Today’s episode begins with the entire family deeply emotional and anxious about Neetu’s critical condition. Everyone is worried about how they will arrange the huge amount required for her treatment. Vikrant completely heartbroken and restless walks away from the hospital corridor. His mind is disturbed and he silently prays to God not to put him in such a helpless position. He pleads for a way to save Neetu asking for some miracle that would help him arrange the money for her surgery.
As he looks around his eyes fall on a large hoarding advertising of competition. A thought strikes him perhaps this is the path God is showing him. If Dua participates and wins he could arrange the funds for Neetu’s surgery without breaking the promise he made to Vishakha. He convinces himself that this opportunity might be the solution he has been praying for.
Inside Dua is emotional but keeps encouraging everyone saying nothing will happen to Neetu. The family prays together. Dhairya speaks to the doctor requesting him to find some solution since he handles such critical cases regularly. The doctor replies honestly that the situation is beyond his control medically but he can reduce his own surgical fees by five lakh rupees. However the family must still arrange twenty lakh rupees within a few hours for the surgery to begin.
Mannat reminds everyone that they already have to return twenty-five lakh rupees to Sinha and now an additional twenty lakh is required. She questions who would give them such a huge amount at this critical hour. At that moment Vikrant arrives and shocks everyone by declaring that he will provide not just twenty but the full twenty-five lakh rupees.
Vikrant’s Condition Leaves Everyone Stunned
The family is surprised to see him. Ronnie assumes Vikrant has realized his mistake and has returned out of guilt to save Neetu. But Vikrant clarifies that he has one condition Mannat must allow Dua to participate in the competition.
Mannat is stunned. Vikrant is practically placing a condition on Neetu’s life. He reminds her that his mother is still at home and she should be grateful for his offer. He says clearly that she needs the money and he needs her daughter to compete. He announces that he will wait outside for her answer and leaves.
In his heart Vikrant feels conflicted. He believes that today Mannat will have to choose between her ego and her mother’s life. He hates making this deal but sees no other way to save Neetu. The doctor tells the family that Vikrant is no less than an angel for them right now. If the funds are arranged immediately they can begin surgery preparations without delay. Mannat follows Vikrant outside.
Yashika’s Plan for the Party
Meanwhile Yashika is upset. She had imagined spending the evening with Vikrant dancing and enjoying the party but Vishakha and Mallika ruined her plans. Her Brother arrives and finds her irritated. He asks why she is not ready for the party.
Yashika angrily reminds him about the fake parents he arranged so Vishakha and Mallika would not suspect her background. He reassures her saying he has hired professional actors and no one will doubt them. Yashika insists they must look wealthier and more sophisticated because Vishakha and Mallika notice every small detail. He promises that their makeup and costumes will give them a royal appearance all arranged on rent so there will be no mistake.
Yashika feels satisfied. In her mind she believes Vishakha and Mallika think they will expose her at the party and remove her from Vikrant’s life. But instead she plans to propose to Vikrant and secure a permanent place in his life.
Mannat and Vikrant’s Intense Confrontation
Outside Vikrant silently prays that Mannat agrees. He cannot reveal the entire truth about Vishakha but he genuinely wants to help Neetu.
Mannat approaches him. Vikrant speaks firmly saying he knows she will not let such an offer slip away. Mannat questions what has happened to him. She reminds him that the woman fighting for her life is his mother the same mother for whom he once claimed he would move heaven and earth. Now instead of saving her he is negotiating.
She says she knows the pain of losing a mother. She had prayed for one chance to save Shruthi Maa but never received it. Vikrant has been given that chance yet he is placing a price on his mother’s breaths. She accuses him of behaving like a businessman rather than a son. She says he pretends to be a savior in front of the world but shows no compassion when it comes to his own mother.
Vikrant hiding his tears asks if she is finished. He says he does not have time for emotional speeches and wants a clear answer yes or no. Mannat says she once loved him and feels ashamed of that choice. She is grateful that fate removed him from her life in time. Vikrant responds that he is fortunate to be free from a deceitful girl like her. He insists this is not personal but purely business.
Mannat replies that personal or not her answer will not change. She does not trade her daughter for money. Vikrant in his heart admits he knows she hates him but he is helpless and bound by his promise. She calls him selfish a man who would let his own mother die just to satisfy his ego.
Mannat Accpet Vikrant Condition
Dua intervenes assuring that nothing will happen to her grandmother. She tells Vikrant that if he funds the treatment she will participate in the competition. Vikrant praises her intelligence. Dua states clearly that just because he is rude and harsh does not mean she cannot accept his condition. She agrees.
Mannat immediately refuses reminding her daughter that she had already forbidden her from participating. Dhairya steps forward and says their family bond is strong and cannot be broken by outsiders. If Dua joins the competition no harm will come to them. But if they fail to save Neetu how will they be different from their enemies? He questions why Mannat feels insulted when Vikrant is actually repaying the support Neetu and Ronnie once gave him. He urges her to agree, even if only out of helplessness. If anything happens to Neetu Ronnie will break down completely and Mannat will never forgive herself.
Seeing Ronnie crying and praying desperately Mannat finally agrees but demands full advance payment immediately. Vikrant agrees. Ronnie and Dhairya rush to inform the doctor.
A Business-Like Agreement
Vikrant states that she has made the right decision. He says he will deposit the initial amount so surgery preparations can begin. However he will release the remaining payment only after she signs the official contract. He does not trust verbal promises and refuses to take risks in business matters.
Mannat is shocked at his cold approach. Vikrant explains that all formalities must be completed before the remaining funds are transferred. In his heart he thanks God that now no one can stop Neetu’s treatment. He leaves. Mannat stands frozen in shock.
Vikrant’s Emotional Moment
Vikrant enters Neetu’s room and becomes emotional seeing her unconscious state. The episode ends.
Precap: Vikrant touches Neetu’s feet and promises that he will never let anything happen to her. He says even as Aman Kumar he will fulfill his duty. Mannat arrives and is shocked to witness this emotional moment.
