The episode begins with Abhira and Armaan accidentally bumping into each other. Both become emotional and share a tight hug. Armaan asks Abhira about the form. Abhira says she was about to fill it but ended up arguing with Tanya. Tanya was trying to convince Kaira for a silly idea and because of that chaos Abhira didn’t get time to talk to Abhir either.
Just then Abhira gets a call from Abhir and rushes to see him. She notices blood oozing from his hand. Abhir emotionally tells her that he made a cradle tent and baby toys with his own hands for his unborn child. He says that he always fought with his parents in childhood and never got real love. That’s why he wants to give everything he never had to his baby. He has even hired personal staff to take care of Kaira. Abhira gets emotional and asks why he loves Kaira so much. Abhir replies that he loves her even more than she can imagine but he doesn’t know how to make Kaira believe that he will not ever leave her.
Manisha’s Decision
At home Manisha helps Kaira get ready. She tells Kaira that things are not going as per her wishes but she will like the boy. Manisha reveals that the boy already knows Kaira is pregnant and still wants to marry her. She tells Kaira to say yes for the baby’s future so her child can get a worthy father.
Abhira interrupts and says that Kaira’s baby already has a worthy father. A heated argument begins. Manisha tells Abhira that she will not allow Kaira to marry Abhir. Abhira points out that the family still treats Kaira like a small child and is forcing her into marriage with a stranger without discussion.
Abhira questions Kaira for staying silent while getting ready for this marriage and asks her to refuse. But Kaira doesn’t speak a single word. Abhira tells her that she has no idea how much Abhir loves her and how much he has prepared for her and the baby. She says Kaira is scared of giving Abhir one chance but is not afraid of holding the hand of a stranger.
Manisha declares that she has already refused Abhir and that if Kaira had any problem
she would have spoken up. She claims Kaira is agreeing with her decision. Abhira realizes that Kaira is not truly agreeing but she also won’t go against Manisha.Abhira thinks that if no one else will stop this mistake she will. She decides to do something major for her brother for Kaira and for the baby’s future.
Armaan worries about Abhira while Tanya worries about Kaira’s flight because Manisha isn’t letting her leave and time is running out. Both Armaan and Tanya notice the grand arrangements and gifts kept for the groom’s family. Armaan asks who all this is for. Tanya says she has no idea and wonders if someone important is about to arrive. Manisha brings Kaira down. The entire Poddar family gathers.
Kaira finally tells Manisha that she does not want to get married and that she is not ready. Manisha coldly replies that she has explained everything lovingly and now Kaira should stop doing drama in front of everyone. Kaira says she cannot marry this boy. Manisha shouts and asks if she wants to marry Abhir instead. She declares that Kaira’s marriage will happen with this boy only.
Armaan reminds Manisha that they had discussed not forcing Kaira but Manisha ignores him. He asks Kaveri to stop this but Kaveri refuses saying that Kaira has made a big mistake and Manisha as her mother must be making a well-thought decision.
Manisha warns Kaira to behave properly with the boy and say yes. Kaira asks what if she says no. Manisha threatens to kill herself. Armaan tells Kaira not to be scared of anyone.
The groom’s family arrives. Manisha welcomes them and introduces everyone. Kaveri says they have seen Kaira so they should also see the boy. Manisha points to the boy and everyone is shocked. The boy starts questioning Kaira. Manisha stops the questions and says there is no need to ask anything the match should be considered confirmed. Armaan says they just met so they should be given time to talk. Manisha says there is no time and that soon everyone will come to know that Kaira is pregnant. The groom’s family agrees to the alliance. Manisha starts distributing sweets.
Abhira’s Dramatic Entry
Suddenly Abhira enters the Poddar house dancing with the dhol players and pulls Kaira into the dance.Armaan stops her and asks why she is doing all this drama. Abhira announces that Kaira will marry her true love Abhir.
She emotionally explains to Kaira that she should forget the mistakes of the past and say yes to this marriage. She publicly declares that from today Kaira officially belongs to Abhir. Abhira performs a fake roka ceremony. Armaan asks her to stop the drama, but Abhira says she has never stepped back from doing the right thing. The groom’s family gets angry and prepares to leave. Manisha and Manoj try to stop them. The groom’s mother insults Manisha and says she has badly raised her daughter and that they don’t want to form a relationship with such a cheap family.
Abhira politely folds her hands and thanks them for giving a character certificate to her family. She then sharply tells them that marrying at an older age is not wrong but marrying a girl young enough to be their daughter is definitely strange. The family leaves in anger after saying they didn’t come to get insulted. Abhira thanks them again and asks them to eave peacefully.
Family Clash
Armaan questions Abhira and asks what she achieved by insulting guests in front of everyone. He says her drama only brought more embarrassment. Abhira explains that everyone was ruining not just Kaira’s life but also Abhir’s and the baby’s future. She says this child belongs to Abhir and no one has the right to snatch that from him. She tells Armaan that nobody noticed Kaira’s tears, and that is why she had to make such a dramatic entry.
Armaan says she felt wrong when they were forcing Kaira’s marriage but now she forced a roka against Kaira’s will. Abhira clarifies that the roka wasn’t real it was just to stop the wedding. Armaan points out that he had asked her to give Kaira time so why is she now confused. Abhira says not confused anymore earlier she didn’t know that Kaira loved Abhir but now she knows that Kaira loves him deeply. Armaan says Kaira is scared that Abhir might betray her again. Abhira adds that Kaira is also scared of disappointing the family so she is quietly killing her own happiness. She says if they observe carefully they can clearly see her helplessness.
Abhira questions why they are ready to marry Kaira to a man double her age but cannot see any change in Abhir. She asks whether Abhir doesn’t deserve a chance to correct his mistakes even once.
Abhira vs The Family
Kaveri tells Abhira to stop and says they don’t want to hear anything about Abhir anymore. She says she thought Abhira was sensible, but in Abhir’s case she completely loses her thinking. Kaveri scolds Abhira for creating a scene in front of the groom’s family instead of waiting until they left. She accuses her of turning the house into a circus. Abhira asks Kaveri if she really wants Kaira to get married into a home where she can never be happy.
Manisha asks by what right Abhira sent the groom’s family away and who gave her the authority to decide what is right for her daughter. Abhira says that now someone will have to tell her what right she has in this house. She makes it clear that she is not forcing Kaira to marry Abhir but she is questioning the blind trust in a stranger.
She asks what guarantee is there that the stranger will take care of Kaira and the baby. She asks what if after marriage he mistreats Kaira will they still stay silent for the family’s honor. Manisha calls Abhira selfish and accuses her of only thinking about Abhir instead of Kaira. Vidya also asks her to stop pushing the true love theory onto Kaira.
Abhira begs Kaira to speak but Kaira stays silent. Abhira breaks down in tears. Armaan tries to comfort her but Kaveri stops him.
Later Meera asks Abhira if Armaan hurt her. Abhira says she is fine and tells Meera that she trusts Abhira will convince the family. She begs her not to give up.
