Today’s episode begins with Mannat confronting Vikrant. She asks him if he ultimately wanted to go to court then why did he pretend to act noble in front of her. Vikrant says that whatever he told her came from his heart but he still does not trust Dhariya.
Mannat says why he does not trust Dhariya he is his brother. Vikrant replies that Dhariya himself came and warned him that he would never let Dua stay with him. He says that after hearing those words he got scared and filed the custody case because he feared losing his daughter forever.
Vikrant then reveals that he has come to tell her that he is withdrawing the court case.
Mannat Breaks Down Remembering Her Painful Past
Mannat starts crying and says that this is exactly his problem. After hurting everyone and making a huge mistake he suddenly feels guilty and thinks he can fix everything instantly. She says that such things may happen in stories but not in real life.
She emotionally tells him that in real life people do not get another chance to relive their mistakes. Seven years ago when he left her she was alone. She was carrying Dua had responsibilities toward her parents and had to face the difficult nine months of pregnancy alone.
Mannat says there was not a single day when she did not remember him. Every moment she hoped he would return. She constantly checked her phone waiting for his message or call praying for a miracle that one day he would learn the truth and come back to her. But that never happened.
Now after eight years everyone thinks everything can become normal again just because Vikrant finally knows the truth. They expect her to forget everything and accept him back into her life. But Mannat says the heart never forgets the pain someone once made it feel.
She says if she had the power to erase the past she would have done it long ago but real life does not work like that. The pain never leaves completely. It stays inside forever and every time her heart breaks Vikrant was the reason behind it.
Mannat Defends Dhariya
Mannat explains that Dhariya has raised Dua like a father for the past seven years. He loved her, cared for her and stood beside her during every moment. She says it is not easy for him either.
She also says that Dua will not be able to handle such a huge truth easily. If Vikrant continues staying around them eventually Dua will learn the reality and nobody knows how badly that truth may affect her.
Mannat tells Vikrant that she is thinking about everyone while he is only thinking about himself. All she ever wanted was one normal life but he is making her life even more complicated.
Vikrant Admits His Mistakes
Vikrant tells her that none of this is easy for him either. He says he only wanted to spend one day together as a normal family but he does not understand how to fix the situation anymore.
He asks Mannat what he can do to make things right. However Mannat says it is already too late because the matter has now reached court so the court will decide everything. Still she promises one thing as long as she is alive Dhariya will never be removed from Dua’s life. She firmly says that Dhariya is Dua’s father and will always remain the father whom Dua loves deeply.
Mannat Refuses To Give Vikrant Another Chance
Mannat admits that Vikrant is a terrible person and he ask mannat to give him a chance to prove he can become a good father to Dua. However she says she can never give him another chance because the damage has already been done.
She reveals that earlier she was actually thinking of allowing Vikrant to remain in Dua’s life because she wanted their bond to survive. But after he filed the custody case she now believes he wants to snatch Dua away from her.
Mannat finally declares that once the court case ends she will take Dua away forever because she knows the court will eventually give custody to her as Dua’s mother. She then leaves from there emotionally shattered.
Neetu secretly overhears their entire conversation while Vikrant remains completely shaken by Mannat’s words.
Vikrant Regrets Filing The Custody Case
Vikrant angrily blames himself and says he ruined everything. He realizes that Mannat was slowly beginning to trust him again and was even ready to let him stay in Dua’s life but his decision to go to court destroyed everything.
Neetu tries to console him and says that Mannat is extremely hurt after suffering for seven years so her anger is natural. She encourages him not to lose hope and assures him that he will win the case.
However Vikrant says even if he wins legally it will still be a defeat in real life. He accepts that he alone is responsible for all the pain and mistakes. He regrets listening to Neetu and says he should never have dragged Mannat to court. According to him every time he tries to fix something he ends up destroying it further. He fears losing both Mannat and Dua forever.
Finally Vikrant decides that he will not give up on Mannat because now he knows she never truly moved on from him. He promises that he will bring Mannat and Dua back into his life but he will not continue the custody battle anymore. He decides to withdraw the case completely.
Neetu becomes shocked hearing this and worries that Dhariya may take advantage of the situation if Vikrant steps back now.
Mallika And Yashika Manipulate Neetu
Mallika and Yashika overhear Vikrant and Neetu’s conversation. Mallika becomes worried that if Vikrant withdraws the custody case Mannat may forgive him.
Yashika says this is the perfect moment to play their next move because they cannot allow Vikrant to return to Mannat.
Both of them intentionally start discussing old secrets loudly so that Neetu can overhear them. Mallika says that seven years ago Vishakha manipulated Vikrant into believing that Mannat and Dhariya were having an affair. She also convinced him that Mannat hid the truth about Dua because she wanted money and supported Ronnie and Neetu in hiding the reality from him.
Yashika says she still cannot understand why Mannat hid such a huge truth from Vikrant despite already knowing Dhariya’s reality. Mallika calls Mannat foolish for always trusting others blindly. She claims Mannat first trusted Neetu and Ronnie years ago and now she is trusting Dhariya because she feels indebted to him.
Yashika Fakes Concern for Vikrant
Yashika says lying about Dua’s real father was completely wrong. She admits that Vikrant has suffered deeply because he spent years without even knowing he had a daughter.
She also says that despite everything Vikrant deserves happiness and deserves to reunite with his family. Yashika says that during the last three years she has seen Vikrant shattered from inside and struggling to survive emotionally.
Mallika says her that Mannat leaving forever would actually benefit her because she wants to marry Vikrant. But Yashika says that although she loves Vikrant his happiness matters more to her than her own feelings. Yashika and Mallika smirk over their plan as Neetu falls into their trap.
Neetu secretly hears the entire conversation and later approaches Yashika. She asks for her help to stop Vikrant from giving up on the custody case. Yashika pretends to hesitate at first but eventually agrees and reveals that she has a plan. Neetu falls into Yashika’s trap without realizing her true intentions.
Dhariya Gets Hurt By Dua
Meanwhile Dhariya appears restless and emotionally disturbed. Dua happily comes to him and shows him her summer project a family tree.
Dhariya becomes shocked after seeing that Dua has included Vikrant in the family tree along with Mannat and himself. Dua excitedly tells him that she first showed the project to Vikrant and that he loved it. Hearing this deeply hurts Dhariya. He angrily asks Dua how her superhero suddenly changed from him to Vikrant.
Without waiting for her answer Dhariya walks away in anger. Dua becomes sad and confused wondering why he reacted so harshly. Mannat notices everything and feels disturbed seeing Dhariya speak to Dua in such a painful manner.
Precap: Vikrant tells Mannat that he does not want the court case anymore he only wants her. He confesses that he still loves her and knows that she still loves him too. Mannat and Vikrant come close to each other
