Today’s episode begins with Mannat suggesting that Aarambhi needs rest and everyone should give her some space. Vikrant supports Mannat’s suggestion and agrees that Aarambhi should not be stressed further.
Vishwas also steps in politely telling Aishwarya to call him if she needs any help. Aarambhi shares an emotional moment with Mannat hugs her warmly and then leaves from there.
Avanthika Influences Yashika
Elsewhere Avanthika is searching for her handbag when Yashika returns it to her. This leads to a conversation that slowly turns into advice filled with hidden intentions.
Avanthika tells Yashika that she needs to control Vikrant if she wants to keep her place in his life. She claims that men are usually drawn toward strong and dominating women. According to her Vikrant is giving too much importance to Mannat which should not be ignored.
She proudly talks about how she built her own identity and earned respect at Vishwas’s hospital. Even though Vishwas owns it she believes she holds strong influence there. She then suggests that sometimes manipulation is necessary to maintain control. She warns Yashika to stay alert and keep a close eye on everything happening around her especially when it comes to Vikrant.
Yashika listens carefully and promises that she won’t let Vikrant drift away. She thanks Avanthika and decides to follow her advice seriously.
Raj Grows Suspicious of Manmeet
At the hospital Manmeet is busy treating a patient while Raj observes her. He appreciates her dedication but also notices her discomfort.
Raj tries to apologize for his earlier behavior but Manmeet avoids the topic and asks him to focus on work. During this she feels pain and recalls the moment when she donated her kidney.
Raj offers to help her but she quickly refuses worried that he might discover her secret her donation to Aarambhi. Her reaction increases Raj’s suspicion making him feel that she is hiding something important.
Mannat’s Risky Plan
Outside Aarambhi’s house Mannat and Dhairya wait to meet her. When Aarambhi arrives she becomes cautious and asks Mannat to explain her plan quickly so that no one sees them together.
Mannat reveals her idea. She shows eye drops that can temporarily blur vision. Her plan is to make Aishwarya believe she is unwell so she will be taken to the hospital. There they can secretly change her medical reports. Aarambhi is shocked and initially refuses saying this is wrong. But Mannat reminds her of Aishwarya’s past actions accusing her of serious crimes and manipulation. Dhairya also supports Mannat saying they are not harming Aishwarya physically just exposing her truth.
After some hesitation Aarambhi agrees to help though she admits it will not be easy. She suggests mixing the eye drops into Aishwarya’s kajal using Avanthika’s prescription.
Nandita Becomes Suspicious
At that moment Nandita arrives and questions Aarambhi’s presence. Aarambhi manages to lie and leaves quickly but Nandita senses something is not right and starts doubting her actions.
Mannat Plan Begins
Later Mannat quietly enters Aishwarya’s room and mixes the eye drops into her kajal. Outside Dhairya and Dua wait nervously.
Vikrant suddenly arrives and they quickly make an excuse pretending they are planning to cheer up Mannat. Vikrant even shares some ideas and the three recall old memories together. Yashika watches this and feels insecure seeing Mannat and Dua close to Vikrant. She silently decides to take control of the situation.
Mannat meanwhile observes everything and feels that once Aishwarya’s truth comes out misunderstandings between Dhairya and Vikrant might finally end.
Aarambhi’s Silent Rebellion
Aarambhi reflects on Mannat’s plan while dealing with pressure at home. Vishwas insists they must impress the Saluja family for business reasons.
Dimple orders Aarambhi to organize a grand party and warns her not to make mistakes. She also tells her to take Avanthika’s help and avoid involving Mannat. Aarambhi agrees but sarcastically gives all responsibilities to Avanthika indirectly expressing her frustration. Avanthika is left shocked by this unexpected move.
Aishwarya Falls Into the Trap
Soon Aishwarya starts experiencing blurred vision due to the eye drops. Yashika and Mallika get worried and take her to rest. Mannat informs Dhairya that the next step is about to begin and leaves for the hospital disguised as a nurse.
Vikrant’s Concern for Mannat
Before Mannat leaves Vikrant enters her room while she hides in the bathroom. He records a voice message for her expressing his support and asking her not to stress.
After he leaves Mannat listens to his message and feels emotional. But she quickly focuses on her mission and rushes to the hospital before Aarambhi arrives.
Vishwas and Aarambhi Clash
Meanwhile Vishwas questions Aarambhi for giving all responsibilities to Avanthika. He accuses her of behaving differently.
Aarambhi defends herself saying she is tired of constant criticism. Vishwas reminds her of her place in the house which hurts her deeply. Their argument intensifies and Vishwas angrily breaks a cup before leaving for the hospital.
At the hospital Mannat successfully disguises herself as a nurse. Soon Vikrant and Yashika bring Aishwarya there for a check-up. Mannat guides them carefully without revealing her identity.
Meanwhile Raj tells Aarambhi that Manmeet is still struggling with past trauma. Aarambhi decides to visit the hospital to speak with her.
Nandita secretly follows Aarambhi growing more suspicious with every step.
Mannat Faces Unexpected Trouble
Inside the hospital Nurse Khushi takes Aishwarya for tests. Mannat becomes anxious knowing she must act fast.
However things take an unexpected turn when Manmeet mistakes Mannat for a lab assistant and asks her to help. Mannat is forced to cooperate to avoid suspicion. She manages to handle small tasks but panics when asked to assist with blood samples. Pretending to feel dizzy she tries to escape the situation.
Manmeet doesn’t fully trust her but continues with the work herself. She then asks Mannat to deliver the samples to the lab. Mannat agrees realizing this might be her chance to reach the reports.
Aarambhi in Trouble
Aarambhi realizes that Nandita is following her. She tries to stay calm while thinking of a way to escape and complete the plan with Mannat. Mannat moves ahead with her risky plan as Aarambhi struggles under pressure while Aishwarya’s health suddenly worsens hinting at a shocking twist ahead.
Precap: Aarambhi successfully changes the reports. Vishwas then reveals shocking news Aishwarya is suffering from liver failure and urgently needs a transplant. The situation turns critical as Aishwarya suddenly collapses leaving everyone in shock.
