Today’s episode begins with Anupama bringing Jaya back home. Jaya feels scared seeing the darkness. She tells Anupama that she is afraid and Anupama comforts her saying the lights must have gone out and she should not worry. Suddenly the lights come back on and both Anupama and Jaya are surprised to see beautiful decorations. Anupama explains that everything has been arranged to welcome Jaya.
A Warm Welcome for Jaya
Banku dresses up as a teddy bear to cheer Jaya up along with uncle and aunty. Anupama tells Jaya not to be scared as the teddy is actually Banku. The couple expresses happiness over Jaya’s return. Anupama asks Jaya to greet them but Jaya hesitates out of fear. Anupama reassures her that they are her own people. Jaya finally greets them.
Uncle tells Jaya that aunty has brought a cake for her. Jaya happily asks if the whole cake is for her and uncle confirms it is. Banku encourages her to cut the cake but Jaya refuses saying she will not cut it without Digvijay. She starts looking for him and reminds Anupama that he had promised to stay with her in the hospital so she wonders where he has gone now. Banku explains that Digvijay has gone out for some work and Anupama also tries to calm her. Jaya decides to save the cake for Digvijay and instead feeds everyone.
Anupama Feels Concerned About Digvijay
Anupama thanks Banku and asks if he informed Digvijay before decorating the house. Banku admits he didn’t get the chance. Anupama worries that Digvijay might not like it and says he should have been told. Banku insists that Digvijay will adjust. Anupama notes that Digvijay seems very stressed these days and they should take care of his feelings.
Banku then asks Anupama about her missing neck chain. Anupama reveals that she had no other option and had to sell it. Banku gets emotional hearing this. Anupama then asks him to leave it and focus on Jaya.
Celebration Turns Emotional
Uncle and aunty mention that it is time for Jaya’s next surprise. Jaya happily says it feels like her birthday is being celebrated twice. Everyone dances together joyfully. Suddenly Jaya sees Rossi and gets terrified. She hallucinates that Rossi wants to harm Anupama. Scared she hugs Anupama tightly. Anupama consoles her assuring that no one can enter Digvijay’s house. At that moment Digvijay returns home.
Mahi Warns Jassi
Meanwhile Mahi questions Jassi asking her to think about Ansh as well since he is her friend. Jassi sarcastically asks why Mahi is suddenly giving advice. Mahi explains that Ansh is emotional and can be easily manipulated and someone might take him away from his family.
Jassi taunts Mahi reminding her how she used to prioritize Gautam over her family and now suddenly cares after being betrayed. She calls her selfish and compares her to Pakhi saying both act against their families and return only when they are hurt outside. Mahi again warns Jassi not to play with Ansh’s emotions and says she has noticed Jassi slowly distancing him from his family. Ansh interrupts and leaves with Jassi.
Leela tells Mahi to repeat these things daily shocking Hasmukh. When he questions her Leela reveals she actually wants Mahi and Jassi to fight so that one of them leaves the house.
Rahi Doubts Vasundhara
Rahi wonders why Vasundhara didn’t inform her about Anupama’s call. She suspects that something might have been hidden. When she asks Vasundhara about it Vasundhara ignores her question.
Vasundhara thinks to herself that only she has authority in the Kothari house and Anupama’s daughter should fulfill her wishes in her maternal home not here. She believes no one has the right to question her decisions.
Digvijay Gets Emotional Seeing Jaya
Uncle and aunty tell Digvijay how lively the house feels after a long time reminding him of Saavi. They say Jaya has brought back those memories and encouraged him to smile for her.
Banku apologizes to Digvijay for decorating without informing him explaining that he couldn’t control his excitement. Digvijay gives Jaya a diary meant for grown-up kids. Jaya becomes very happy and tells him she has saved cake for him. She hugs him emotionally, but Digvijay leaves quietly.
Banku likes the diary and asks Anupama to read it. Anupama feels that despite his struggles Digvijay is slowly changing.
Rahi and Prem’s New Beginning
Raja gets excited about Prem’s restaurant opening but Prem clarifies it is yet to officially open. Rahi says the license will come soon and invites Prem to come with his team. Raja gets even more excited but Rahi advises them to save their excitement for the main day.
Vasundhara calls Parag and asks him to visit the restaurant opening. Prem confidently says that once his restaurant becomes successful he will bring Parag back. Anupama asks Rahi about the opening but Vasundhara does not like their conversation.
Anupama Worries About Jaya’s Trauma
At night Anupama sings a lullaby to help Jaya sleep. Even in sleep Jaya appears disturbed. Anupama wonders what Rossi might have done to her that she is so scared. She feels helpless as she has neither caught them red-handed nor found any proof and Jaya is too frightened to speak.
Jaya murmurs in her sleep and Anupama becomes emotional promising to protect her. Digvijay asks about Jaya and Anupama says she is sleeping but still afraid. Digvijay feels something serious must have happened to her. Anupama suspects Rossi but has no proof. She blames herself thinking if she hadn’t confronted Paul and Rossi things might have been better.
Digvijay tells her not to blame herself. Anupama admits she was terrified when Jaya went missing. Digvijay replies that she is lucky because not everyone gets their daughter back leaving Anupama shocked.
Precap: Rahi excitedly tells Prem that Anupama has been chosen as the mentor to inspect his restaurant for the license. However Anupama rejects the license. Rahi is left shocked and blames Anupama for breaking her and Prem’s dream.
