Today’s episode begins with Mahadev telling Vidya to beg and tell him the truth as he may or may not get another chance in life. However she stays silent. Mahadev then warns the entire family that he is giving them five minutes to reveal all the secrets hidden in the house. He says that if they confess within this time he might forgive them and won’t say anything but after five minutes if anyone speaks up he will never forgive them for life.
Vidya says that she wants to tell him something. Mahadev is shocked and the rest of the family is also surprised. Meanwhile Rajji gets worried thinking that if Vidya reveals everything it will create major problems and she will fail in front of Bhanu again.
Vidya Avoids the Truth
Mahadev notices Vidya’s hesitation. Instead of revealing the truth she says that Mahadev should behave more lovingly with the children as his anger is the reason they hide things from him. Mahadev replies that she is free to love them as much as she wants but she should let him remain strict. He makes it clear that she should not interfere in his way of raising them.
He then declares that the five minutes are over and says that from now on he will believe that nothing important has been hidden from him. This means he can trust everyone completely and he expects that no more shocks will come in the future. Saying this he leaves.
Narmada confront Ketan
Later Narmada tells Ketan that he was the one who stole the money lied about it and even let Dheeraj get blamed in his place. Ketan defends himself saying that he stole the money only to buy a gift for her and now she is scolding him instead.
Narmada says she understands everything now. She adds that if she had known the gift was bought with stolen money she would have rejected both the gift and him immediately. She feels hurt that she thought she knew him well but today he proved her wrong. She also says people might think that she indirectly forced him to steal. She feels guilty saying that even before properly entering the house she has become the reason for conflict. She worries that Mahadev now sees her as a demanding and high-maintenance girl and will never accept her.
Ketan gets irritated and tells her she is overreacting. He says Mahadev will eventually forget everything and asks her to relax. But when Narmada questions what will happen if Mahadev doesn’t forgive Ketan snaps saying he is tired of explaining things to her and that he was better alone. He walks away leaving Narmada deeply hurt.
Rajji Questions Vidya’s Love
Rajji tells Dheeraj that she had only heard about Mahadev’s anger and strict upbringing before but today she saw the reality. She says she actually felt good seeing him get scolded but despite being his enemy she also felt bad for him.
She adds that she thought Mahadev called him a thief and troublemaker only in anger but she didn’t know he truly sees him as a cheap and fallen person. She recalls the greeting card incident saying Dheeraj was trapped then too yet Mahadev trusted an outsider over his own son. Rajji sarcastically questions whether Dheeraj is adopted. She points out that his brothers commit mistakes but the blame always falls on him. Even Vidya allows him to get punished and sacrifices him to protect others respect. She questions Vidya’s love for him.
Dheeraj Shuts Rajji Down
Dheeraj gets angry and calls Rajji a liar and walking betrayal. He says he has never taken her seriously and never will. Just because they are married doesn’t mean he will start respecting her opinions.
He warns her not to interfere in his family matters. He says fights and problems are a part of his house just like its walls and she has entered it like an unexpected explosion. He strictly tells her not to speak about his father or mother again. Saying this he goes to sleep leaving Rajji upset.
Mahadev Breaks Down Before Vidya
Later Mahadev is disturbed thinking about what Vidya might be hiding. Vidya is also emotional recalling his words. Mahadev tells Vidya that she and the family mean everything to him. He reveals that he was once an orphan and if they leave him he will become alone again. He says he trusts her more than himself and her hiding something has shaken the foundation of his trust.
Vidya tries to explain that mothers often hide things from fathers to protect their children. Mahadev responds that she had a family so she may understand things differently. He says whenever someone lies to him he feels like he has failed in life’s test. He adds that if his family stands with him he can win any battle but without them he feels like the most unfortunate person in the world. He requests her never to lie or hide anything from him because he trusts her the most. He breaks down emotionally and Vidya silently cries.
Maha Utsav Invitation Brings New Tension
The next day the temple committee arrives to invite Mahadev and Bhanu for the Maha Utsav. They decide to invite both families at the same time to avoid any complaints of favoritism.
Initially both Mahadev and Bhanu refuse to attend due to ongoing family issues. Dheeraj asks Ashish to convince Mahadev for Priya and Narmada’s sake. Ashish talks to Mahadev and after some persuasion he agrees. Similarly Vishwa convinces Bhanu to participate.
Vidya Defends the Decision
Vidya questions Ashish for interfering but Mahadev says it’s not his fault it was Dheeraj’s plan. Dheeraj admits it. Vidya explains that Mahadev is respected in the entire city and if he suddenly avoids public events people will think he is hiding something.
She adds that Mahadev has always participated happily in the Maha Utsav and this year should not be different just because of her marriage. She takes the blame on herself and says the family should not suffer because of her.
Vishwa’s Dangerous Plan
At Bhanu’s house,Vishwa tells him that they have always won and will continue to do so. He says this time he will destroy Mahadev’s family’s pride. Bhanu agrees with him.
Later Vishwa secretly orders his men to kill Dheeraj during the Maha Utsav. He sends them Dheeraj’s photo and instructs them not to let him leave alive. He declares that Rajji will become a widow at the festival.
Maha Utsav Begins with Drama
Both families arrive at the temple. Narmada notices Rajji looking disturbed. Rajji says that until last year she used to come here with her own family and plan to defeat Dheeraj’s family in games and competitions.
The organizers welcome both families but a man creates a scene saying after 25 years he saw Mahadev and Bhanu together. He dances and questions why girls from Bhanu’s family always go to Mahadev’s house and whether the opposite can ever happen.
Bhanu slaps the man and announces that both families have always been separate and will always remain separate they can never become one.
Precap: Mahadev’s family wins the competition. Dheeraj tells Rajji that her family also has a share in this victory but she angrily tells him to go to hell.
Suddenly Vishwa shoots Dheeraj. He falls to the ground and Rajji is shocked. She screams for help and rushes him to the ambulance. The nurse asks about her relationship with Dheeraj but Rajji remains silent.
