Today’s episode begins with Kausar worried about Nazima and what kind of lessons she has been teaching Seher. Nazima asks Seher to meet Mahid and insists that she wear a red dupatta. Seher immediately refuses, saying that Kausar would never allow it. Just then Kausar arrives and Nazima quickly hides the dupatta warning Seher not to reveal anything. Nazima then leaves.
Kausar questions Seher about what Nazima had said. Seher shows her the dupatta and explains that Nazima wanted her to meet Mahid claiming that Mahid likes such colours. Kausar asks why Seher would wear something chosen according to Mahid’s preference. Seher replies that she has never wanted to meet him and has always tried to avoid him. Kausar notices Seher avoiding eye contact and questions her further about when she met Mahid. Seher says her only focus is studies and that she cannot deviate from her goal. She then leaves.
Meanwhile tension rises between Usman and Mahid. Mahid insists that Usman should trust him but Usman feels Mahid keeps proving him wrong. Wasim points out that Mahid cannot control his anger and questions how people will accept him as a Mufti. Mahid tells Usman that while he wants to become a Mufti he cannot sell his faith. He believes that anyone who does wrong must be punished. Usman agrees with Wasim and advises Mahid to control his temper.
An elderly man arrives and thanks Mahid for helping him bury his son on time saying that without Mahid’s help his child’s soul would not have found peace. He blesses Mahid who promises to take responsibility for arranging Quran recitation for the family.
Usman tells Mahid that he has no problem with him helping others but is deeply concerned about his growing anger. Mahid admits that while he believes he is right he will apologise if he realises he has made a mistake.
Kausar’s Silent Struggles at the Madarsa
At the Madarsa Kausar deliberately makes a wrong design. A woman points out the mistake but Kausar says she is not feeling well and will complete the work at home. The woman reminds her that Madarsa rules do not allow taking work home. Kausar worries about how she will manage if she cannot take the cloth with her. She mentions that wedding preparations for Mahid are already overwhelming her and says she will speak to Usman as he is her future relative. The woman suggests she talk to the Mufti and even promises to praise her work in front of him so she can get a promotion.
Seher’s Truth Shocks Kausar
During lessons Seher mispronounces words and Kausar stand her outside. Kausar notices Nazima coming towards her she hides. Seher looks for Kausar but Nazima stops her and asks why she did not wear the red dupatta. Seher excuses herself saying it did not match her outfit. Nazima aak seher to wait until she is back
Kausar leaves with Seher they notice a man looking for Usman claiming he wants to complain about Usman’s future daughter-in-law. Seher confesses that she lied the previous day she had not gone to the library but had followed Mahid. Kausar is hurt realising that Seher lied to her for the first time and that too for a boy.
Seher explains that she saw blood on Mahid’s hands and intervened thinking it might break the marriage. Instead she ended up saving an man who was abusing his daughter. The Man recognised Seher later which frightened her so she stayed silent. Kausar reminds Seher that they came to the city with a purpose to educate her and make her a doctor and asks her not to lose focus. Seher promises that nothing will come between her and her dream but Kausar remains worried about the man.
Farid grows anxious about Kausar’s delay but his father reassures him saying Kausar is struggling for her daughter’s education and is true to her word. He shows Farid the college admission form Kausar brought for Seher.
Seher realises that if the man meets Usman serious trouble will follow especially if Pervez finds out. She suggests disguising Kausar as a Mufti to scare the man away. Kausar agrees.
Nazima’s Plan Backfires
Nazima questions Seher for staying quiet and forces her to come along. She makes Seher wear the red dupatta and takes her to Mahid. Usman notices Mahid’s restlessness and says he is proud of him for praying continuously. Nazima panics fearing her plan will fail if Usman notices. She pushes Seher forward and Seher sees Mahid praying.
Nazima is furious as she wanted Mahid to react violently upon seeing Seher in the red dupatta. Seher accidentally bumps into a lamp and fears it might fall on Mahid. She quickly throws away the dupatta and hides. Mahid senses Seher’s presence. She steals a cap and escapes.
Kausar finds Usman’s attire .she hides in a cupboard when a Maulana arrives and complains that Seher is not fit to be Mahid’s wife. Kausar now dressed like Usman and confronts the man and scares him away by accusing him of harassing Seher. Terrified the man leaves.
As Kausar and Seher try to escapenMahid unknowingly crosses paths with them and asks about Seher. Seher is shocked to realise that Mahid is looking for her.
Precap:Nazima confronts Mahid asking what Seher has that she does not. Mahid admits that destiny keeps bringing Seher in front of him as if tying them together with an invisible thread. Nazima decides that she will never allow Seher and Mahid to become one.
