Born on 16 June 1992 in Mumbai Maharashtra Sheena Bajaj hails from a Punjabi Hindu family. Raised in a culturally rich and supportive environment Sheena developed a passion for performing arts at a very young age. Her mother Anju Bajaj a dental technician played a strong role in supporting her ambitions.
Sheena completed her schooling at Cambridge School (Ryan Group) and later pursued higher education at Jai Hind College and Thakur College of Science & Commerce Mumbai. She is a graduate and has always balanced academics with a demanding acting career.
Acting Journey
Sheena entered the entertainment industry at the age of 11 making her film debut in 2003. Even before television fame she appeared in several Bollywood films including Footpath, Rakht, Kyun! Ho Gaya Na, Kalyug, Bhoot Unkle, and Fashion. These early experiences helped her gain strong technical understanding and confidence in front of the camera.
Alongside films she also featured in advertisements and small television appearances, gradually building her foundation in the industry.

Sheena Bajaj’s real-life love story with actor Rohit Purohit is one of television’s most admired relationships. The two met on the sets of the show Arjun where a professional association slowly turned into a deep friendship and eventually love.
Their relationship witnessed challenges including personal and professional struggles but the couple chose trust and communication over giving up. After dating for nearly six years Sheena and Rohit tied the knot on 22 January 2019 in Jaipur Rajasthan.
Their wedding was a beautiful blend of Punjabi and Marwari traditions celebrated with close family, friends, and industry colleagues.
Motherhood Phase
In September 2025 Sheena and Rohit welcomed their first child a baby boy named Aarush. Sheena openly shared that motherhood transformed her life calling the pregnancy journey challenging yet deeply fulfilling. She credited Rohit for being her constant emotional and physical support.
