In the beginning of the episode, Armaan waits outside Maira’s dance class for a long time but she doesn’t come and gets worried about her getting late. Maira gets in the car, while he keeps looking towards the door of the dance class, he sees Maira and asks her when did she come in the car, she says that she came just now which confuses him. He gets a call from Maira’s dance teacher who asks him why Maira didn’t attend the dance class today and if she’s ill?He tells her that he’ll talk later and ends the call. He gets out of the car and then goes towards her side of the car and takes her out of the car and asks her if she’s still tense because of the fake video, but she distracts from the question and talks about trees and Armaan doesn’t worry her with questions and comes home.
Armaan reaches home and goes to his room where Abhira is waiting for him and says she has something to tell him and same he says that he has something to tell her, she says to him to go ahead and talk as he might have to talk about Maira. He tells her about Maira’s dance school skip and says that Maira is still not able to forget about the video. Both of them get worried for Maira’s mental state because of the fake video as Maira doesn’t lie to them. Abhira tells Armaan that they need to give Maira some time and not pester her with questions.
Abhi comes home and sees Kiara there while slipping on the floor where she saves him, he asks her what is she doing there. She says to him that she knew that he would be getting worried seeing the comments on the fake video. Abhi says that how can people be so nasty in the comments and he wants to beat them all and he is extremely worried about Maira. Kiara tells him that even Armaan and Abhira are worried for Maira’s state and trying to focus on her. Abhi says to her that she doesn’t need to make excuses to come to his house and reminds her that he still has feelings for her and is waiting for her reply.
Armaan and Abhira reach the school to talk to Maira’s teacher to be more careful of her. They find out that the annual function is today and that Maira lied to them as she is embarrassed of them. Maira inside introduces Krisha and Tanya as her guardian, Armaan gets disappointed but Abhira motivates him to go inside as Maira’s naive and they would regret later if they don’t see her getting awarded. Maira thinks of Armaan and Abhira. Armaan is reluctant to go inside and tells Abhira that Maira doesn’t want them there and she has lied to them, but she convinces him to not miss this moment and be there, they see the function from afar.
Maira’s award is announced and she gets on the stage, Armaan records the moment on his phone while Krish and Tanya are unable to record and Krish’s phone battery dies and Tanya breaks her phone camera. After the award is given to Maira her parents are called on stage and she imagines that Abhira and Armaan are there and are extremely proud of her, but Krish and Tanya come on stage and in their speech say he says to they are his uncle and aunt and they are very proud of her. Maira gives her speech and apologizes for Armaan and Abhira’s behaviour in the video and says not to punish her for her parents mistake. Abhira and Armaan feel disheartened.
Later at home everyone finds about the annual function and Maira’s speech when Tanya tells them that they received best parent’s award as Maira chose them and not Abhira and Armaan.
