Today’s episode begins with Anupama noticing a spark in the light box. She worries wondering whether it is a sign of something bad. She thinks everything has been fine so far so why is she suddenly feeling scared about what might happen tomorrow? She realizes Rahi’s fear has affected her mind as well but she reassures herself that everything has been good till now and it will continue to remain good.
Prem Arrives to Save Rahi
Rahi struggles to free herself from Diwakar trying desperately to escape. Diwakar covers her mouth and threatens her saying her screaming may ruin all his plans. He admits things are difficult but assures he will manage everything insisting that if love exists there is no need to fear. Rahi keeps trying to save herself.
Just then Prem arrives. Seeing the situation he becomes furious and beats Diwakar badly. He tells Rahi to call the police immediately. Diwakar folds his hands and begs them not to send him to jail. He admits his mistake and promises he will never come in Rahi’s way again. He confesses he mistakenly believed Rahi loved him but now realizes she only loves Prem.
However Prem is too angry to listen and is about to hit Diwakar again when Rahi stops him. Taking advantage of the moment Diwakar escapes. Rahi assures Prem that Diwakar will not return but Prem is not convinced and thiks such madness does not end so easily.
Anupama Prepares Bharti for Her Wedding
Anupama helps Bharti get ready as a bride. Bharti feels extremely happy seeing herself as a bride. However Anupama still feels uneasy after last night’s incident and remains worried about Rahi’s words and fears. She prays that Bharti’s happiness remains protected from every evil eye and nothing goes wrong with her wedding or relationships.
Bharti notices Anupama is lost in thought. Anupama says tension is natural in a wedding house. Bharti comforts her saying everything is fine and will remain fine.
Rajini and Varun Arrives with baraat
Preet tells Anupama that the baraat has arrived. Bharti happily dances. Varun and Rajini make a grand entry they brought the baraat directly to the chawl from the shoot. They happily dance together.
Anupama says Rajini chose a simple baraat so that no one feels small or big. Meanwhile Rahi feels something still seems pretentious and fake.
Anupama Welcomes Rajini
Anupama welcomes Rajini and Varun. Rajini jokes that the welcome was too simple. Anupama and Rajini share a light-hearted conversation. Anupama explains she wanted to keep everything balanced so that no one feels overwhelmed. Soon Anupama and the ladies perform a lively dance on dhol. Rajini also joins them and Varun enjoys joyfully.
Anupama tells Rajini that friendship and jokes have their place, but relationships have their own respect. Till yesterday Rajini was her friend but now she is family. Bharti is now her daughter-in-law and Rajini receives heartfelt gratitude from everyone for accepting Bharti wholeheartedly.
She says the chawl trusts Anupama and she equally trusts Rajini that she will always do the right thing. Rajini assures everything will remain fine.
Sairat asks Bharti to perform the pre-wedding prayer. Preet asks about its significance and Sairat explains it is done by every bride for a happy married life. Bharti performs the ritual.
Meanwhile Rahi flirts with Prem. She complains he didn’t even compliment how beautifully she has dressed up. Prem says he was busy with wedding work but now all his time belongs to her. They share a romantic moment kiss each other and Rahi teasingly warns Prem not to even glance at any other girl. Prem assures her that only she matters to him.
Wedding Rituals Begin
The wedding rituals begin. The pandit asks for the groom’s father but Anupama says both roles belong to Rajini so she will perform all rituals from the groom’s side.
Anupama notices Pakhi and Ishani whispering and questions them. Pakhi reveals Ishani has a shoot and is getting good payment. Anupama asks if she verified the producer and project details but Pakhi lies and says everything is confirmed over call. Pakhi insists work matters more than a wedding.
Suddenly Ishani accidentally drops the kumkum plate. Anupama gets scared as it is considered inauspicious. She also recalls last night’s incident. Rajini tells Anupama not to link it with bad omens as it was just an accident.
Prerna Makes a Shocking Entry
Pandit asks for the bride. Bharti arrives beautifully dressed. Rajini emotionally calls her daughter. Anupama reminds Rajini that calling her daughter means accepting her wholeheartedly and taking care of her. Rajini agrees.
Varun and Bharti exchange garlands and the rituals begin. The pandit asks for the groom’s sister for the tilak ceremony. Rahi steps forward but suddenly Prerna arrives and performs the ritual instead. Everyone is shocked including Rahi.
Varun happily to see Prerna. Everyone learns she is Rajini’s daughter. Rajini becomes emotional and goes to hug her but Prerna hugs Anupama instead. She says destiny keeps bringing her and Anupama together. Anupama also expresses shock knowing she is Rajini’s daughter.
Prerna says she came to attend Varun’s wedding and didn’t know it would happen in this chawl. She says Bharti is like a daughter to Anupama and now they are family. She admits she always felt a deep connection with Anupama.
Rajini emotionally says she came for a wedding and also found her daughter today. Prerna says she is here not as Rajini’s daughter but as Varun’s sister and Anupama’s uninvited guest. Everyone realizes she is still upset with Rajini.
Anupama consoles Rajini assuring everything between her and Prerna will be fine soon. Rajini thanks Anupama.
Meanwhile Prerna comes between Prem and Rahi leaving Rahi upset.
