Today’s episode begins with Uttam telling the judge dowry was demanded from Mogra. He says Mahadev knew Mogra’s family was poor.
Ketan and Dheeraj say nothing like this happened. Uttam says that Ashish is supporting Mogra against Mahadev. Mahadev and the entire family are shocked. Mahadev says he never demanded dowry from Mogra and her family. He says he himself is against dowry.
The judge tells Mahadev not to speak in the middle. He says Mahadev will get a chance to present his point. The judge also warns him not to disturb the dignity of the court by speaking in between.
Uttam Calls Mahadev an Abusive Father
Rajji asks Joshi to do something. Uttam says Mogra was tortured for dowry by Mahadev and his sons. He says this did not happen only once but many times.
He says everyone in the family is under Mahadev’s control. Uttam says if anyone does not listen to Mahadev he throws them out of the house and even beats them. He says Mahadev’s entire family keeps going around him.
Uttam says the family walks on glass because they are scared Mahadev may create a huge scene over even small matters. He says Mahadev puts pressure on Mogra he threatens and treats her badly.
Uttam says Mogra silently tolerated everything. He says she would have continued tolerating it if Mahadev had not thrown her out of the house. Mahadev denies all the allegations. He says he scolds his children but that is his personal matter and nobody has the right to object to it.
Uttam Targets Mahadev
Uttam asks if Joshi can cross-examine Mahadev. Rajji asks Joshi why he is simply agreeing with Uttam. She tells him to object. She says Uttam is making up a false story and Joshi is simply listening to him.
She asks why such arguments are being presented when this is a bail hearing. Joshi says the judge has already stopped Mahadev from speaking so she should also not speak in between anymore.
Uttam asks Mahadev if he thinks beating his children is only a family matter. He says under the law it is abuse. Uttam says if people like Mahadev are not stopped in time they may even kill their own children. He calls Mahadev an abusive father.
Uttam Questions Mahadev Actions
Uttam says Mahadev also owns a rice mill. He says Mahadev has a good turnover so why does he need to run his house with his Ketan’s salary?
Mahadev says Ketan is his son. If he does not teach him discipline then who will? Rajji asks what all these revelations have to do with the case. Uttam warns Rajji not to interrupt him again.
He says the court is not a market where she can shout at anyone she wants. He asks Mahadev when he started giving Ketan a salary after Ketan began working at his mill. He says if Mahadev cannot give his own son his salary then one can imagine what the situation at work must be like.
Mahadev says he has been paying Ketan his salary since Ketan started asking for it. Uttam says Ketan had asked him to accept Narmada as his daughter-in-law but he did not accept her.
He says he is angry with Dheeraj because Dheeraj keeps going against him. Uttam says perhaps Dheeraj wanted to make an enemy of Mahadev by marrying Rajji the daughter of Mahadev’s enemy, Bajpayee.
Mahadev Accuses the Bajpayee Family
Mahadev says the Bajpayee family are goons. He says he wishes he had never known them. He accuses them of always trying to destroy his family.
Uttam asks Mahadev why he then tied Vishwa to his car bonnet and drove him around the entire city. He says Mahadev could have faced an FIR for this but he behaves as if he is above the law.
Uttam says this is his second point. He says Mahadev not only loses his temper at home but also gets into physical fights with his neighbours. He says Mahadev is not only an abusive father but also has anger issues.
Rajji Defend Mahadev
Rajji asks Joshi to tell the court the truth. She says this enmity started from the Bajpayee house. She says all the fights were started after they were instigated and Mahadev was not at fault.
Joshi tells her he will speak when the right time comes. He warns her the judge will throw her out of the court if she continues interrupting. Uttam says Joshi had claimed that Mahadev and his family had never been involved in any illegal matter.
He says he now wants to prove this claim wrong. He shows a copy of an FIR filed by the Bajpayee family accusing them of stealing jewellery. Rajji tells Joshi he now has to speak. She says she had taken the jewellery to her maternal home and that this time she will testify.
Rajji Is Silenced in Court
Uttam interrupts Rajji and tells her that if she wants to gossip she should go outside the court. Rajji says she is telling the facts which is important for this case.
The judge tells Rajji she should not say anything. Only her lawyer will speak for her. Uttam asks Rajji if she has any respect or manners for the court and for the lawyer. He asks Joshi whether he has something to say or whether the proceedings should be concluded.
Uttam Bribes Joshi
A flashback is shown.Uttam bribe Joshi . Uttam asks Joshi to correct his past mistake and save his damaged career. He says he is not asking Joshi to betray his client.
Instead he asks him to turn his line of questioning into questions that will help Uttam. He promises Joshi he will get his own chamber within one week.
In the present Joshi asks Uttam about his purpose. Uttam says he is concerned that if a person as angry as Mahadev gets bail he may attack Mogra.
Mahadev’s Bail Is Rejected
Ashish cannot bear this anymore and leaves the court. The judge says Mahadev clearly has anger issues. He says his sons follow his orders and live in fear of him. The judge then rejects Mahadev’s bail application.
The entire family is stunned. Mogra Yash and Lajwanti are happy. The police arrest Mahadev and take him away along with his sons. Vidya becomes emotional and requests the police. Rajji and Narmada try to support Vidya.
Rajji feels devastated when she sees Mahadev, Dheeraj and Ketan being taken away in the police van. Rajji tells Vidya that everything will be fine. Vidya breaks down.
Rajji Confronts Joshi
Rajji sees Joshi sitting inside Uttam’s car. She stands in front of the car. She confronts Joshi and says she should have understood earlier that there was something wrong with his intentions. Rajji is about to attack him.
Rajji Meets Juhi
Juhi arrives there. Joshi runs away. Juhi asks Rajji if she is worried. Rajji says it is a very serious matter and asks Juhi why she has come there. She asks who she is.
Juhi says people call her by different names but she is the autistic daughter of Rajendra Suri Juhi. Rajji says she has heard about Rajendra Suri. Rajji says she does not think Juhi can help her.
She says she feels she cannot trust any lawyer. Rajji says she feels she is unable to do anything even though she wants to do everything for her family. She says she already had doubts that the lawyer was not with them.
Juhi Gives Rajji Hope
Juhi says the bail has been rejected but the case is still going on. Rajji asks how she will fight the case if she does not have a lawyer. Juhi says there is only one solution Rajji should fight her own case. Rajji is shocked.
