Today’s episode begins with Armaan picking up Abhira’s call and getting shocked when he realizes that Kaveri is on the line. Kaveri says that eight years have passed yet the two of them have barely spoken to each other. She tells Armaan that although they have stayed silent all these years today they must finally talk.
Kaveri requests Armaan to say at least something but Armaan replies that there is nothing left to say anymore. He admits that eight years ago he had already given up hope that Abhira would ever return to his life. Kaveri firmly responds that this is not a request but an order. She reveals that she deliberately stayed in contact with Abhira and invited both of them to the Holi event because she cannot tolerate the cracks forming within the family walls due to their separation.
She reminds Armaan that their broken relationship has affected the entire family. she says if ego gets mixed with anger lives can remain colorless forever. She believes that there is no better day than Holi to bring colors back into life. Kaveri explains that Armaan and Abhira have already wasted eight years in anger and hatred. She urges them to talk calmly and patiently not with the intention of winning an argument but with the desire to resolve their problems.
She also reminds them that they once shared beautiful memories and peaceful moments together. Kaveri emotionally says that their daughter Miara’s condition broke her heart, and hearing the word mother from the child showed how deeply she misses both of them.
Kaveri tells both Armaan and Abhira failed in their responsibilities as parents. However she insists that it is not too late to fulfill those responsibilities now. She asks them not to test their daughter’s strength any further and to bring back the fearless smile Miara once had.
After saying this Kaveri disconnects the call. She becomes worried.wondering whether Armaan and Abhira will save their broken relationship today or destroy it completely.
Armaan Confronts Abhira About the Past
After the call Armaan confronts Abhira. He accuses her of secretly staying in contact with Kaveri all these years while hiding it from him. He angrily says that she could neither maintain the relationship nor completely end it.
Abhira replies sharply that breaking relationships has always been Armaan’s specialty. She tries to walk away from the conversation but Armaan follows her and insists on continuing the discussion.
Armaan accuses Abhira of staying in touch with Kaveri only to keep track of his struggles and feel satisfied watching him suffer. Abhira sarcastically responds that Armaan thinks he is the center of the universe and that the whole world revolves around him.
This statement enrages Armaan. In anger he throws a stone at a mirror shattering it completely. He demands that Abhira stop lying and tell the truth. Abhira gets angry too and tells him that in eight years he has still learned nothing he only knows how to create wounds through his words instead of healing them.
Armaan replies that wounds eventually heal but he cannot forgive the fact that Abhira left him and Miara alone.
Old Accusations Resurface
The argument becomes more intense as both begin blaming each other.
Armaan says that Abhira always gets angry before even listening to him but meaningful conversations require both people to be present and she was never there when he needed her.
Abhira responds that whenever she tried to explain herself Armaan never listened and immediately blamed her for everything. She insists that she did not abandon them but circumstances forced her to distance herself from Armaan and Miara. Armaan refuses to accept this explanation. He says that she chose Vani over her own family and never even tried to return. Abhira defends Vani and asks Armaan not to blame her. Armaan replies that he is only stating the truth.
Abhira then accuses Armaan of poisoning Miara’s mind against her when she stayed away for just a couple of days. Armaan denies this allegation and says that Miara’s anger is the result of Abhira leaving them not something he created. He further reveals that he even missed his final exam because of the emotional turmoil during that time. Abhira counters by saying that Armaan never once tried to find her during all these years.
Armaan responds that people search for those who are lost but Abhira had chosen to leave and never wanted to come back. Abhira says Armaan will never understand the reasons behind her decisions. Armaan concludes that Abhira simply wanted freedom from her responsibilities as a wife and mother.
Their argument reaches a breaking point and both of them start shouting at each other.
Bhang Changes the Mood
During the heated argument both of them feel thirsty and drink bhang. The intoxication slowly changes the atmosphere between them.
Meanwhile Kaveri continues worrying wondering what is happening between Armaan and Abhira at the Holi event. She remembers how eight years ago they chose separate paths but hopes that today they might choose to unite those paths again forever.
Drunken Confessions and Emotional Reunion
Under the influence of bhang Armaan and Abhira’s anger fades away. They suddenly hug each other emotionally.
Soon they begin dancing together and sharing romantic moments. The distance created over eight years seems to disappear for a moment.
Later they start playing a Truth and Dare game with each other. Abhira gives Armaan a truth challenge and asks him if he ever missed her. Armaan honestly admits that he missed her a lot. Then Armaan asks Abhira the same question and she also confesses that she missed him deeply.
Abhira asks when he missed her the most. Armaan replies that he missed her every single moment. She then asks whether he ever regretted letting her go. Armaan says yes he regrets it. When Armaan asks the same question to Abhira she also says she regrets leaving. Abhira then asks Armaan if he still loves her. Armaan immediately answers yes.
Armaan asks Abhira the same question and she also says she still loves him.
Both of them confess their love again and become emotional.
A Sudden Marriage Decision
Abhira says that their love was always true. Armaan agrees but adds that truth sometimes needs to be proven. He says that love proves itself through commitment and suddenly both of them propose marriage to each other again.
Meanwhile Kaveri senses that something important is about to happen and believes that Armaan and Abhira might change their destiny today.
Armaan says that if they involve the family someone will cry while someone else will start giving lectures. Abhira suggests that they should run away and get married. Armaan proposes the idea of a court marriage but Abhira explains that a court marriage requires submitting an application one month in advance.
Finally they decide to go for Gandharva Vivah an ancient form of marriage where two people marry each other by mutual consent. At home Kaveri eats a piece of chocolate and prays to God that the sweetness returns to their relationship as well.
A Symbolic Wedding Moment
As they prepare for the marriage Abhira suddenly says that the wedding cannot happen.Armaan asks why. Abhira explains that in their customs, wearing white during a wedding is considered inauspicious and she is wearing a white dress. Armaan smiles and says that the wedding will still happen. He picks up red color and applies it on Abhira’s dress turning it symbolic of bridal attire. He lovingly tells her that she is now his bride. Abhira becomes deeply emotional at this moment.
Aryan’s Return Shocks the Family
Back at the house Manisha reveals that Aryan is returning to India. Manoj becomes excited and says that Aryan loves giving surprises to everyone. He expresses how happy he is to hear this news. Sanjay says that Aryan’s arrival will bring liveliness back to the house. However Madhav notices that Manisha does not look completely happy despite sharing the news and questions her about it.
Meanwhile Armaan and Abhira reach a temple ready to begin their new life together.
Precap: Mohak and Shlok inform Abhira about a road accident. They reveal that a woman inside the car has been severely injured and is unconscious but she was taking Abhira’s name repeatedly. Abhira rushes to the location and discovers that the injured woman is Kaveri. She immediately takes her to the hospital.
The doctor later calls Armaan and informs him about Kaveri’s condition. When Armaan reaches the hospital he sees Abhira already there leaving him shocked.
