Following his recent success in Awarapan 2, actor Emraan Hashmi has unveiled the thrilling official teaser for his next high-octane romantic action film, Gunmaaster G9. Directed by Aditya Datt, the nearly ninety-second teaser offers movie lovers a gripping look into a world dominated by the mafia, high-voltage gunfire, and deep-seated devotion. In the teaser, Emraan portrays Eshwar, an ordinary dairy farm owner whose quiet world is upended when he is forced into a deadly underworld battle to protect his wife, played by Genelia D’Souza. Delivering a chilling monologue, Emraan’s character asks to be given the gruesome death imaginable, praying to Lord Shiva only to keep his breath flowing until he safely reaches the threshold of his true love.
The teaser showcases a gritty narrative packed with intense close-range combat, desert pursuits, heavy police blockades, and menacing villains chasing the couple. Adding to the project’s massive appeal is the major musical reunion of Emraan Hashmi, director Aditya Datt, and hit music composer Himesh Reshammiya, who are collaborating once again nearly two decades after their iconic chartbusters in Aashiq Banaya Aapne. Beyond the leads, the film features a dynamic supporting ensemble including Aparshakti Khurana bringing a quirky and unpredictable energy, along with debutant Abhishek Singh, Snehil Mehra, and Inayat Verma.
Produced by Deepak Mukut, Hunar Mukut, and Sangeeta Ahir under Soham Rockstar Entertainment, Gunmaaster G9 is officially slated for a grand theatrical release on November 27, 2026. Moviegoers will also get to experience the teaser on the big screen as it plays attached to the theatrical prints of the Pan-India action film Toxic.
