Today’s episode begins with Amal asking Seher what happened. Seher says she felt something strange near the lake. Amal says maybe the lake was calling her.
Seher asks what she will tell Zeba. Amal tells her to say that she tried her best even if people did not agree. He says her job is to treat people not to convince them.
She tells Seher they are in Kashmir and asks her to switch off her doctor mode for a while. Amal insists that they go out and enjoy themselves. Seher agrees.
Mahid Catches Zubair
Meanwhile Mahid follows Zubair’s boat. He catches Zubair and says raising his hand against a woman does not make him powerful. Mahid ties him up.
Amal Tries to Cheer Up Seher
Amal enjoys the beautiful view from the boat. Seher remains lost in her thoughts. She says this job is very important to her. Amal agrees but says this moment is also important.
She asks Seher to enjoy the trip. Amal talks about work-life balance and jokes that otherwise Seher will one day complain that her whole life has passed only in work.
Seher Remembers Kausar
Seher says that the life she lives could leave many girls’ lives colorless

Mahid and Seher Almost Meet
Seher’s boat driver suddenly increases the speed. Seher asks where he is going.
The driver says his someone is beating his brother so he has to go there.
Mahid hands Zubair over to the police. Seher’s boat also reaches the shore. From a distance Seher sees Mahid but cannot see his face. Amal gets off the boat and asks what is happening.
The people there say Mufti Mahid has come because there is a Mufti gathering. Amal is shocked she gets worried for Seher. As Seher tries to get off the boat she slips and falls on a boat full of flowers she gets covered by flowers.
Seher’s Memory Haunts Mahid
Amal says it is good Seher fell because now Mahid will not be able to see her. Mahid notices her and walks towards her to help. However because her face is covered with flowers he cannot see her face.
He only sees her eyes. Mahid thinks those eyes look familiar. He tells himself that it cannot be Seher and leaves without helping her.
Seher Reminds Amal of Their Promise
After coming out of the boat Seher asks Amal she was calling her for so long. Amal says she got distracted after remembering Parvez. Seeing the man who was arrested for beating his wife reminded her of him.
Seher asks who Parvez is. she says Amal they had promised never to look back at the past. She says she has to go back to the medical camp.
Mahid Misses Seher
Mahid remembers Seher’s painful words and feels heartbroken. While walking he accidentally bumps into a man and is about to hit him.
Just then Kaiz calls him and Mahid controls his anger. Kaiz asks if Mahid is coming to pick him up. He becomes upset and says he will not talk to him.
Mahid asks Kaiz to give the phone to Insha. He tells Insha he needs her help. He asks her to bring Kaiz to him because he is reaching there. Insha agrees.
Seher Treats a Young Patient
Seher reaches the medical camp. A patient’s father says that his daughter was caught in a terrorist attack when soldiers were fighting terrorists and many bullets were fired. One bullet just grazed his daughter’s head.
After that day she completely changed and became quiet. Seher tries to treat the girl. She asks where she can buy a nice dress. Raziya starts talking up and asks Seher to tell her the address of a good shop.
Seher claps her hands. Raziya gets scared.
Seher asks her to take her to that shop.
Zeba and Seher Argue
Zeba is happy to see the patient at the medical champ. She says she never expected Seher to be able to convince the patient.
Seher says she did not bring the patients herself. She says after the religious gathering ended people came to the medical camp. Zeba asks why Seher was late.
Seher says she had gone with Amal to bring people. She says they saw a man being arrested near the lake. She says that the woman they had brought for treatment was actually that arrested man’s wife.
Zeba Gives Seher Another Challenge
Zeba says it is strange that wherever Seher goes she always returns with a new story. Seher says maybe problems are in love with her.
Zeba says she now feels that bringing Seher with her was the wrong decision.
Mahid Spends Time with Kaiz
Mahid and Kaiz have a race. Mahid deliberately lets Kaiz win. Insha says Mahid’s love has spoiled Kaiz. Mahid says he does it so Kaiz always feels that he is behind him to support him.
He says children should always feel that they are never alone. Insha says if Mahid is with Kaiz then she should leave. She starts walking away. Kaiz stops her and says he wants to eat ice cream.
He says he feels happy whenever all three of them are together.
Zeba Tests Seher’s Medical Skills
Seher tells Zeba she will never compromise with her work. She says she will prove that she is the best resident doctor. She says one day Zeba will be proud of her.
Zeba asks Seher for Raziya’s diagnosis. Seher says it is trauma. Zeba says the problem is physical not psychological. She says the bullet touched Raziya’s head.
Seher says if the brain nerves had been damaged different symptoms would have appeared. She says Raziya’s symptoms match trauma. Zeba says diagnosis is based on facts not experiments.
She asks Seher to arrange an MRI for Raziya. Seher agrees and says she will write it down if she is saying.
Zeba Gives Seher a Task
Zeba asks if she is questioning her diagnosis. She says Seher could neither properly explain the medical camp nor correctly diagnose the patient.
Zeba gives her another task. She says there is a child suffering from Long QT Syndrome. The child’s parents have registered for a life-saving drug trial can help revive the heart.
Zeba tells Seher not to forget to complete all the consent forms and paperwork before giving the medicine. Seher agrees.
Mahid Responsibility Towards Kaiz
Insha tells Mahid she and Kaiz have become a burden on him. Mahid says he can never think of Kaiz as a burden not even in his dreams.
Insha says she feels guilty because Mahid has done so much for them and she does not know how to repay him. Mahid asks her not to repeat the past thing again.
He says her Kaiz was only one year old when he came into their lives. He says Kaiz was an innocent child and he could never leave him and his widowed mother alone. Mahid says it was his responsibility.
Insha says she never wanted to take advantage of his kindness but because of Kaiz Mahid has to tolerate her too. Kaiz calls both of them to come and eat ice cream.
Seher and Mahid Feel Each Other’s Presence
Later that night Mahid feels restless. He says he feels that Seher is somewhere nearby.
He says after tomorrow he will leave from there and after that he may never meet her again.At the same time Seher thinks everything around her is peaceful but her heart feels restless.
She wonders why she feels tomorrow will become an even more difficult day. She feels that something very bad is about to happen.
