Young Bollywood actor Khushi Kapoor, daughter of producer Boney Kapoor and late screen legend Sridevi, has expanded her real estate portfolio by purchasing a compact residential apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra West locality. According to official property registration records accessed via real estate analytics platform CRE Matrix, the transaction was completed for a consideration value of ₹63 lakh, with the buyer additionally paying ₹3.15 lakh toward stamp duty charges upon registration on September 1, 2026. The property, acquired from an individual seller named Farooq Chagla, is situated inside the Samtadeep Building located along 25th Road in Bandra West—a prime residential micro-market renowned for its heavy concentration of film fraternity personalities and high-net-worth individuals. Spanning a carpet area of 180 square feet and a total built-up area of 216 square feet, the compact deal translates to an effective rate of roughly ₹35,000 per square foot on a carpet-area metric and about ₹29,167 per square foot on a built-up area basis.
The high-value transaction highlights the enduring appeal and ultra-premium pricing commanded by well-connected suburban addresses across Mumbai’s western corridor, where even small-format compact units attract significant capital investment. Bandra West remains a highly sought-after destination due to its robust social infrastructure, proximity to commercial hubs, and easy accessibility to major film studios located across Andheri, Juhu, and Goregaon Film City. Real estate observers note that small-format investments in prime pockets by prominent figures are increasingly common, aligning with similar instances where high-profile families acquire convenient secondary properties or staff housing within luxury neighborhoods. Meanwhile, on the professional front, Khushi Kapoor continues to build her career in mainstream Hindi cinema, following her acting debut in Zoya Akhtar’s 2023 film The Archies alongside a lineup of upcoming feature film ventures.
