Today’s episode begins with Meher questioning Vani about the pen drive asking where it is now. Vani says Meher not to come near her. Meher reminds Vani that one must speak respectfully to elders and demands to know where the pen drive is.
Vani loses her temper and starts throwing things at Meher. Meher angrily says that if her father were alive he would have taught Vani how to behave and warns her not to provoke her anger. She demands that Vani hand over the pen drive immediately. Vani accuses Meher of being extremely cruel and declares that she will leave the place. Meher calmly says that this is the last time she is asking politely and again questions her about the pen drive. Vani replies that she does not know where it is and adds that even if she knew she would never tell Meher. She then threatens to inform Abhira and tries to run away after pushing Meher.
Meher grabs Vani’s leg pulls her back and furiously screams asking where the pen drive is. Vani keeps insisting that she does not have it. Meher coldly says that people believe snakes bite liars and now the snake has arrived and Vani will not survive. In a horrifying moment Meher grabs Vani and covers her mouth with her hand trying to kill her. Vani struggles desperately to free herself.
Abhira’s Emotional Conflict
Meanwhile Abhira is in emotional moment thinking about how Vani would cry after hearing about being sent to a boarding school but she must stay strong for Miara’s sake.
While Meher remembers Mittal’s warning to stay away from Abhira’s manipulations and to see Abhira’s web of lies clearly. she suddenly stops and leaves Vani. Vani cries out Abhira’s name. Hearing her scream Abhira panics and runs towards her. Meher covers herself and quietly exits the room. Abhira tries to catch her but fails. However Meher’s jacket gets stuck in Abhira’s hand and Abhira attempts to chase her.
Vani Reveals the Horrifying Truth to Abhira
After hearing Vani’s screams Abhira rushes back to her. She asks who attacked her. Vani terrified reveals that it was Meher. Shaken Abhira hugs Vani as Vani sobs and says that Meher covered her mouth and tried to abduct her.
Abhira asks why Meher would do this. Vani reveals that Meher overheard everything related to the pen drive. When Abhira asks what exactly is in it Vani reveals the shocking truth The pen drive contains audio recordings of her father Rajat and Meher. Rajat was begging Meher begging but Meher killed him.
Abhira realizes that the entire audio recording of that night is stored in the pen drive. Vani admits she is extremely scared. Abhira reassures her and promises to stand by her. Vani begs Abhira not to leave her saying she has no one else and that if Meher returns she will take her away or kill her. Abhira hugs her tightly.
Meher Sets the Place on Fire
Meher consumed by rage believes that Rajat’s entire family is destined to be destroyed by her hands and vows to destroy the pen drive. She declares that her anger is fire and since Vani played with it just like Rajat did she must burn. Meher lights a matchstick and throws it setting the place on fire.
Abhira tells Vani to stop crying and says they will go to the police with the pen drive. Vani suddenly reveals that the pen drive is missing. Chaos erupts as screams are heard. Abhira asks Vani to stay there and goes outside to see what is happening.
Armaan goes out to buy ice cream for Miara hoping it will calm her down. A man bumps into him causing the ice cream to fall and warns him that the venue is on fire. Shocked Armaan rushes back.
Fire Chaos and a Race Against Death
As panic spreads and people begin screaming and running for their lives. Abhira sees that a fire has broken out and people are trapped inside. Meanwhile Meher locks Vani inside a room takes the key with her and escapes from there.
Abhira hears Miara’s voice calling out for help. Panicked she immediately runs toward Miara to rescue her. At that moment Vani shouts from the window begging Abhira to open the door. Abhira turns and sees that Vani’s door is locked from the outside. She tells Vani to wait and assures her that she will return immediately. Just then Abhira notices something terrifying there is a gas cylinder inside Vani’s room.
Abhira rushes back to Miara and asks her to open the door. Miara cries that the door is on fire and she cannot open it. Gathering strength Abhira motivates her saying that Miara is a brave girl and must try again. She instructs Miara to use anything nearby to cover her hands and then attempt to open the door.
Outside Armaan arrives after hearing about the fire. Vidya and Madhav try to stop him from going inside warning him that the fire brigade is on the way and the fire is uncontrollable. However Armaan refuses to listen and says that his wife Abhira and his daughter Miara are trapped inside. The Poddar family manages to escape but they realize that Abhira, Miara and Vani are still missing which leaves everyone in shock.
Abhira Impossible Choice
Vani waits anxiously for Abhira. Just then Meher arrives and coldly asks Vani why she thought Meher would leave her behind. Meher declares that she is not going anywhere but instead it is Vani’s time to leave. In a cruel move Meher pours kerosene near Vani’s window making the fire spread even faster. She mockingly says goodbye to Vani and tells her to greet her parents in heaven and pass on her hello.
Miara cries out that her hand is burning and she is unable to open the door. Abhira reassures her telling her not to be afraid because she is with her Miara urges Abhira to hurry saying that the smoke is becoming unbearable. Abhira asks Miara to move away from the door warning her that she is about to break it open.
Vani screams out Abhira’s name and begs her to save her crying that the gas cylinder is about to explode. At that moment a man arrives and informs Abhira that someone has locked Vani inside the room and that the gas cylinder could burst at any moment. He explains that he tried his best to break the lock but failed and now must leave to save the other children.
Abhira is left trapped in a terrible dilemma whether to save her own daughter Miara or rescue Vani. Overcome by smoke and fear Vani collapses and becomes unconscious.
Just then Armaan reaches the spot. Seeing him Abhira immediately tells him to save Miara at any cost. Without waiting for Armaan’s response Abhira turns back and runs toward Vani leaving everyone stunned. Armaan is deeply shocked that Abhira chose to risk her life and leave her own child behind to save Vani. The Poddar family watches in disbelief unable to understand how a Abhira could make such a painful sacrifice.
Abhira save Vani
Abhira reaches Vani and sees her lying unconscious. Panicking she desperately thinks about how to break the lock of Vani’s room. Fighting against time smoke and flames Abhira begins trying to break the door lock to save Vani.
At the same time Armaan breaks the door of Miara’s room. Miara desperately looks around searching for Abhira. Armaan reassures her telling her not to be scared because he is there. Sanjay tries to stop Armaan warning him to wait until the fire brigade arrives because the fire inside is extremely dangerous. Armaan refuses to listen and declares that even if the entire world is on fire he will not let anything happen to Miara. Saying this Armaan enters the flames himself.
Armaan manages to rescue Miara. In a semi-conscious state Miara weakly asks where Abhira is saying that she wants her. Armaan carries Miara out of the room.
Meanwhile Abhira finally manages to break the lock of Vani’s room. Flames surround her as she enters and notices gas leaking rapidly from the cylinder. Without thinking about her own safety Abhira lifts the unconscious Vani and drags her out through the fire.
Armaan Ignore Abhira
Outside Armaan sees Abhira coming out with Vani. A tense confrontation follows as Armaan stands with Miara while Abhira holds Vani and both face each other amid the chaos. Ignoring Abhira completely Armaan walks away with Miara leaving Abhira shattered. As Abhira holds Vani she remembers Anita’s words that from now on Vani is her responsibility and she is Vani’s mother.
Suddenly the gas cylinder explodes. Vani collapses on Abhira and debris falls near Abhira’s leg injuring her further. Despite the pain Abhira gathers all her strength lifts Vani again and escapes from the burning area saving her life. Meher watches everything from a distance and is shocked to see Vani alive. Later she sees the CCTV near and assumes that although Vani survives the pen drive must have been destroyed in the fire
Abhira’s Priority Questions
The doctors begin treating Miara. During the treatment. Vidya’s bag accidentally slips from the doctor’s hand and falls to the floor. It is clearly seen that the pen drive was inside Vidya’s bag and has now fallen onto the floor but no one notices it.
Vidya anxiously asks the doctor how Miara is. The doctor explains that Miara’s condition worsened because she inhaled a large amount of smoke. Kaveri asks whether Miara will be fine. The doctor reassures her that Miara will recover but she will need complete bed rest adding that such a major incident can deeply shake even adults and Miara is just a child. He advises that Miara should be kept as happy and stress-free as possible only then will she be able to recover from the trauma.
Vidya emotionally says that at this moment the person Miara needs the most is Abhira but no one knows where Abhira is right now.
Abhira Rushes Vani to the Hospital
Abhira rushes Vani to the hospital. A nurse advises Abhira to get her own wounds dressed. Abhira however ignores her pain and anxiously asks about Vani’s condition. The nurse informs her that Vani’s condition is critical.
Abhira says that she needs to go home but asks the nurse to take complete responsibility for Vani’s care. The nurse explains that she has other patients to attend to. Abhira firmly states that Vani’s life is in danger and she will not leave her unattended. she also explains that her daughter has been injured at home and she must see her. Until she returns she asks the nurse to stay with Vani and alerts the guard to ensure Vani is not left alone. After making all arrangements Abhira rushes out.
Armaan Confrontation
Abhira reaches the Poddar house and sees Armaan. She calls out to him and walks toward him asking anxiously how Miara is and what the doctor has said. Armaan remains silent. Abhira asks why he is not responding and says she is going to Miara.
Suddenly Armaan grabs Abhira’s hand and stops her from going inside. Shocked Abhira asks what he is doing and demands that he let her go because she wants to meet Miara. Armaan coldly asks Why do you want to meet her?
Abhira is stunned. She says that what kind of question is this and asks whether a mother needs to explain why she wants to meet her own daughter. Armaan replies that she is not Miara’s mother because if she were she would never have left her child alone in the fire to save another girl Vani. In a fit of rage Armaan drags Abhira and throws her out of the Poddar house. Abhira falls to the floor. Armaan starts to walk to help her but suddenly stops remembering Abhira’s decision to save Vani.
Armaan Accuses Abhira of Betrayal
The Poddar family gathers. Armaan declares that even if fire is nearby a mother never leaves her child alone. He says Miara was surrounded by flames from all sides and Abhira still abandoned her.
Abhira gets up and tries to compose herself. She tells Armaan that he does not know the full truth especially what was happening in Vani’s room. But before she can explain further Armaan interrupts angrily saying Enough of Vani
He questions why Vani always becomes Abhira’s priority. He says Vani is sad and lonely wants to participate in dance competitions and needs support but Miara also had dreams. Armaan accept his mistake of keeping Miara away from her for years and now after finally reuniting with her choosing to shower her love on another child.
Abhira screams that Miara is her entire world. Armaan replies that he believed her lies earlier but today he has seen the truth with his own eyes. Abhira begs him to stop but Armaan explodes says that during the first seven years of Miara’s life whenever Miara was scared she would cry and call out for Abhira trusting that her mother would save her. Today Abhira shattered that trust. Even while losing consciousness Miara was calling out for her but Abhira did not come.
Abhira’s Breakdown
Abhira tries to explain but Armaan stops her saying that this matter should not reach outsiders otherwise the sacred relationship between a mother and child will be disgraced. Abhira insists that he let her speak and explains that she went to save Miara first.
Armaan counters that she left Miara trapped in fire and ran to Vani instead. He accuses her of ignoring Miara’s screams and claims that he knew she is strong-hearted so she chose to abandon Miara. He cruelly says that perhaps Miara was just a responsibility for Abhira nothing more. He adds that as long as Miara was not with her Abhira longed for her but once she got her back her heart filled up quickly just like a child gets bored of a toy. This completely breaks Abhira.
Crying uncontrollably Abhira begs Armaan to stop and says that she can do anything for Miara. Armaan responds that if that were true she would never have refused to send Vani to boarding school would never have prioritized Vani at every step and would not have supported Vani’s competitions over Miara.
He admits that even when he knew Vani’s presence made Miara uncomfortable he still agreed to everything but what Abhira did today is unforgivable. He declares that he cannot watch Miara suffer because of Abhira. He says Abhira might endure Miara’s pain but he cannot because he thinks about Miara more than Abhira ever does.
Armaan’s unbearable statement
Abhira calls his words nonsense and says he is speaking out of anger. Armaan replies that truth always sounds like nonsense to the guilty. Overwhelmed with emotion Abhira screams that no one in the world loves Miara more than her that Miara is her life her heart and she is her daughter.
Armaan coldly responds that Abhira did not give birth to Miara and that is why perhaps Miara and Vani are equal in her eyes. This statement is unbearable for Abhira. She raises her hand to slap Armaan but stops mid-air.
Armaan is shocked and the Poddar family is stunned to see Abhira in this state.
