Today’s episode begins with Mahid teaching Seher how to make a clay pot. Seher asks Mahid to teach her properly or else she will smear mud all over him. She tell him she is his wife. Mahid holds her hand and teaches her how to make the pot. They share a close and romantic moment.
Amal Pretends to Be Sick
Meanwhile Amal says she cannot leave the room under any circumstances. No matter what happens she has to make everyone believe she is still sick. Rashid arrives there.
Mahid and Seher secretly enter Niyazi Mansion. Mahid tells Seher to be careful as someone might see them. Seher tells him they are married now. Mahid says he knows but he still cannot believe he has finally got her. He says it will take him some time to get used to having her in his life.
Mahid says they should reach the room before someone sees them together like this. They enter the room where Seher sees Amal drinking hot water. She checks Amal’s temperature and asks if her fever has gone down. Amal lies and says it has not.
Seher says she will bring medicine for her. Mahid asks Seher if she is going to bring fake medicine for Amal who is pretending to be sick. Seher asks him to stop worrying about Amal. She then lovingly wipes Mahid’s face.
The Police Arrive at Niyazi Mansion
Aslam arrives and informs them the police have come. Seher asks Aslam whether all the arrangements have been made. He says yes. Aslam asks what has happened and Seher tells him a theft has taken place in the house. She says she will explain everything to him later.
Mahid and Seher go downstairs. Mahid tells the inspector he can carry out his investigation without any hesitation. He says the inspector can search the rooms if he wants and assures him the family will cooperate.
The inspector asks Mahid if he believes Mahid had a hand in Imran’s disappearance. Mahid is shocked by the accusation. Seher asks the inspector what he is saying and how Mahid could be involved in Imran’s disappearance. She says the police are making baseless accusations against him.
Husna’s Unexpected Move
The inspector explains Imran’s brother Akbar has filed a complaint against Mahid. According to the guard’s statement Imran’s last meeting was with Mahid and he has been missing ever since. The inspector further reveals the police found Mahid’s fingerprints at Imran’s shop.
Seher says Imran is a doctor so it is obvious customers visit his shop and leave their fingerprints there. She says it is wrong to accuse someone based only on this evidence. Mahid asks if the inspector has any other solid proof he made Imran disappear. He says if the inspector has no further evidence he should leave. The inspector then leaves.
Mahid becomes worried and calls Husna. He asks Aslam if Husna has returned home. Aslam tells him she has gone to Fatehpur. Mahid and Seher are shocked to hear this.
Insha Fears Losing Everything
Meanwhile Insha tells Haider Nazima and Tahir were in the jail room. She is sure they suspect her and worries about what will happen to her and Qiaz. She fears everyone will join hands to throw her out of the house.
Haider tells her not to lose hope and assures her nothing will go wrong. He says he will find a way out. Insha says she feels helpless. Mahid has married Seher and she cannot understand what she should do to create a distance between Mahid and Seher.
She says Amal’s presence in their room is helping her for now but she does not know how long Mahid will stay away from Seher.
Haider tells Insha Amal is only a weapon he wants to use against Seher and Mahid. He says he has no other interest in her.
Insha Breaks Down
Insha replies if Haider is interested in Amal or not the truth is their paths are different now. She says she had only one weapon and now even that has slipped out of her hands.
Haider tells her sometimes a helpless person can become their greatest strength. When a person has nothing left to lose fighting becomes their only option. He assures her she should not worry because he will definitely do something.
Insha says she is scared and breaks down. Haider hugs her. She realises Haider has no bad intentions and was only trying to comfort her. Insha says she got carried away by her emotions. Haider then leaves.
Mahid Fears for Seher’s Safety
Mahid is furious when he learns Husna is accusing him of Imran’s disappearance. He says he cannot tolerate this anymore. Seher asks him to calm down and assures him she will not let anything happen to him.
Mahid says he is not afraid of going to jail. He is worried Seher will be left alone and Husna might do anything to harm her. Seher assures him Husna will be the one who goes to jail. She says she will make sure Husna is punished for her crimes.
Mahid asks how she knows where Husna is or what she is planning. He says they do not know anything about her whereabouts or her next move. Mahid questions why Husna is still roaming freely despite committing murder. He says he will not hesitate to commit another murder if it becomes necessary to protect Seher.
Seher Questions Mahid’s Overprotectiveness
Mahid decides to take steps to protect her. Mahid calls Siddique and asks his men to install CCTV cameras throughout Niyazi Mansion. Seher asks why he is getting so worried. She says truth will win in the end.
Mahid replies he is not ready to sacrifice Seher for the sake of winning the truth. He says he cannot lose her. They have already paid the price of seeking the truth by staying away from each other for seven years and he cannot bear any more pain.
Mahid asks Seher to stay inside the room and not come outside until he finds Husna. Seher tells Mahid he is behaving like her father Pervez. She asks him what all this is about and why he is putting restrictions on her.
Haider Plots Against Mahid
Elsewhere Shehbaz discusses the situation with a group of people. He says that he had initially dismissed Husna’s suggestion but she was not entirely wrong.
He says if they want to remove Mahid from the position of Mufti they must appoint someone who belongs to the Niyazi family or is closely connected to it. Otherwise society will not accept that person as Mufti. A Maulana says there is no one else left who can be appointed as Mufti.
Haider asks why they are not considering him for the position as he is Husna’s son. Shehbaz says they cannot support him. He explains even Husna herself does not consider Haider worthy of becoming Mufti. She had brought Adnan’s son Zaid and wanted him to become Mufti instead.
Haider Eyes the Position of Mufti
The Maulana says there is no point in continuing the discussion. He explains Mahid’s popularity may have decreased after his marriage to Seher but half of society will still stand by him. Removing him from the position of Mufti will not be easy.
Haider asks if they will support him if he manages to bring Mahid down in front of the entire society. Shehbaz says damaging Mahid’s reputation will not be easy. Haider will have to earn people’s trust if he wants to take Mahid’s place. For that he will need Husna’s support.
Shehbaz explains if they stands against Husna the women in society will rebel against him. Therefore if he wants their support he must first win Husna’s trust.
Seher Apologizes to Mahid
Meanwhile Mahid is hurt when Seher compares him to Pervez. Seher explains there is a huge difference between the two of them. Pervez was a monster but Mahid is not like him.
She apologises to Mahid and says if he is afraid of becoming the person he loves perhaps it is because he fears becoming like Pervez who kept her trapped in his house.
Seher and Mahid Reconcile
Mahid says he never wanted to become someone who made Seher feel suffocated. However he does not know what else he can do. He admits one thought constantly troubles him what if something happens to her? The fear of losing her is eating him up from within.
Seher wonders whether Mahid is suffering from borderline personality disorder. She fears he might be developing the same condition and that it could take years for him to recover from it.
Precap: The inspector gives Mahid Hussain’s file. He explains while Hussain was alive only three people came to meet him Husna her husband Hakim.
Mahid and Seher is shocked to hear this. Mahid asks if Hakim also betrayed him. He says they may the fine some clue in this box they have not discovered yet.
The box accidentally fall Seher sees a piece of paper inside and is left stunned by what she discovers.
