Today’s episode starts with Anupama kidnapping Varun and tying him up. Varun screams that this is hooliganism and that she has kidnapped him. Anupama coldly replies that she is nothing like her sister and if Varun had learned even a little from Prerna his condition would not be like this today. She says Prerna has done the right thing which is why she is standing with her.
Anupama lashes out at Varun calling him completely useless and nothing but Rajini’s servant. She reminds him how Rajini dragged Ishani on the streets during their fight committing a cheap and disgraceful act. She declares that Rajini sent goons to threaten Ishani and now her son Varun will tremble in pain. Anupama begins beating Varun with a belt and Varun screams in agony.
Suddenly it is revealed that this entire scene is Rajini’s dream. Rajini wakes up in fear shaken and panicked.
Vasundhara Humiliate Rahi
At the Kothari house Rahi tells Vasundhara that she has not eaten anything since yesterday. She says she ate only a little but Vasundhara angrily throws fruits away and forbids her from eating. Vasundhara fumes that Anupama has starved Rahi and accuses Anupama of ruining everything.
She rants that ever since Rahi stepped into this house it has only brought trouble, and the biggest problem of all is her mother Anupama. Influenced by Anupama’s words Parag stops listening to reason. Vasundhara screams that her home,her son Parag and everything she loved have been snatched away by Rahi and Anupama. She begs them to leave her alone so she can die peacefully. She orders Rahi to leave immediately and not touch her. Rahi tries to stop her fearing she might fall but Vasundhara cruelly says that it would be better if she died because only then would she get rid of Rahi and Anupama.
Khyati arrives and Vasundhara demands that Rahi leave at once because she cannot stand to see her face. Khyati asks Rahi to go. Vasundhara breaks down in tears and Khyati consoles her. Crying uncontrollably Vasundhara says that only two days are left and she does not know what will happen.
Rahi is shocked to see Vasundhara in such a condition becomes emotional and runs away in tears.
Anupama Collapses but Refuses to Give Up
Anupama mutters to herself that only two days are left time is less but her courage must not weaken. Suddenly Anupama feels dizzy and collapses on the road. The people of the chawl completely ignore her leaving her unconscious without helping.
After some time Pari, Ishani, Rahi, Jassi, and Sarita notice Anupama lying unconscious and rush to help her. They panic and bring her back to consciousness. Jassi angrily remarks how heartless people can be leaving a woman unconscious without even touching her to help.
Anupama says it is not their fault because they trusted her blindly and it was her mistake to trust Rajini and sign those papers. She explains that trust is fragile once broken it is very hard to rebuild and even taking a step forward feels painful as if broken glass might pierce you at any moment.
Sarita says that she is now going to take a stand for them. Jassi angrily questions why Anupama is risking her life for them. Anupama replies that she is not doing this for them but for herself. She wants to see the same love and trust in their eyes again to correct her mistake because if she cannot she will not be able to live. Sarita scolds her for neglecting her health reminding her that this is not a place to sacrifice herself. Anupama replies that she has all of them to take care of her.
Anupama’s Unbroken Courage
Anupama insists that she must find a lawyer. Prerna points out that no lawyer has agreed to take the case for so long and Jassi confirms that no one is ready to support them especially with so little time left.
Anupama firmly says that they still have 48 hours and that she has overturned impossible situations many times before. Time is short but courage must not fade. She reminds everyone that even when time seems to be gone time still exists.
She picks up the file and leaves while Sarita prays to God begging Him to at least listen Anupma when no one else is.
Meeta is about to leave the Kothari house, and Parag questions her saying he no longer trusts her. Meeta calmly replies that now that Parag has asked directly she must admit that she no longer trusts him either. She says that whoever wanted to stay has stayed but now she is leaving. She accuses Parag and Anupama of always being selfish and never thinking about the children so now she will also stop thinking about anyone else.
Rahi and Khyati try to stop her but Meeta declares that this family has only two days left in this house anyway and she is just leaving a little earlier. Rahi reflects sadly that one decision of Anupama has broken so many hearts, yet Anupama seems unaffected.
Parag Finds Support
Parag asks Gautam to bring the investment papers but Gautam mocks him saying that such a small investment cannot save Parag’s house. Gautam explains that these are long-term investments and if things fail he will still protect his children.
Prem assures Parag that he is talking to his contacts and they will not need help from people like Gautam. Parag recalls his father’s words saying that bad times reveal who is truly yours and who is not.
Ansh arrives and offers support saying that even if others are missing he is there. He connects Parag to Prarthana who tells Parag that she is proud of him for standing with the truth instead of siding with the wrong side. She assures him that everyone believes in him. Ansh also mentions that his friend’s relative may help with a loan. Prem hugs Ansh promising to stand by Parag together. Gautam insults Ansh questioning his worth but Parag silences him praising values, courage, and upbringing.
Rajini’s Fear Grows
Rajini spots Anupama and wonders why she is here fearing that Anupama might be following her or that she may have harmed Varun. She calls Varun and orders him to stay at home and lock himself inside warning him to stay away from Bharati.
Rajini prays to God to keep Prerna away and protect Varun begging that Anupama’s shadow never falls on her children.
Later Rajini is in a meeting with politicians when she suddenly zones out lost in thoughts of Anupama. Her PA alerts her and the leaders warn her that her image and the party’s reputation are suffering. They reveal that the party is reconsidering her candidature and that the opposition is planning to give Anupama a ticket. Rajini is shocked and panicked realizing her political career is in danger.
Anupama’s Defiance at the Chawl
At the chawl Bulider announces that everyone should start packing immediately.mocking that once the slum is demolished this place will magically become five-star.
Anupama hits him with a ball declaring that he started this game but she will take it forward. He arrogantly says he came only to inform them that the bulldozer will arrive the day after tomorrow. Anupama accuses him of lying and playing cruel games asking why he returned when he already gave three days time. She calls out his mockery of poverty and helplessness. When Bulider mocks again Anupama hits him and he falls to the ground.
She warns him to tell Rajini that they are not afraid and if Rajini breaks even one rule of war Anupama will retaliate without mercy. Terrified he runs away.
Some chawl residents accuse Anupama of provoking trouble calling her shameless and asking her to leave. Anupama begs for time promising that she will not let the chawl be demolished but they remind her that trusting her has already cost them dearly.
Precap: Varun assures Rajini that Anupama’s end is near. Soon after unknown men set Anupama’s house on fire. Anupama panics for Rahi who informs her that Prerna is trapped inside. Without hesitation Anupama jumps into the flames to save her.
Rajini is convinced that Anupama will not survive.
