Anupama Today episode begins with Gautam saying that he never thought Prerna would leave them like this. Vasundhara says it is good that Shruti exposed everything and threw Prerna out of the cafe. She adds that she never liked Prerna from the beginning.
Vasundhara further says that Prerna has proved that like daughter, like mother. Rahi defends Prerna and says she cannot do something like this but Vasundhara asks her to keep her thoughts to herself. Vasundhara accuses Anupama of stealing Prem’s bookings and turning Prerna against them. Prem says Anupama wants to destroy their cafe business. He believes Prerna supported Anupama more than them and was influenced by her.
Shruti says she often saw Prerna with Ansh and Anupama. She regrets not trusting her instincts earlier otherwise they would not have lost such a huge order. Prem worries that Prerna may have revealed more business secrets to Anupama. Khyati says that neither Prerna nor Anupama can do something so wrong but she is shocked seeing Prem behave this way. Vasundhara angrily asks Khyati to pack her bag to leave for the Shah house for taking Anupama side .
Anil takes a stand for Khyati but Vasundhara taunts him and says Anupama is already raising Digvijay and Banku so she can take care of Khyati and anil too.
Prem says he is tired of hearing Anupama’s name all day and asks everyone to stop discussing her at home. He tells Anil and Khyati that now he knows who truly supports him and who does not. Rahi asks Prem not to take out his anger on Khyati.
Digvijay Supports Anupama
Late at night Anupama sees Digvijay cooking in the kitchen. She asks him what he is doing. Digvijay says he was trying to make something but could not decide properly.
Anupama helps him in the kitchen. Digvijay says every difficult situation she eventually finds a solution. Anupama admits that she is tired now. Digvijay asks about Prerna. Anupama says Prerna is emotionally broken because of the way Prem and Rahi treated her. Digvijay says people who cannot value their own mother cannot value anyone else either. He feels hurt seeing how everyone keeps targeting Anupama despite everything she has done for them.
He says simple and honest people are often the ones who suffer the most. Anupama replies that now her determination has become stronger than iron. She says courage, determination and true friendship make a person unbeatable. Digvijay says that her relationships are both her strength and weakness. She compares the situation to Mahabharat and says that even Lord Krishna did not stop the war because principles are bigger than relationships.
Anupama notices a stain on Digvijay’s cheek and both laugh while trying to clean it. Digvijay quietly admires her. He asks Anupama why she never looks tired despite staying awake so late. Anupama says dreams do not let tiredness enter her eyes. According to her true dreams are the ones that push people to fly higher.
Prem’s anger turns into obsession
Prem gets angry after seeing Anupama’s food carnival form. His inner conscience questions him and asks whether he really believes Anupama betrayed him.
His conscience reminds him that Anupama is honestly working hard and also helping his cafe with customers while he is trying to destroy her chances unfairly. Prem argues that Anupama first snatched away his license and then opened a cafe to insult him. However his inner voice tells him that deep down he lacks confidence in his own abilities which is why he is behaving unfairly with Anupama.
Prem finally decides to remove Anupama’s entry form from the food carnival. He says his goal is no longer a victory but Anupama’s defeat. He declares that he will use every possible method to win this battle.
Meanwhile Anupama prays for Prem and Rahi. She asks God to guide them because now they will face each other in the same competition. She prays that the truly deserving person should win.
Pari’s Pregnancy Brings Happiness to the Kothari House
At the Kothari house Vasundhara becomes extremely happy after learning that Pari is pregnant. Raja gets excited about becoming a father and the entire family congratulates the couple.
Vasundhara gifts Pari a necklace and asks her to light a lamp before God. Meeta says Raja should be blessed with a baby boy so her status in the family increases. Anil immediately says that whether it is a boy or a girl the child will be equally loved. Meeta taunts Anil and says he could never give her the rights she deserved but Raja’s son will.
Vasundhara tells Pari that from now on her only responsibility is herself and the baby. She asks her to avoid work and take complete care of her health. Gautam silently worries that if more children are born in the family his daughter Pranshi may no longer receive all the attention and property.
Prerna Attempts Suicide
At the Shah house Anupama tries waking Prerna up but she does not respond. Leela becomes worried and asks what happened.
Hasmukh suggests calling a doctor immediately while Digvijay says they cannot waste time waiting. Prerna’s pulse becomes weak shocking everyone. Ansh and the family rush her to the hospital.
Anupama then finds Prerna’s letter. In the letter Prerna writes that neither Prem nor Rahi are responsible for her decision. She says she never became as strong as Anupama despite receiving motherly love from her.
Prerna writes that she has no true friends no family support and no courage left to live alone anymore. She says nobody should be blamed for her decision.
Anupama Blasts Prem and Rahi
Prem and Rahi reach the cafe and see Anupama in panic. Anupama angrily confronts both of them and says that if they wanted to continue their rivalry they should have kept Prerna away from it.
Rahi explains that they became angry because Prerna was sharing business ideas with Anupama. Anupama says the recipes she taught them she will never steal it. She reminds them that she spent 26 years cooking for the Shah family and learned everything through experience and hard work.
Prem says he does not want lectures from her and questions why she is overreacting for Prerna. Anupama then shocks them by revealing that Prerna tried to kill herself by consuming sleeping pills. She warns Prem and Rahi that she will never forgive them if anything happens to Prerna.
After reading Prerna’s letter Prem feels guilty and says he will never forgive himself if something happens to her.
Shruti Manipulates Prem and Rahi Again
Later Digvijay informs everyone that Prerna is now safe. Anupama feels relieved and brings Prerna back home.
Prem and Rahi decide to meet Prerna but Shruti stops them. She says this is not the right time. Rahi says Prerna needs them but Shruti manipulates them again. She says Prerna panicked after getting caught and acted emotionally in a weak moment.
Shruti says Anupama is always supporting Prerna and will eventually blame them for everything. She further warns them that if Anupama files a case against them both they and their cafe business will face public humiliation. Prem finally agrees to focus only on work.
Anupama Encourages Prerna to Fight Back
Back at home Leela asks Prerna how she is feeling. Prerna apologizes to everyone and says she lost all hope after Prem and Rahi took away the work she loved the most. She feels like she has failed in life.
Anupama emotionally encourages Prerna and tells her that life is about fighting back even after losing everything. She says people should never choose death because suicide is a sign of weakness not courage.
Anupama reminds Prerna that one life is too precious to throw away. She asks her to think about the pain her loved ones would have suffered if something had happened to her.
She motivates Prerna to stand up again and restart her life with courage. Prerna breaks down in tears while Digvijay and Anupama remain deeply worried for her.
Precap: Anupama is about to fall when Digvijay holds her. Later Hasmukh joins Anupama and Digvijay for tea. The three share a warm moment together but Leela becomes upset seeing Anupama and Digvijay bonding closely.
