Today’s episode begins with Leela saying she had warned everyone earlier. She says there is still time and they should stop Rahi because she is about to make the same mistake that Anupama once made.
Anupama becomes emotional and says that God is being unfair by writing the same fate for Rahi that she once faced. She breaks down and says that a daughter should inherit her mother’s virtues and blessings but she does not understand why Rahi is getting the same painful destiny that she had. Anupama says the pain that belongs to her should never come to Rahi. She cries and says she might be the only mother in the world who has become a curse for her own children.
Leela disagrees and says every mother is a blessing for her children. But Anupama says that is not true in her case.
Anupama Remembers Her Past and Panics
Anupama begins recalling her past mistakes. She remembers how Kavya once came close to Anuj and later Maya also entered his life. Now she feels the same situation is happening again with Rahi and Prerna.
Anupama says Rahi is making a mistake by giving Prerna another chance. She becomes extremely anxious. Leela agrees with her. She says that although Prem is a good boy no one can trust Prerna. Anupama once trusted Kavya and later gave Maya an opportunity and now Rahi is repeating the same mistake. Anupama says she does not understand what she should do.
Leela suggests that Anupama should tell Vasundhara everything. She warns that if tomorrow something wrong happens or even if nothing happens Prerna might still accuse Prem of being involved with her. If that happens how will they face Vasundhara?Leela insists that before it is too late Anupama should reveal the truth so that Vasundhara throws Prerna out of the house immediately.
Anupama agrees and says Leela is right. She decides that after the baby’s puja Prerna will not stay in the house anymore. She takes responsibility for removing Prerna from Rahi’s life.
Prem Apologizes to Rahi
Meanwhile Prem apologizes to Rahi. He says he made a very big mistake. Rahi replies that she also made a mistake because she failed to give him confidence in their relationship. Because of that Prem felt the need to hide things from her. She says she hurt him deeply.
Prem refuses to let her blame herself. He says he thought she was already worried and did not want to trouble her further by revealing everything. But now he realizes that a husband and wife should never hide anything from each other. They then discuss Rahi’s decision to allow Prerna to stay in the house.
Rahi explains that Prerna came there for work and did not make any mistake in her job. She even did what Parag and Anil failed to do. Because of Prerna, Prem’s dream has come true and that dream is also her dream. Rahi admits she might be acting selfishly. However she says Prerna already feels guilty and will leave on her own. If she suddenly leaves now the family will start asking questions. People like Mahi and Gautam would get a chance to insult their relationship.
Prem says he is very lucky because any other wife might have thrown her husband out of the house. Rahi warns him jokingly that if he repeats such a mistake again she will do exactly that. Prem hugs Rahi and she says there is no one between them and no one will ever come between them.
At the Shah house Toshu notices everyone packing gifts for the Kothari family. He asks why they need to give them gifts. Hasmukh explains that it is part of the ritual and they cannot go empty-handed.
Toshu sarcastically asks why they should give anything to those people. Hasmukh mocks him and warns him not to create any trouble when they go there. Ishani asks why the puja after six days of the baby’s birth is so important.
Leela explains that after six days God writes the destiny of the newborn child. Anupama says she is praying that God writes only happiness in the baby’s destiny and keeps every sorrow away.
Ishani wonders if everyone truly believes in this ritual. Anupama says that if she believes in it herself she will eventually understand whether faith matters or not.
Ishani asks when the baby will come to their house. Leela replies that it will happen after one and a half months. Ishani hopes everything continues peacefully between the Shahs and the Kotharis. Anupama lights a lamp in the baby’s name.
Prarthana and Ansh Plan to Visit the Temple
Later Anupama dreams about Prarthana, Ansh and the baby. Soon Ansh calls Anupama on video. Prarthana says the baby made a very cute expression and they wanted Anupama to see it.
Ansh says he records every moment with the baby so that memories remain forever. He praises the name Pranshi that Anupama gave the child. Prarthana remembers a temple that Anupama once mentioned and says she wants to take Pranshi there for blessings. Anupama appreciates the idea but reminds them that the baby’s puja is scheduled for the next day and Vasundhara will not allow them to go.
Prarthana says she feels strongly that they should visit the temple the very next day. Suddenly Anupama’s phone battery dies. Anupama becomes worried and says she does not trust Vasundhara and fears she will not allow Ansh and Prarthana to leave.
Ansh tells Prarthana that Anupama’s phone must have died. Even though Prarthana is unsure she still feels they should go the next day. Ansh says they will go anyway, and if Vasundhara refuses, Prarthana can convince her with her emotional expressions. Anupama says the next day will be unforgettable for everyone.
Preparations for Baby Pranshi’s Puja
The next morning Vasundhara announces that the 72-hour danger period is over and baby Pranshi is safe. She praises the house decorations. Rahi and Prem bring baby Pranshi. Vasundhara happily says that now they should also give her another grandchild soon.
Parag scolds Vasundhara for being greedy and asks her to first shower love on Pranshi. Vasundhara replies that she already loves the baby more than anything. Rahi hands the baby to her but Pranshi starts crying and refuses to leave Rahi’s arms. Rahi feels that she shares a special connection with the baby. Parag agrees and says the baby must have sensed that bond. Meeta and Pari also agree. Soon Prarthana and Ansh arrive.
Parag praises Prarthana and says she gave the first baby of the new generation to the family. He adds that the first child always holds a special place in everyone’s heart. He also says that Pranshi looks exactly like Prarthana. Parag recalls how he used to carry Prarthana in his arms when she was little and hopes she always remains happy.
Argument Over the Temple Visit
Vasundhara notices that servants are packing bags. She asks about it. Prarthana and Ansh reveal their plan to take the baby to the temple. Vasundhara immediately refuses and says no one will go anywhere today.
Ansh reminds her that the earlier danger has already passed. But Vasundhara insists that the baby’s puja is scheduled for that day and they never leave the house on such occasions. She says they can go tomorrow or the day after and she will also accompany them. Prarthana continues arguing.
Just then Anupama arrives and surprisingly supports Vasundhara. She asks Prarthana to wait until the puja is completed. Parag accuses Anupama of emotionally blackmailing Prarthana and says if the mother wants to go she should be allowed. Prarthana becomes upset. She says she listened to everyone during her entire pregnancy and now when she asks for one thing no one is listening.
Anupama asks her not to be stubborn and suggests going the next day. However Ansh supports Prarthana and promises to fulfill her wish. Parag also supports them and says it is an auspicious day and children should not be upset. He allows them to go. Prarthana then asks Anupama to come along saying it is an important day for her.
Parag also requests Anupama to accompany them so they can feel relaxed. Anupama finally agrees. Vasundhara becomes worried and ties black protective threads on Pranshi, Ansh, and Prarthana.
Vasundhara Gets Worried
Before leaving Anupama reassures Vasundhara that she will take good care of the baby and they will return soon. However as they leave one of the black threads falls to the ground. Vasundhara notices it and becomes anxious. Leela also sees it and asks whose thread it was.
Vasundhara worries that something bad might happen but Leela tells her not to be suspicious and says the bad time has already passed. Parag tries to calm Vasundhara and reminds her that Anupama is with them. But Vasundhara still feels very uneasy.
Trouble on the Way to the Temple
On the way Anupama asks Prarthana why she was so determined to go that day. Prarthana says she had a strong intuition that Pranshi must visit the temple immediately.
Suddenly their car almost meets with an accident and soon after the car breaks down. Ansh says the temple is nearby and suggests that they walk to the temple instead. Prarthana agrees.
Meanwhile Rahi calls Anupama to ask when they will return because everyone is waiting for the ceremony. Anupama assures her they will be back soon. While walking Prarthana and Anupama notice a religious procession. A woman explains that it is a special Women’s Day procession where wishes are fulfilled.
Prarthana suddenly remembers that she forgot the blessed food offering in the car. Anupama decides to go back and bring it.
Precap: Anupama decides to start Anu Ki Rasoi in Goa. A tourist mocks her asking whether anyone would eat dhokla at the beach.
Anupama’s bicycle falls and she also falls down feeling disheartened. A new mysterious person leaves a note warning Anupama.
