After the blockbuster success of Border 2 Sunny Deol is all set to return to theatres with his next much-awaited film Gabru which is scheduled for release on 8th May.
Directed by Shashank Udapurkar and produced by Vishal Rana and Om Chhangani Gabru is said to be a project very close to Sunny Deol’s heart. The film promises to present the actor in a powerful and emotionally rich role celebrating themes of courage identity and resilience qualities that have long defined his on-screen journey.
With his trademark intensity and commanding presence Sunny is expected to bring depth and authenticity to the character. The film also features Simran and Prit Kamani in pivotal roles adding strength to the narrative.
The makers believe that the film’s intimate storytelling and strong emotional core call for a carefully planned theatrical release ensuring it connects meaningfully with audiences.
On the music front Gabru boasts a soulful soundtrack composed by Mithoon with lyrics by Sayeed Quadri, Satinder Sartaaj and Anurag Saikia. The film will be distributed across the country by PVR INOX Pictures.
