Today’s episode begins with Prem trying to steal Anupama’s secret recipe diary from the kitchen. At the same time Anupama also heads toward the kitchen. Before she can see Prem Ansh calls her and she goes to him.
Prem finally finds Anupama’s recipe diary and steals it. Toshu watches everything through binoculars and is shocked. Toshu says that Prem is a big player. He says he has caught Prem stealing now he will blackmail him
Digvijay Becomes Suspicious
Prem is leaving the kitchen with the diary when he stumbles. A peacock feather falls out of the diary and lands on the floor. Prem looks up and sees Digvijay standing in front of him.
He gets shocked and quickly lies that he had come to drink water. Prem then leaves. Digvijay picks up the peacock feather and becomes suspicious.
Toshu Joins Hands with Prem
Prem shows Anupama’s diary to Shurti. Just then Toshu comes there and congratulates him. Toshu says that now Prem will definitely win.
He also tells Prem that he is on his side because helping Prem will benefit him too.
Anupama Learns About the Competition’s Surprise Task
The Kotharis leave. Digvijay receives an email from the competition organizers. He tells Anupama that there is a new task scheduled for the next day.
He says that only the person who completes the task will move ahead in the competition. The task will take place in their own cafes. Anupama becomes worried because Ansh and Prerna’s mehendi and sangeet functions are the day after tomorrow.
She wonders how she will manage both the competition and the wedding preparations. Leela asks who will complete the wedding work if Anupama focuses on the task. Digvijay says that everyone will be managed as the task is in the morning.
Anupama feels relieved. She asks Leela not to worry and thinks whatever the task is her recipe diary has a solution for everything.
Prem and Rahi Talk About the Competition
Later Shurti tells Prem that nobody knows what the surprise task will be. Rahi says that Prem will win because she trusts his hard work and talent.
shurti says she is also now sure Prem will win the next day’s task.
Anupama and Digvijay Heartfelt Conversation
At the Shah house everyone is celebrating. Anupama tells Digvijay that although the family functions are over it still feels like there is a festival in the house.
Digvijay says that it is all because of Pranshi. He says that when there is a child in the house celebrations never stop. Anupama agrees. Digvijay says that when Saavi was little while playing with her he never even realized where all his tiredness disappeared.
Anupama says that Prem and Ansh are very lucky. She feels that finding a girl like Prerna who accepted Ansh’s children as her own is nothing less than a miracle. Digvijay says that both Ansh and Prerna have always longed for their parents love.
Anupama says that Ansh never received Samar’s love and care.She believes that Ansh and Prerna will become wonderful parents. She prays that they get custody of Pranshi. Digvijay says that it will happen very soon.
Anupama Thanks Digvijay
Anupama says that all the happiness in the family today is because of Digvijay. She says that she does not know whether to thank him, bless him or scold him. Digvijay tells her to scold him.
Anupama tells him she had stopped him from going to the Kothari house but he still went. She says that she does not know what has happened to Prem because he has become rude and stubborn. Digvijay says that Prem is not rude.
He says that he even felt bad after slapping Prem and apologized for what he thought was wrong. Digvijay says he can apologize a hundred times if it brings happiness to everyone. He says just as Anupama fought for Banku he did whatever he could for Ansh’s happiness.
He tells her they are a team and asks her to trust him. Digvijay says that together they can handle everything. Anupama says that he is a very good person and thanks him. Digvijay asks her to focus on the next day’s competition task. Anupama says that she is ready.
Prem Starts Feeling Guilty
Prem decides to hide Anupama’s diary among his belongings so that Rahi does not find it. Just then Rahi and his photo frame almost fell.
Prem starts feeling guilty. He thinks that he has become a thief in his own eyes. He says himself he was once Anupama’s student and a talented chef who should have trusted his own abilities. He questions why he stole the diary.
Then he changes his thinking. Prem tells himself that if he keeps thinking this way he will never defeat Anupama. He says that this time Anupama will lose and he will win. Prem says that every battle begins by finding the enemy’s weakness.
He believes that Anupama started this battle but he will finish it. He then hides the diary.
Prem Keeps Rahi in the Dark
Rahi comes there. She says that she is very happy and thanks Prem for setting everything aside and attending Ansh’s wedding functions.
Prem says Rahi’s happiness matters to him so he had to come. He says that although relationships can become complicated the bond between brother and sister always remains strong.
Rahi says that she knows whatever battle he is fighting she will also leave everything behind because he is on the other side. Prem hugs Rahi.
The First Competition Task Begins
The next morning Anupama asks Prem if he is ready for the first task. Prem says that he is prepared and will give his best. Anupama says that she will also give her best.
Both of them leave for their cafes. Anupama lights a diya and prays to God. Prem also prays for victory. Digvijay stands beside Anupama while Rahi stands beside Prem.
The competition announcer explains that today’s task is the first step toward victory.
The winner of this task will move ahead in the competition.
Leela and Hasmukh pray for Anupama’s success. Meanwhile Toshu and Pakhi say that no matter what Anupama does Prem will win.
Khyati and Vasundhara also pray for Prem’s victory and hope that Anupama gets eliminated.
The Judges Explain the Task
The judge tells Anupama that today’s challenge is not about satisfying hunger but about satisfying the soul. He asks if she has ever suggested a dish to a customer without them asking for it.
Anupama says yes. She says sometimes she looks at a customer and feels that a particular dish will bring them comfort.
The judge then tells Prem that cooking is an art and understanding the person eating the food is also an art. He asks Prem the same question.
Prem says many times customers have told him that the dish he served was exactly what they wanted. The judge says that today they must use that skill again.
Anupama’s New Challenge
An elderly customer arrives at Anupama’s cafe. The judge says that Anupama must understand the customer and prepare his favorite meal.
A middle-aged man arrives at Prem’s cafe. The judges tell Prem that he has only three minutes to talk to the customer. They say he cannot directly ask what food the customer wants. The judges also explain the rules to Anupama and warn that breaking them will lead to disqualification.
The judges tell both Prem and Anupama to understand their customers and prepare a dish that reminds them of a beautiful memory from their lives. They have to make the customers feel so emotional that they become lost in memories while eating.
Anupama Struggles with Task
Anupama greets the elderly customer. Toshu says that she is wasting time. Pakhi agrees and says that three minutes will pass quickly. Toshu says the old man hardly speaks and believes Anupama will not learn anything.
The customer tells Anupama that he does not like talking much. He says that he did not even want to come but his granddaughter works in the company so he agreed. Leela worries about why Anupama got such a quiet customer.
Digvijay tells her not to worry because Anupama will handle it well. Anupama notices a watch on the customer’s wrist and starts a conversation about it.
Meanwhile Prem carefully studies his customer. He guesses that the man who works in the IT sector has not slept properly for many days and is stressed about project deadlines and pressure from his boss.
The customer is surprised and asks how Prem knew all that. The man says that office work, household responsibilities and EMI payments have made life difficult. He says if he did not have EMI payments he would quit his job immediately.
Shurti tells Rahi why Prem is wasting time smiling and chatting. She says that Anupama may win if he keeps doing this. Rahi tells her to trust Prem. Prem then starts talking to the customer about Kerala. The customer reveals that he is from Kochi and says that whenever he misses home.
Anupama Under Pressure
Anupama notices that the watch is a ladies watch. She asks if it belongs to his wife or daughter. The customer says that it belonged to his wife.
He shares that they spent forty years together before she passed away last year. He says that after her death he was left all alone. The customer says he no longer enjoys eating or drinking anything. Anupama becomes emotional.
She says that when the woman of the house leaves the fragrance of the home leaves with her.nThe customer starts sharing memories of his wife and mentions ingredients like jaggery and fennel seeds that she used in her cooking.
Just then the judges announce that the three minutes are over.
Precap: Ansh, Prerna, and the family get dressed in western outfits. Leela asks why everyone is dressed like that.nAnupama reveals that they are going for a bachelor party. Leela is shocked.
Later Pari arrives at the party. Ansh asks about Rahi and Prem. Rahi and Prem make a grand entry. Everyone enjoys dancing together. Meanwhile a mysterious girl keeps staring at Ansh and Prerna. At home the diya lit by Anupama in the temple suddenly goes out.
