Today’s episode starts with Meher asking Armaan to bring the stage forward. Meher and her groom exchange rings. Miara and Armaan congratulate the couple. Miara then asks Armaan if they should dance. Armaan agrees and they go to the dance floor together.
While dancing Miara’s dupatta accidentally gets stuck in a waiter’s button. Armaan immediately gets angry and is about to hit the waiter but Miara stops him saying that he is misunderstanding the situation. Meher accuses the waiter and says that he tried to touch Miara. Armaan tells her to let it go, but Meher questions him asking why he is letting it go so easily and what kind of father he is.
Armaan firmly replies that he does not need to explain what kind of father he is to anyone. Meher insists that the waiter touched Miara’s dupatta. Armaan responds that if the waiter were guilty his hand would already have been broken but Miara’s eyes clearly show that the waiter is innocent and that she herself overreacted. Armaan apologizes to the waiter. The waiter explains that he did not even look at Miara and would never do such a thing. Miara supports him saying that it was her own movement that caused the dupatta to get stuck. Armaan says that mistakes happen but Meher refuses to apologize.
Armaan explains that this was not a stage where only Miara was performing there were guests and staff present and Miara should have been more careful. Miara feels guilty and apologizes to the waiter and everyone present for creating such a big scene.
Tanya’s Statement Shocks Everyone
Vidya praises Miara calling her a diamond shaped by Armaan’s upbringing. Tanya immediately responds that a mother also plays a role in a child’s upbringing. Everyone is shocked.
Miara recalls Abhira’s memories Vidya is always remove the evil eye from her and remind her that a daughter is a reflection of her mother. Miara becomes emotional and runs away from the function while Armaan runs after her. Vidya tells Tanya that creating this drama has cooled her heart. Tanya replies that snatching a mother’s credit is what cools their hearts while Vidya says that Abhira was never present for her child so why should she get the credit. She says this is not the right time and asks Tanya to stop.
Abhira Prays for Miara
Abhira is shown praying at a temple. Jaya asks if she is okay mentioning that Radhe Shyam asked her to take care of herself. Abhira says she does not want to talk about it . Jaya tells her that even if she cannot talk to people she can talk to God and gives her a chunari saying that tying this chunari brings wishes true especially for children.
Abhira ties the chunari praying that Mukti gets admission into her dream school. She notices another chunari near the priest and asks for it. When the priest asks whom it is for Abhira softly says it is for Miara.
Miara Breaks Down
Miara keeps running and twists her ankle falling to the floor. Armaan reaches her and tries to lift her but she stops him. She recalls memories with Abhira. Armaan offers his hand and tells her to take as much time as she needs he is right there.
Miara holds Armaan’s hand while trembling. She is extremely disturbed. Armaan notices paint buckets nearby and throws paint on the wall. Miara asks what he is doing. Armaan says that her emotions have messed up her mind so they might as well mess up the wall too. He encourages her to release all her pain, frustration and anger. Miara angrily throws paint on the wall and feels relieved. Armaan wipes her tears and reminds her that tears can cause eye infection. Miara says she hates seeing him sad and tries to smile but whenever Abhira’s topic comes up smiling becomes impossible. She admits she knows staying happy is important and crying does not solve anything but some wounds hurt deeply.
Armaan explains that emotions are not always under control. Miara says adults can control them and she has grown up now. Armaan says she will always be his baby. Miara says she does not want to stress him repeatedly. Armaan tells her that as long as the heart beats, pain will exist and learning to live with it is a lifelong process.
He gives her a tissue and asks her to smile. Miara smiles.
Armaan Confronts Tanya
Armaan confronts Tanya and says he knows she did not intentionally hurt Miara but expressing opinions is one thing hurting a child is unacceptable even by mistake.
Tanya says she is sorry for hurting Miara but she will not apologize for trying to give a mother credit for her child’s upbringing. Armaan says she is reopening old wounds. Tanya replies that she is only reminding him that by avoiding Abhira’s mention he is not protecting Miara. Armaan firmly says he knows how to take care of his daughter. Tanya admits he is a good father but insists that Miara should also know about her mother. Armaan says those chapters are closed. Kajal intervenes saying Tanya should stop since many guests are present.
Meher Cancels the Engagement
Meanwhile Manoj informs Armaan that Meher has locked herself in her room
Abhishek tries to get Meher to open the door. Vidya asks if they fought. Abhishek reveals that Meher suddenly announced she was canceling the engagement and threw the ring at his face. Everyone is shocked.
Armaan arrives. Manisha asks Mittal if he knew this would happen. Mittal says he would not have arranged the engagement if he knew.
Armaan asks Meher to open the door. She finally does. Armaan takes the ring from Abhishek and asks Meher what went wrong when she was so excited earlier.
Miara comments that a man who does not even know the salary of his company’s oldest employee cannot understand her. Armaan calls such a person careless and foolish explaining that old employees are the roots of a company. Without caring for them.the company will wither. Miara asks why she should marry such a careless man.
Armaan comes out of Meher’s room and returns the ring to Abhishek telling him to go home because Meher is breaking this relationship. Everyone is stunned. Mittal asks why. Vidya says Meher loves Abhishek. Armaan replies that she loved him but not anymore.
Abhishek tries to go to Meher but Armaan stops him and says Meher does not want to marry a careless man. He pushes Abhishek saying that he has already proved Meher’s decision right. Armaan admits he knew Abhishek was never worthy of Meher. He asks Abhishek to forget her. Meher comes out and leaves with Armaan leaving Abhishek and everyone else stunned.
Precap: Miara’s is going to school. Armaan excitedly clicks her photos. Miara says it is not her first day and that she has grown up but Armaan keeps clicking pictures.Abhira secretly looks at Miara’s new photo and gets emotional.
