Speaking about the character’s depth, Neil said “What truly drew me to this role was the beautiful contrast within Shiv Prasad the fact that Parshuram exists within him. While working on the promo we approached the character with a clear thought inside the house, he is calm, patient and devoted, almost like Ram outside, he transforms into Parshuram, strong, fearless and decisive. That balance became the soul of my performance.”

Elaborating on Shiv Prasad’s emotional side, he added “Shiv Prasad is a complete family man. For him his wife and children are his Chardham. He bows only before them, and there is never any hesitation in his love or loyalty. Exploring that emotional honesty made me connect deeply with the character.”

Talking about his spy avatar, Neil shared “Parshuram is bold and fearless. Thanks to my training in action and martial arts I was able to perform my own stunts which made portraying this side of the character even more fulfilling.”

Summing up his experience the actor said “I wouldn’t call it difficult I’d call it thrilling. Playing two entirely opposite personalities in one role is what makes this journey so exciting and I’m enjoying every moment of it.”

Catch Mr. and Mrs. Parshuram starting 3rd February at 8:30 PM exclusively on Star Plus.
