Prime Video has officially announced September 11, 2026, as the worldwide premiere date for its highly anticipated Hindi original series, The Revolutionaries. Created and directed by acclaimed filmmaker Nikkhil Advani, the high-octane period drama brings to life the courageous stories of lesser-known freedom fighters who chose the path of armed resistance against the British Empire. Inspired by historian Sanjeev Sanyal’s bestselling book, Revolutionaries: The Other Story Of How India Won Its Freedom, the narrative focuses on four core figures operating within secret underground networks during the decades following the Revolt of 1857. Digital superstar Bhuvan Bam headlines the ensemble cast as the iconic revolutionary leader Rash Behari Bose, marking a major dramatic shift in his acting trajectory.
