Today’s episode starts with Armaan asking Deepak where his board meeting file is. Deepak informs him that Krish had asked for the file yesterday. Armaan thinks Krish probably wanted to study it because after the meeting he also has to leave for therapy.
Suddenly Armaan notices that Miara’s photo and some important files are missing from his table. Before he can think further he receives a message saying that all the board members have arrived.
Armaan Receives the Biggest Shock of His Life
Armaan enters the board meeting room and tells the board members that he does not want to waste their time so he will come directly to the point. He says everyone has seen what happened between him and Mittal in the last few days and now he cannot even tolerate seeing Mittal’s face. He clearly says he cannot work with Mittal anymore.
At that moment an employee hands Armaan a box. He opens it and finds Miara’s photo and certificates inside the same things that had disappeared from his table earlier. Krish then gives him an envelope. Armaan reads the letter and is left completely shocked.
Mittal reveals that it is Armaan’s termination letter and announces that the board has decided to remove him from the firm.
Mittal Announces Armaan’s Removal
Armaan angrily says that it is his firm and he owns the highest number of shares. He reminds everyone that he is the owner of the company.
Mittal laughs and says power changes are not new. He mocks Armaan by saying this is not the first time an owner has been removed from his own company. Armaan argues that there is a legal process for removing an owner. He says the board must first send a notice and only after the response can further action be taken.
Mittal replies that the exact process was followed. He says the notice was sent but two shareholders from Armaan’s own family signed the papers. Armaan is stunned when Mittal reveals the names Krish and Sanjay.
Furious Armaan questions them. Krish coldly replies that the notice was lying on Armaan’s desk itself. Armaan bitterly have finally shown their true faces.
Krish and Sanjay Become the New Owners
Mittal asks the board members to raise their hands if they support Armaan’s termination. To Armaan’s heartbreak every single member raises their hand including Krish and Sanjay.
Mittal then announces that Armaan’s shares are being transferred to Krish and Sanjay. He officially declares them the new owners of Poddar Firm. The board members start gossiping that Sanjay is Armaan’s own uncle and in today’s world no one can truly be trusted.
Mittal makes Sanjay sit in Armaan’s chair.
Armaan angrily warns Sanjay that before shaking hands with Mittal he should have remembered how dirty Mittal’s hands are. He reminds him that Mittal falsely accused Miara and tried to destroy her life.
Armaan says that shaking hands with an outsider is betrayal but betraying one’s own family makes a person a lifelong criminal in front of his family. Before leaving Armaan tells them that this is still his grandfather’s firm and they should try to protect its dignity. He warns them not to betray the company the way they betrayed him because until now his values had tied down his anger but now every limit is breaking.
Armaan Slaps Mittal
Mittal keeps laughing at Armaan’s condition. Unable to control his anger Armaan grabs Mittal by the collar and warns him that very soon he will land in jail because he has reopened Ravi Gupta’s case.
Mittal says his daughter Meher is already gone and nothing can affect him anymore. He taunts Armaan to do whatever he wants because it will not change anything. Mittal then challenges Armaan to hit him if he truly has courage.
Armaan slaps Mittal hard and says he has enough courage to attack someone face-to-face rather than stab from behind. Emotional and shattered Armaan walks out of the firm.
Abhira Waits Alone at Therapy
Meanwhile Abhira waits for Armaan at the counseling center. She messages him and thinks he had promised to come after finishing the board meeting.
The therapist suggests that Abhira attend the session alone but she refuses. She says their problems cannot be solved by only one person and she will not do a solo session.
Armaan Breaks Down Emotionally
Outside Armaan sees a happy family talking together. A girl tells her father that a case has been filed against her but her father comforts her and says the entire family is with her. The grandfather says family is like a shield that protects a person and reminds her that family is the greatest strength in life.
Hearing those words Armaan becomes emotional and devastated. He remembers Vidya, Kajal, Sanjay and Krish his own family betraying him.
Abhira Learns the Truth
Abhira finally spots Armaan and immediately scolds him for not coming to therapy. She says she kept waiting for him and he always complains that she gets angry.
But while talking she notices that Armaan looks completely shattered. She grows worried and asks him what happened. At the same moment she sees a driver carrying Armaan’s belongings. Shocked she asks what is going on. Armaan bitterly replies that his own loved ones gifted him this humiliation. He says the family he considered his home has thrown him out and that is why he could not come to therapy.
Abhira softly hugged him. Armaan reveals that he trusted Sanjay with the firm and Krish teamed up with Mittal to throw him out of his own company. Abhira immediately apologizes for misunderstanding him.
Armaan Starts Blaming Himself
Armaan becomes extremely frustrated and starts hurting himself emotionally. Abhira tries to calm him down and says none of this is his fault. But Armaan refuses to believe her.
He says this is justice for his own mistakes. According to him he ignored destiny’s warning signs and now destiny is punishing him. Abhira tells him not to compare himself to Krish and Sanjay’s betrayal. However Armaan says Vidya who claimed to love him the most Krish and Sanjay he trusted them and they made him realize that a person pays for his sins in this very life.
He says anyone hearing his story would think injustice happened to him but deep down he feels this punishment is deserved. Abhira reminds him that he gave his hard work time and life to Poddar Firm and none of this can erase his efforts.
Armaan emotionally tells Abhira that maybe the universe is punishing him through her because she is too pure to ever hurt him herself. He says Kaveri once scolded him for his mistakes and today God is punishing him the same way. Calling himself a terrible person Armaan says he deserves this pain.
Armaan Confesses Abhira Is His Only True Support
Abhira tries to convince him that he is still a good person. Armaan then emotionally says that Abhira is the only person in his life who has ever truly loved him without conditions. He says she never demanded anything from him never counted favors and always stood beside him honestly.
Even after everything she is still taking care of him and supporting him while he keeps breaking her heart. Armaan says he has no right to complain even if life takes everything away from him. Emotional Abhira hugs him tightly.
Vidya Sees Armaan and Abhira Together
Just then the family comes outside and Vidya gets shocked seeing Armaan and Abhira together. Krish and Sanjay also arrive there.
Without saying anything Armaan walks inside while the rest of the family follows him. Krish tells Sanjay that a huge drama is about to happen. Sanjay confidently says he will handle everything.
Abhira Exposes Krish and Sanjay
Abhira follows Armaan and asks him to at least listen to her but he requests some time alone. She reminds him that battles cannot be fought alone. Vidya notices his condition and says it is clear he is upset because of Abhira.
Abhira immediately corrects her and reveals that Armaan is shattered because Krish and Sanjay betrayed him and snatched Poddar Firm away from him through deception. Everyone gets shocked. Kaveri asks Sanjay whether this is true and he silently nods.
Family Blast Krish and Sanjay
Kajal furiously asks Krish how many times he will betray Armaan. She says he keeps repeating the same mistakes again and again. When Sanjay asks everyone to calm down Kajal warns him not to interrupt her today.
Tanya also lashes out at Krish and says he has now become so used to lying that he no longer even avoids eye contact while betraying people. She questions how many times he will keep looting his own family.
Manoj Exposes Sanjay’s Real Intentions
Manoj tells Sanjay that if he genuinely cared about the firm he would have informed Armaan about Mittal’s conspiracy and worked together to save the company.
He says Sanjay hid the truth because he knew Armaan would definitely find another solution and Sanjay would never get ownership of the firm. Sanjay argues that he alone knows how difficult it was to run the company successfully. Manoj shuts him down by saying Armaan handled the firm for eight years and personally oversaw every important decision. He clearly says the company’s success belongs to Armaan’s hard work.
Manoj accuses Sanjay and Krish of always eyeing the firm and reminds everyone that they had tried to snatch the company before as well. He warns Sanjay to stop pretending and admit that greed was the real reason behind everything.
Sanjay Defends Himself
Sanjay claims that whatever they did was for the good of Poddar Firm. He says Mittal had joined hands with the board members to destroy the company in revenge against Armaan. According to him removing Armaan was the only way to save the firm and now the majority shares are still within the family.
Vidya furiously replies that Krish and Sanjay are not true Poddars Armaan is. She says they hid their greed behind fake concern for the company. She reminds them that when he had lost his self-respect and was ready to leave the city Armaan was the one who brought him back home He with dignity and gave krish work despite everything.
Vidya says instead of gratitude they stabbed him in the back. Aryan angrily says people without conscience can never feel ashamed no matter how much they are scolded.
Precap: Abhira loses her temper and grabs Krish by the collar. When Sanjay tries to threaten her she fiercely warns him not to even think about intimidating her.
Abhira declares that no paper can change the truth and Poddar Firm still belongs to Armaan.
