Today’s episode starts with Seher is seen praying quietly at the Dargah trying to calm her shaking heart. She closes her eyes and asks for strength. Suddenly Mahid arrives there and looks at her. She avoids him and stays silent.
Kausar tells Pervez that the mehandi prepared for the function has harmful chemical inside it. Pervez does not believe her. He supports Sahid and says Kausar is lazy and just making excuses to escape work. Seher steps in and shows that Sofia’s hand is burnt because of that mehandi. Still Pervez refuses to accept it and puts all blame on Kausar. Kausar warns that if they ignore this today someone else will get hurt tomorrow too.
Usman comes there and feels something is wrong. He asks what is happening. Kausar explains the full matter to him. Usman orders his servant to check the truth. At the same time Mahid is seen outside where street children thank him for giving them books. A small girl asks him for another book to study more but her brother laughs at her and says girls should not dream big. Mahid thinks deeply and feels the pain of this thinking. His friend arrives and tells him Usman is angry because he did not meet him. Mahid makes up his mind to end this marriage talk.
Later Usman questions Sahid about the mehandi. Sahid refuses to accept his mistake and blames Kausar. Seher steps forward bravely and shows her burnt face. She says her skin and Sofia’s hand got damaged because of the chemical. She tells Sahid that God is watching everything and lying is a big sin. She says holy words with strong faith. Usman gets impressed by her courage and honesty.
Usman Marriage Announcement
In a big shock Usman announces that Seher will be the daughter-in-law of his house. He fixes her wedding with Mahid in front of everyone. People start clapping and giving blessings. But Mahid and Seher stand still broken from inside. They look at each other with helpless eyes. Nazima feels jealous and cannot accept this sudden decision. The ladies take Seher away for rituals while she feels lost.
Fareed comes with Barkha to meet Kausar else without knowing what has happened. Barkha goes to bring her. Kausar sits in the prayer hall and cries silently. She prays to God to protect her daughter. She remembers her own painful past and imagines Seher as a young bride carrying a child suffering in silence. She begs God not to make her daughter live the same painful life.
Mahid tells his friend that he is stuck. Usman has already announced the marriage in front of everyone. If he refuses now it will insult Usman and cause shame for the family. He feels breathless under this pressure. Still he decides to meet Seher once to understand what their future holds.
Nazima stops Seher from meeting her mother. She holds her hands and tells her that after marriage she must forget her parents and think only about her husband and new family. Seher’s heart breaks but she stays quiet. At the same time Rubina’s husband drags her to Usman and complains that she applied for a bank job without his permission. Rubina cries and asks Mahid to support her but he walks away unable to face anything.
Kausar Loses Hope
Fareed finds Kausar crying and tries to comfort her. He offers her money and help but Kausar says nothing can fix this pain now. She feels she has lost everything. Finally Seher reaches her mother and breaks down in her arms. Kausar hugs her tightly trying to give her strength even though her own heart is breaking inside.
