The Tuesday episode of Dr Aarambhi started off with Vishwas who asked Aarambhi to come soon after the surgery as his life is incomplete without her as she was taken inside the operation theatre for the kidney transplantation.
Vishwas gave the thank you note to Raj and asked him to submit it at the nurse station. Vishwas’s mother came and told Vihaan that she prayed to God for his mother to treat her soon and see she got a donor.
Vihaan asked her did she really prayed for his mother? She said yes and now she will get well soon. She said now you can share your muffin with her.

Vishwas asked Avantika that we need to find about the donor who ruined our plan. Radhika came to the hospital and called Vishwas a betrayal as Avantika went out of the cabin and asked Radhika to calm down as it’s a hospital.
Radhika asked for Vishwas as Avantika informed her that Aarambhi’s surgery is going on and he will be in the waiting area. Radhika thought Vishwas donated the kidney as Avantika told her Aarambhi got the donor.
Aarambhi was shifted to another cabin after the surgery as Vihaan higher Radhika as the latter consoled him.
Vishwas came to Aarambhi’s cabin as Avantika walked in. He told Aarambhi can get up anytime and could see us together as Avantika asked him to come to her cabin.
Aarambhi heard their conversation and went to the terrace. She remembered the moments of their marriage and started crying and realized everything in their marriage was fake as she stood up at the railing of the terrace to finish off her life.
