Today’s episode begins with Uttam asking Mogra to tell him how much of this case is the truth and how much is just a story. Mogra says Yash told them that he is their lawyer and lawyers trust their clients so why is he asking them such doubtful questions?
Uttam says the relationship works both ways. If a lawyer has to trust his client then the client also has to trust the lawyer. Mogra says whatever she has told them is true. Uttam says his friends including people like Yash who are respected and well-educated and his friends never take his name or work lightly.
Uttam Doubts Mogra’s Dowry Claim
Mogra asks him to clearly explain what he is trying to say. Uttam says the whole world knows Mahadev is an honest and good man. He says that if Mahadev got his son married into their family he must have clearly seen their poor condition from their broken mud-covered slippers that could dirty the expensive office floors.
Uttam says it is difficult to believe that Mahadev would demand dowry. He asks them to tell him the complete truth. He promises he will not judge their character or intentions. Lajwanti says the truth is that the FIR is false. She asks if he will still fight their case.
Uttam says it is his duty to prove that his client is right. He asks them to tell him everything from the beginning without hiding anything. He says after that it is his job to prove their story truth in court and they should leave that responsibility to him.
Mogra Misleads Ashish
Ashish asks why they are hiring such a big lawyer like Uttam Suri when they were going to settle the matter through a compromise. Lajwanti says they are ready for a compromise but his family also needs to be ready. She says now the matter can only be solved in court.
Mogra says if they have to go to court then it is better to hire a strong lawyer instead of a weak one who could make them lose the case in the first hearing. She says when a lawyer like Uttam Suri stands against Mahadev then only Mahadev and Vidya will come under pressure.
Ashish says Uttam charges a lot of money and where they will get so much money from. Lajwanti lies and says Uttam is Raju’s friend. She says when they told him their story his heart melted and he agreed to fight their case for free. She says now Ashish should also be ready to fight their case. She says the time has come for him to return home.
Rajji Prepares for the Court Battle
The next day Rajji starts making notes about the legal sections. Narmada asks if she found anything. Rajji says she has made notes and also emailed the lawyer Joshi. She says she has also printed the old dowry cases.
Narmada says she has also made notes. She says Mogra has no proof against them and there is no witness either. She says Mogra does not even have a medical certificate showing any injury.
She says Mogra also has no video or audio proving that she was harassed. She says Mogra may even present a fake medical certificate. Rajji fears Yash and Vishwa may be ready to give statements as witnesses from Mogra’s side.
Rajji Suspects Mogra’s Motive
Rajji says one thing keeps coming to her mind. Lajwanti and Mogra are doing all this to get a share of the property and for that they can go to any extent.
Narmada says Vidya and Mahadev themselves were thinking of giving Ashish his share. She says if Ashish had simply asked for his share none of this would have happened. Rajji says Ashish does not want all this.
She says Her heart tells her Ashish only wants to return home. She says Ashish is being manipulated by Mogra and Lajwanti and this whole game has been planned by Lajwanti. She says Ashish is just a pawn.
Vidya Prays for Mahadev
Vidya performs a puja. She says she is praying to God to somehow end this case as soon as possible. Narmada says the truth always wins.
Rajji reminds Vidya to save her strength because the fight is going to be long. She says they want to win this battle. Satya says he wants to come to court to give her moral support. Rajji says Priya has her exams and they also have to take care of the rice mill so he needs to handle that responsibility.
Satya assures her that he will take care of the house and the rice mill. He tells Vidya he is sure Mahadev will come out on bail in the very first hearing.
Rajji and Vidya Remain Hopeful
Later Rajji, Vidya and Narmada go to the lawyer. Joshi says Mahadev is such a rich and respected man yet he is very simple and honest. He says otherwise who would arrange his son’s marriage with a man from a poor family?
He says if Mahadev knew that Mogra’s family was poor why would he demand dowry? He says its prove Mogra’s family lied and deceived them to get this marriage done. Joshi says there is nothing to worry about. They will definitely get bail and the case will also go in their favour.
The lawyer receives a call from Uttam Suri. Joshi tells Vidya he will meet them directly in court and leaves.
Uttam Suri Meets Joshi
Uttam Suri asks Joshi to sit in his car. Suri asks Joshi why the Bar Council has not given him a chamber. He says he knows the president of the Bar Council very well.
Meanwhile Rajji asks Joshi’s assistant why Joshi is not answering his calls. She says he knows the hearing is about to start. The assistant says Joshi must be somewhere nearby and will come soon. He asks her not to worry.
Mahadev and His Sons Reach Court
The police bring Mahadev, Dheeraj and Ketan to court. Narmada tells them not to worry because they will get bailed today. Rajji asks about lawyers about Joshi . Uttam Suri drops Joshi at the court.
Rajji asks where he was and says she says the hearing is about to begin. Joshi asks her to wait in court for him .
Mogra and her family along with Ashish also reach the court. Rajji hands the file to Joshi. Yash and Vishwa also arrive at the court. Rajji says these people have also reached here. Vidya says these people can reach anywhere just to watch her family being humiliated.
Uttam Suri Enters the Courtroom
The judge asks Mogra where her lawyer is. Narmada says Mogra’s lawyer has not even arrived which means they may get bail without a proper hearing.
Rajji says if that happens then their entire problem will be solved. Vidya feels Ashish has joined hands with Yash and is fighting this case against them. Uttam Suri arrives. Ketan tells Mahadev he is Uttam Suri and says he is a very good lawyer.
Rajji tells Vidya she thinks Uttam Suri is a big lawyer. The judge asks Uttam why he is there and says it seems like there is a big case. Uttam says he is representing Ashish and Mogra.
Uttam Opposes Mahadev’s Bail
The judge asks them to begin the hearing. The judge asks Uttam whether he should grant bail to Mahadev.
Uttam says he objects to the bail because it is against the safety of his clients. The judge asks Joshi what he has to say. Joshi says his client Mahadev and his sons are respected people in the city. He says they belong to a respectable and decent family.
He says their family’s name has never been involved in any legal matter. Joshi says he sees no reason why Mahadev and his sons should not be given bail.
Uttam Accuses Mahadev
Uttam says he will give the reason why Mahadev should not get bail. He says Mahadev takes his name,respect and status too seriously and because of that he does whatever he wants.
He accused Mahadev of throwing his son and daughter-in-law out of their house in the middle of the night even though he knew they had nowhere to stay. Rajji says Joshi this is a lie she asks him to objects to Uttam’s statement.
Mahadev Faces Dowry Allegations
Uttam says Mahadev suddenly loses his temper and when he gets angry he can do anything. He then says Mogra demanded dowry in this case. Mahadev is shocked to hear this.
Precap: Rajji decides to fight Mahadev’s case herself with Juhi helping and supporting her throughout the proceedings. Mogra challenges Rajji and warns that she will destroy her in court.
