Today’s episode begins with Anupama angrily confronting the chawl residents. She warns them that if anyone dares to say a single word against Ishani or Preet again she will not tolerate it. Her fierce outburst leaves everyone stunned.
Rajini secretly enjoys and smiles while watching the drama unfold. However Prerna notices Rajini’s reaction and Rajini immediately wipes the smile off her face.
Anupama declares that if she can fight the fearlessly for the chawl she can fight against the chawl residents as well. She reminds them that they trusted her blindly and even handed over the power of attorney to her.Preet has lived in the chawl for six years and when she truly needed support they couldn’t even show her a fraction of that trust.
She questions they can distrust Ishani Preet who has always stood by them so unfairly how can they question her. Anupama stands firmly by Ishani and Preet stating that without knowing the truth people find it easiest to raise fingers at a woman’s character.
Anupama Shuts Down Chawl Residents
The chawl residents question where Ishani and Preet go late at night and what kind of life they live they don’t know anything about it. Anupama responds sharply asking whether returning home late automatically makes a woman’s character questionable.
She points out that she herself often returns home late because she works in the film industry does that mean her character should also be questioned? She reminds them that many women in the chawl work night shifts and come home in the morning. Will they raise questions about their character too? Anupama strongly criticises their mindset towards people from the film industry. She asks why they watch films, television shows, dance to film songs at every function, and celebrate cinema if they despise film industry professionals so much.
She warns them that today they are accusing Ishani and Preet but tomorrow someone might do the same to their daughters or family members. She delivers a powerful line saying that in this world there is nothing easier than pointing fingers at a woman.
Anupama turns towards the media and accuses them of searching for gossip and sensational content instead of truth. She says the media’s responsibility is to show the truth to the world not to destroy lives for headlines.
She warns that one video clip or one misleading headline can ruin someone’s entire life. Rajini pretends to support Anupama and tells the media to work responsibly hiding her true intentions.
Anupama adds that the chawl residents always say about having small homes but big hearts. Today she realised that it’s not just the size of the heart that needs to grow the mindset needs to grow too.
Chawl Residents Apologise to Anupama
Preet breaks down emotionally and says that she considered the chawl residents her family but today they shattered her trust. She declares that she will never forgive them for hurting her dignity.
The chawl residents finally apologise to Preet, Ishani, and Anupama. However Anupama stops them and questions whether saying sorry can fix everything. She explains that forgiveness is a very big thing and if apologies are given too easily they lose their value and fail to teach any lesson.
Anupama tells Ishani that working is important but before accepting any assignment she should have verified it properly. She also points out Pakhi’s mistake saying that high payment alone should not be the reason to send someone without proper background checks.
She advises Preet to control her anger and says that rushing to the police station without knowing the full situation only worsened matters. Preet and Ishani apologise to Anupama.
Ishani feels ashamed and lowers her head but Anupama lifts her spirits by saying that if they haven’t done anything wrong they should neither bow their heads nor step back.
She announces that the matter ends here and invites everyone to participate happily in Bharti’s farewell rituals.
Ansh Consoles Kinjal
Kinjal becomes emotional and Ansh tries to comfort her. Kinjal says that Anupama had always warned her that Toshu would never change but she still hoped .She explains that even if the world stops giving chances a wife never stops hoping her husband will change. She says she tried everything but Toshu refuses to improve. Ansh cheers her up her. Kinjal say just like Samar used to make Anupama smile she still has Ansh by her side.
Vasundhara’s Anger Over Rahi and Anupama
Vasundhara calls Prem and orders him to bring Rahi back home at any cost. Khayati tries to calm her down but Vasundhara snaps and says lectures won’t change anything. She says people don’t care about truth or lies they only want something negative to talk about. She adds that Anupama’s family still doesn’t let her live peacefully and Rahi keeps going back to meet Anupama repeatedly. Khayati points out that Vasundhara has started blaming Anupama for everything lately. Vasundhara is left speechless.
Bharti’s Emotional farewell
Bharti’s farewell rituals begin. Anupama performs the bidaai and both Bharti and Preet get emotional seeing each other. Prerna comments that such pure friendship and love can only be found in the chawl not in big mansions. Preet apologises to Bharti. Bharti meets everyone and asks Sarita to take care of the family. She seeks blessings from Leela and Hasmukh. Leela gives Bharti the keys to her house and tells her she has a home waiting for her in Ahmedabad as well.
Bharti meets Rahi and tells her that Anupama loves her deeply and that she should never stay angry with her. She says Anupama supports everyone but ends up fighting her battles alone she shouldn’t be left to do that.
Rahi assures Bharti that she will always have her maayka if she ever needs support. Pakhi apologises to Bharti and Bharti breaks down hugging Anupama tightly.
Precap : To celebrate Bharti’s wedding Anupama dances joyfully. Rajini thinks to herself that Anupama’s goodness has helped her a lot but now Anupama will have to pay a very heavy price for it. Bharti notices the documents and calls Anupama. Rajini grows nervous.
