Today’s episode begins with Anupama extinguishing the lamp in front of the temple curtains. Suddenly a wave of panic and fear grips the atmosphere. The chawl residents notice that a fire has broken out and Rahi is left shocked to discover that the fire has erupted in Room No. 8. She begins screaming Prerna’s name in panic.
At the same time, Anupama feels a strange unsettling sensation. She wonders how this could happen and questions whether this is a sign from God. Anupama feels as if one of her children is trapped in the fire and without wasting a second she rushes towards the chawl.
Rajini’s Dark Celebration
Jassi, Ishani, and Pari reach the spot where Rahi reveals that Prerna is still trapped inside. Everyone is confused about how the fire even started.
Elsewhere Rajini holds, Anupama’s photograph coldly declaring that everything associated with Anupama her name, work, identity, reputation and pride will be destroyed. She confesses that she has been jealous of Anupama since childhood and vows that Anupama will burn forever. Rajini presses the lighter and sets Anupama’s photograph on fire laughing cruelly.
Anupama Realizes the Truth Inside the Fire
Anupama runs towards the chawl. Varun is stunned to see her there thinking that if Anupama is outside then who is trapped inside the room?
Anupama looks into the blazing fire and panics as she screams Pari and Ishani’s names.but feels relieved upon seeing them safe. Moments later she becomes anxious about Rahi too but calms down after spotting her. Rahi then reveals the shocking truth Prerna is still inside. Anupama and Varun are left shocked. Varun holds his head in disbelief. Anupama asks Rahi how Prerna went inside. Rahi explains that she was supposed to go in first but the fire broke out before Anupama arrived. Prerna had insisted on going together but before that could happen the flames spread.
Varun refuses to believe that anything could happen to Prerna. Sarita mourns Prerna’s fate. Jassi urges everyone to bring water to save her.
Anupama Walks Into the Fire
Anupama throws water on the fire but the flames refuse to die down. Without thinking of her own safety she breaks the door open and rushes inside the burning room. Rahi screams for her to stop.
Sarita asks someone to call the fire brigade. The chawl residents inform her that the fire brigade has been called but it will take time to arrive. People fear that neither Prerna nor Anupama will survive. Rajini laughs maniacally believing that Anupama has finally been destroyed.
Varun Exposes Rajini’s Crime
Meanwhile leela becomes restless, and Hasmukh questions her anxiety. Leela senses something is wrong and suggests calling Mumbai to check if Anupama is safe. Hasmukh makes the call.
Inside the room Anupama regains unconsciousness. Rahi prays fervently to God to protect Anupama. Drops of water fall from near God’s idol onto Anupama’s face reviving her. She desperately searches for Prerna.
Outside, Rahi, Ishani, and Pari try to control the fire and force open the door.
Varun runs home screaming Prerna’s name. Rajini is shocked by his panic. Varun reveals the horrifying truth Rajini’s plan backfired and Prerna got trapped instead of Anupama. Rajini breaks down screaming that her own daughter is burning in the fire she created.
Varun accuses Rajini of being a murderer saying she killed her own sister with her own hands. He questions why she even gave birth to him if he wanted to dead. Rajini collapses completely. She hallucinates Anupama in a divine goddess-like form who reminds her that karma always returns. Anupama declares that no matter who lit the match the fire was set by Rajini and she will burn in its consequences for life and beyond.
Anupama Saves Prerna
Inside Anupama finds Prerna unconscious. The chawl women accuse Anupama saying Rajini set the room on fire because of her rivalry with Anupama. Rahi fiercely defends Anupama warning them not to take her name again. Anupama struggles but finally brings Prerna back to consciousness. Prerna cries that she is scared she might die but Anupama assures her that nothing will happen and promises to take her out safely.
The fire intensifies yet Anupama motivates Prerna not to give up. Rahi prays continuously. Holding God’s photo Anupama and Prerna finally emerge from the fire but Anupama collapses unconscious.
Bharti Leaves Rajini Forever
Varun informs Bharti of everything. She is devastated. Varun accuses Rajini of sacrificing her own daughter in hatred. Bharti declares that she cannot stay in that house even for a moment and decides to leave immediately.
Rajini begs Bharti and Varun to stay but they abandon her leaving Rajini alone with her guilt and regret.
Anupama’s Divine Vision
The doctor informs Rahi that Anupama is out of danger but needs proper care and rest. Rahi stays by her side.deeply worried. While unconscious Anupama experiences a powerful dream in which she meets Anuj. She emotionally tells him that she knew he would come and never leave her alone. Anupama breaks down complaining that everything she tries to fix somehow goes wrong. She says she went to protect everyone but today Prerna’s life was almost lost.
Anupama fears that the builder and Rajini will arrive the next morning with a bulldozer and everything will be destroyed. She cries that truth will lose justice will lose and she Anupama will lose. She worries about the helpless chawl residents and where they will go. In despair she questions why God is not listening to her prayers.
Suddenly a bright divine light appears and Anupama sees Lord Krishna standing before her. Krishna explains that war is fought with principles but victory comes through strategy. He tells her that enemies use deceit and manipulation and to defeat them she must adopt Krishna Neeti. Krishna guides her to understand that righteousness alone is not enough when the enemy is cunning.
Anupama wakes up from the dream calling out Prerna’s name in panic. Rahi immediately reassures her that Prerna is completely safe and unharmed. Overwhelmed with emotion Prerna hugs Anupama tightly thanking her for saving her life. Pari asks how the fire actually started. Rahi reveals that two men had come earlier, pretending to be sent by the builder claiming they wanted to meet Anupama. Rahi was about to go with them but Prerna arrived in between and insisted on going instead. Ishani realizes that this proves the fire was a planned attack meant to kill Anupama.
Anupama wonders who could stoop so low but Prerna clearly says that Rajini is the only person capable of doing this. Rahi agrees, but Anupama refuses to believe that Rajini could intentionally take someone’s life saying arguments and hatred are different from murder.
The Truth Revealed
At that moment Varun steps forward and reveals the entire truth. He confesses that Rajini planned everything and he was also involved in the crime Varun breaks down begs Anupama for forgiveness and admits that Rajini used him and he allowed himself to be used. He says that whatever punishment Anupama decides he will accept.
Rahi accuses Bharti of knowing about the plan. Bharti clarifies that she had no idea and if she had known she would never have allowed this to happen. She explains that the moment she found out she left the house immediately. Jassi questions whether Bharti is standing by her husband but Bharti states that Varun deeply regrets his actions.
Sairat says that if anything had happened to Prerna or Anupama it would have been unforgivable. Bharti then admits that even she wants Rajini to be punished now. Varun also urges Anupama not to spare Rajini this time.
Prerna, Rahi, Ishani and Pari together encourage Anupama telling her that this time she must stand strong fight back and deliver justice.
