Today’s episode begins with Deepa saying she had a good job and feels it would have been better if she had her own house.
Anupama says having your own house does not just happen you have to work for it. She says that women have much moreq courage inside them than they realise. Deepa says even her family members are not supporting her.
Anupama says people outside the family will support her. She tells her to have courage because no one can throw her out of her own house. She has full rights over it.
Anupama Tells Deepa to Fight for Justice
Anupama says until her divorce is final her husband cannot legally bring another wife into the house. She says what he is doing is completely illegal.
She says that if the woman wants to leave him, she should do it by her own choice and on her own terms. Anupama says no one simply gives women their rights they have to fight for their rights.
She tells Deepa to continue her job. Anupama says everything will eventually become fine. She says a new beginning can happen at any time in life because every day brings a new beginning. She tells the woman it will not be easy and there will be difficulties.
Anupama Gives Deepa Hope
Deepa says Anupama has given her new hope. Digvijay says when her family took away her support outsiders gave her hope and courage.
Ishani says people can even look at social media and see how two strangers can become each other’s support and become like family. Digvijay says for someone who is taking steps towards freedom there cannot be a better Independence Day celebration.
Anupama says today is Independence Day so they should fight for freedom from tears pain and helplessness.
Jaya Praises Anupama
Jaya comes there and tells Anupama that her flag was highly praised at school. Jaya Deepa Happy Independence Day. Anupama gives her a sweet and says she will soon have her own house.
She says she is also trying to make it happen and tells Deepa to keep trying too. She wishes her the best.
Toshu and Pakhi taunt Anupama
Later the Shah family enjoys the ladoos made by Anupama. Digvijay tells Leela and Hasmukh that he has noticed that their diet food control and exercise have all stopped.
He says from tomorrow they will do exactly what he says and no one will be allowed to refuse. Hasmukh says that if children are like Anupama and Digvijay then old age can never dominate them.
Toshu says Anupama and Hasmukh can say whatever they want but he should not think that after listening to them he will fall at her feet. Pakhi says she was not born to become someone’s support in their old age.
Anupama Slams Pakhi and Toshu
Anupama tells Toshu if a son is like him mother will have to learn to walk on thorns. She says daughters like pakhi mothers become independent so that they do not need to depend on anyone in their old age.
She says she has absolutely no expectations from both of them. Hasmukh says he does not have any expectations from Toshu Pakhi either. He says whatever he has to do for Anupama will do.
Toshu asks how long he is going to remain alive and questions what will happen after him. Anupama scolds Toshu. Toshu asks why she is getting so angry and says after them the house will belong to their children.
Toshu Opposes Anupama’s House Rights
Toshu says Anupama’s name was removed from the Shah surname long ago. Pakhi says she wants all of Leela’s property to be transferred to their names.
Toshu says Anupama has no legal rights over this house. He says they will not think about transferring the house to Anupama’s name. Pakhi says even if they have to go to court they will not allow Anupama to claim the house.
Hasmukh says the house they are talking about exists because of Anupama. Toshu says they should not blame them for what Vanraj did. Anupama forcefully feeds ladoos to Pakhi and Toshu. She says no matter how much sweet they eat only bitterness comes out of their mouths. She tells them not to say another word.
Anupama warns Pakhi and Toshu
Anupama says she cannot believe they are sitting there discussing their elders like this without feeling ashamed.
She warns them if they say anything wrong about Hasmukh and Leela again she will not spare them. She says she will never claim her right over this house. Toshu asks her to give it to them in writing. Anupama says Hasmukh and Leela property nothing to her she is staying there because they love her.
Hasmukh says he will do whatever he needs to do for Anupama. He says the decision about his and Leela’s share belongs to him and that neither Pakhi nor Anupama can make that decision for them.
Anupama Thinks About Her Journey
Later Anupama thinks about her past journey. Digvijay says he knows she is in a dilemma. He tells her if she wants to share it she can. She says she keeps thinking about the same thing again and again.
Digvijay tells her until she makes a decision to make her own house she should talk about it until it is fulfilled . Anupama says she used to remind herself again and again that every woman should have a house of her own. She says now the world is reminding her of the same thing.
She says she does not understand why a daughter’s thinking is not given the same importance. She says after getting their daughter married parents feel as if their responsibility is over.
Anupama Loses Hope
Anupama says no one tells a daughter she should have her own identity and make her own place in the world. No one tells her she should build her own house and create her own identity.
Anupama asks why no one says that the in-laws house is also the daughter’s home while she still has a right to have her own home. She says daughters are given dowry but they are not given rights. She says this is why even educated women continue to tolerate everything in their in-laws’ homes.
She says if working women are not able to claim their rights over their own homes then how will a housewife like her understand that she is not helpless?
Digvijay Encourages Anupama
Digvijay says the mistake is not only of parents. He says brothers, friends, husbands and sons are also responsible. He says they do not understand how important the security of a home is for their wives and sisters.
Anupama says that Toshu was right. She says she will not claim her right over Hasmukh and Leela’s house. She says that she has only made one decision to build her own house. She says she does not want to think about anything else and will stay firm on her decision.
She says now she will not change her decision. Digvijay says they need to follow up with the bank regarding the loan. Anupama says that she is completely ready.
Anupama Gets a Shock From the Builder
The next day Anupama and Digvijay visit the builder. Anupama gives him the copies of her documents and asks him to check them. The builder says her down payment has already been made.
Anupama is shocked. She says she has not given him even a single rupee. The man shows her the receipt for a down payment of five lakh rupees. Digvijay asks if she is sure because there seems to be some confusion. Anupama says that this is not her money.
Vasundhara says that she paid the money. Anupama and Digvijay are stunned. Gautam says he had told Anupama that the builder was someone he knew and could help her get a discount. He says now Anupama had Vasundhara support.
Anupama Questions Vasundhara
Vasundhara says now Anupama will have the land and a palace will be built there instead of just the house she dreamed of. He says he wishes he had the same luck and could also get his house built for free .
Digvijay tells Gautam if he does not keep his mouth shut he will not be allowed to stay there. Anupama asks Vasundhara what all this means and why she has done it. She says she had told her this house was her dream and that she would fulfil it herself.
She asks why Vasundhara needed to make the down payment for her. Vasundhara says she wanted to see the dream for which Anupama put her entire family through so much and even put Rahi’s relationship with Prem at risk.
Vasundhara Tries to Bribe Anupama
Vasundhara says she wanted to see Anupama’s dream fulfilled. She says she is fulfilling Anupama’s dream so what is the problem?
Anupama says that is walking around with Gautam and says that she respects even a slipper lying on the road more than she respects her. She says it feels strange that the same Vasundhara who was insulting her dreams until yesterday has now come here to fulfil those dreams.
Vasundhara says she is giving Anupama money to fulfil her dream. Anupama says she never asked her for help. She asks why Vasundhara is forcing her to use her money to fulfil her dream.
Vasundhara Offers Anupama a Deal
Vasundhara says she is not doing Anupama a favour. She is making a deal. She says that if Anupama accepts it she will benefit.
Vasundhara says that she wants the piece of land and Prem wants winner’s trophy.She tells Anupama to give up the trophy and she will get the land. She says Anupama has to lose to Prem.
Vasundhara says if Anupama loses to him he will be able to trust herself again and will never consider herself a loser.
Anupama Is Shocked
Vasundhara says if his wish is fulfilled she will be able to live peacefully. She says Prem’s happiness is priceless to her. Vasundhara says she can pay any price to make Prem happy.
She says she will pay the full amount for the land. She tells Anupama she only wants her to lose.
Precap: Vasundhara says ever since Prem started considering her his enemy Rahi has been caught in the middle. She says even if they win the task Prem and Rahi’s relationship will lose.
She fears that if she celebrates her victory she may have to witness Prem and Rahi’s divorce. She says that her victory could destroy her daughter Rahi’s home. Vasundhara asks Anupama to write on stamp paper that she will lose the competition by her own choice.
