep her blood pressure under control.
Vasundhara sarcastically asks Anupama to stop increasing her BP instead saying she will be fine. Rahi clarifies that Anupama came because she called her. Anupama responds emotionally saying that as a mother she had to come. She adds that she could have spoken over the phone but decided it was better to come personally and talk face-to-face.
Vasundhara tells Rahi that Anupama will take Parag’s side and directly asks Anupama whether she will stand with Parag. Before Anupama can reply Rahi confidently says yes questioning why Anupama would not support Parag. Rahi adds that if Anupama did not intend to support him she would not have come here and reminds everyone that Anupama has not one but two daughters in this house and a mother can do at least this much for her daughters.
Vasundhara remarks that she never thought this relationship would turn out this way but now Rahi has started thinking like a daughter-in-law making her feel that perhaps she has not accepted Rahi wholeheartedly yet.
Meeta says that one mistake by Anupama separated both families but one right decision by her can reunite them again. Mahi reminds Anupama that she may have come on Rahi’s call but she should not forget that she has another daughter in this family as well. Gautam said that it’s good Anupama came for the sake of her daughters and Mahi says that one correct step by Anupama can fix everything.
Anupama says that she also wants to take the right step which is why she left everyone in Mumbai at such a critical moment and came here. She says she is worried about Rahi, Mahi, and everyone involved. Overwhelmed Anupama folds her hands and apologises to the Kotharis saying that whatever happened unintentionally affected not just their business but their household as well. She insists that she neither thought nor wanted this outcome but things still turned this way.
Chawl Residents Attack Anupama’s Home
Meanwhile the chawl residents break into Anupama’s house. Sarita, Pari, and Ishani try to stop them. Jassi and Sarita confront the crowd, questioning how they dared to destroy Anupama’s tent and warning them not to touch her belongings. Jassi threatens to call the police but the residents respond arrogantly that she can do whatever she wants.
The men set Anupama’s belongings on fire. Jassi, Sarita, Pari, and Ishani are shocked and panic as they try to extinguish the flames. Sarita says that while Anupama went to meet Parag for their sake these people set her home on fire. The chawl residents say that Anupama did not go for any compensation and they threaten that if Anupama returns they will burn her alive. Sarita questions why they did not stand up when the builder brought bulldozers. Jassi asks why they did not face the bulldozers then. The residents declare that they will not let Anupama live anywhere near the chawl.
Pari calls them disgusting people while Ishani says that Anupama has done so much for them. Jassi says that they have turned into Anupama’s enemies but they will not abandon her. Sarita agrees, and all four women try to rebuild Anupama’s tent.
Anupama Refuses to Back Down
Back at the Kothari house Anupama clearly states that she will not change her decision and will continue fighting against Rajni. She says it is not easy for her either but explains that when a rich person faces loss they survive but when the poor are betrayed they are completely destroyed.
Anupama declares that she will fight for the chawl residents and that until she secures their rights fixes her mistake and faces Rahi without shame she will not rest peacefully. Rahi questions Anupama, saying that for her the chawl residents mean everything while her own daughters mean nothing. She accuses Anupama of never thinking logically.
Mahi adds that everyone will end up on the streets because of Anupama. Vasundhara says that Anupama will not stop until she ruins them all. Meeta and Anil say that not just the business but the house itself is at stake urging Anupama to understand. Gautam accuses Anupama of using this situation to take revenge pointing out that she gives lectures on relationships but is now destroying them herself. Everyone begins blaming and accusing Anupama.
Parag’s Shocking Decision
Parag finally shouts and tells everyone to stop arguing. He says that no matter what anyone thinks he is quitting the project not because of Anupama but because Rajni betrayed him with lies. Anupama is stunned. Everyone is shocked.
Rajni tells Bharti that it is good she is taking her side. She claims that Anupama tried to manipulate her though Anupama signed the papers only after reading them. Rajni says Anupama is pretending to look good in front of the chawl residents and soon the they will realise who is right and who is wrong. She confidently says they will defeat Anupama together.
Bharti clarifies that she is not supporting Anupama but she is also not supporting Rajni. She says she knows Anupama well and believes Anupama can make mistakes but does not get involved in deceit. She admits that Rajni has done a lot for him which is why she will not go against Rajni but she also cannot support her.
Bharti warns Rajni that Anupama is not someone who gives up easily and defeating her will be extremely difficult if not impossible. She leaves while Rajni grows furious wondering why everyone admires Anupama so much.
Vasundhara’s Threats and Insults
Vasundhara questions whether Parag understands the consequences. Parag says he thought everything through before taking the decision and insists that he decided even before Anupama arrived. Anupama says that Rajni betrayed both of them, and though it is not Parag’s mistake he is still bearing the consequences. Vasundhara accuses Anupama of manipulating Parag. Parag assures Vasundhara that he will handle the loss. Vasundhara reminds him that this business is their home, then turns to Anupama and offers a deal.
She says that if Anupama backs out she will bring Pari back home, give her all her rights and end the rift between Pari and Rahi. She also promises to find a wealthy family for Ishani, give Rahi, Mahi, and Pari the status of daughters-in-law accept Ansh as her son-in-law and allow Prarthana to live under her protection.
Gautam interrupts telling Vasundhara to stop but she says all he needs to do is let the chawl fall. Meeta left with no choice agrees promising to be both mother-in-law and mother to Pari. Prem stands firmly by Anupama’s side.
Vasundhara insults Anupama by calling her illiterate. Anupama proudly responds that she is proud to be illiterate because at least she does not sell relationships for profit.
Anupama’s Firm Decisions
Anupama admits that she made a mistake but insists that the betrayal came from Rajni who hid the truth about Parag’s partnership. Vasundhara warns Parag that everything will be destroyed if he backs out but Parag refuses to budge.
Anupama says that when her own daughters misunderstand her Parag has no reason to listen to her either. Rahi challenges her to step back and prove she is right. Anupama calmly replies that she will stay exactly where she is and prove her truth. She vows to defeat Rajni at any cost.
Parag says he can tolerate losses but not betrayal and since Rajni betrayed him he will withdraw from the project. He assures Anupama that she may do whatever she wants but he will not ask her to change her decision.
Vasundhara declares that she will protect her house at any cost accuses Anupama of being a bad mother and claims that Anupama became great but failed as a mother. She blames Anupama for destroying Rahi and Mahi’s homes and for snatching the chance to reunite Pari and Raja mocking her as dramatic and stubborn.
Precap : Rajni watches Anupama’s interview where a reporter questions Anupama Rajni’s wrongdoings and mentions that even her daughter hates her. Anupama refuses to comment on Rajni’s daughter and warns that if Rajni tries to snatch the poor people’s homes she might lose her own.
The builder warns the chawl residents to accept Rajni’s offer or the chawl will be demolished in three days.
Anupama marches against Rajni while Rajni calls someone to get rid of Anupama.
