Today’s episode starts with Digvijay asking Banku for another charger for laptop . Banku arrives with food and tells Digvijay that he won’t lie the food is made by Anupama. Digvijay refuses to eat. Bose scolds him saying that if Saavi were here she would have been very upset seeing food being insulted.
Bose further complains that Digvijay has already burdened Banku with too much work and still expects him to cook regularly. He had refused to cook in Anupama’s kitchen and instead she prepared the food outside. Bose asks Digvijay to at least eat it. Digvijay starts feeling uncomfortable and says he now feels like this house is no longer his but Anupama’s. He questions whether he even has the right to do anything of his own as everyone keeps interfering. Bose forcefully feeds him while Banku laughs.
Saavi’s Video Sparks Doubts in Digvijay’s Mind
Digvijay plays Saavi’s video on his laptop where she is seen cooking inspired dishes and proudly says that Mrs. Joshi is her inspiration. Bose mentions that Saavi always loved cooking.
In the video Saavi also talks about her idol Mrs. Joshi and shows Anupama’s video. The moment Digvijay hears Anupama’s voice he is shocked and Bose asks Banku if that is Anupama voice
Meanwhile Anupama talks about how beautiful Saavi’s cafe is and how much hard work she has put into it. She says if Digvijay reopens the cafe it will become even more special with Saavi’s memories. She decides that she will cook in that cafe just like Saavi once did inspired by her. However she wonders whether Digvijay will ever be able to gather the courage to reopen the cafe.
Anupama Prays for Strength
Anupama says that when the enemy is a powerful one should focus on protection rather than war. She admits she cannot fight Paul directly so she must stay cautious. She prays to God that her work succeeds this time otherwise not only she but Jaya will also suffer. She hopes that the elderly people like her food.
Leela and Hasmukh Channel Gets Disabled
Elsewhere Ishani informs Leela and Hasmukh that her channel has been disabled. Leela asks how it happened. Ishani explains that Chandrika got angry because Leela spoke against her and reported the channel.
Leela realizes that this means their podcast work has stopped and Ishani agrees that for now they have to accept it.
Digvijay Grows Suspicious
Digvijay keeps watching Anupama’s video repeatedly and recalls her cooking. He starts wondering if Saavi’s Mrs. Joshi is actually Anupama.
At the same time Anupama notices that her path is blocked. Digvijay also notices a shadow outside his house. He goes out to check but finds no one leaving him confused.
Paul and Goons Create Chaos
Digvijay’s doorbell rings. Banku opens the door and finds goons outside asking for Digvijay. Banku refuses to call him and asks them to speak properly.
Meanwhile Anupama sees Paul near her cycle. Paul taunts her asking who will save her here. He reminds her that he had warned her to leave but she didn’t listen. He kicks her tiffin spilling the food. Anupama pleads with him saying the food is for elderly people and requests him to let her go. Paul threatens her saying enmity with him is very expensive and dangerous.
Toshu Plots Against Mahi
In another scene Gautam questions Toshu about why Mahi hasn’t left the house yet. Toshu says he is already In problem and no one listens to him.
Gautam points out that Mahi is living comfortably going to the office and doing well. He gives Toshu 10 days to throw her out otherwise he will take action himself. Toshu suggests a plan he says he can’t handle office matters but je can trouble Mahi at work by overloading her taking credit for her work and forcing her to quit.
Paul Threats Anupama
The goons start beating Banku and demand Digvijay’s whereabouts. Banku refuses to tell them. Digvijay sees this and gets angry.
Paul continues threatening Anupama calling her an outsider and saying Digvijay won’t be able to save her. He even threatens to harm Jaya saying accidents can happen and her life could be in danger.
Digvijay finally steps in and confronts the goons for hitting Banku. The goons mock him and hand over a file sent by his son asking him to read it carefully. Digvijay is left shocked as the goons leave.
Anupama Takes a Stand Against Paul
Paul pushes Anupama’s cycle causing her and all the food to fall. This becomes the turning point. Anupama picks up a chain and hits Paul. She says she tolerated his insults and even the insult of food but she will not tolerate threats against her daughter especially during Navratri.
She reminds him that he falsely accused her and got her fired yet she stayed silent. But today he crossed all limits by threatening her child.
Anupama’s Powerful Speech
Anupama boldly declares that this is not just his village it is part of India and no Indian can be treated as an outsider in their own country.
She explains that all cities and villages are equal and the soil of the nation belongs to everyone. She invokes the Constitution saying it gives everyone the right to live and work anywhere. She shows the tricolor and says it is not just a piece of cloth it represents unity. She explains that Vocal for Local means taking one’s work from a village to the entire country.
Paul is forced to apologize.
Anupama Warns Paul
Anupama makes Paul apologize not just to her but also to the food and to Jaya for threatening her. He apologizes for everything. Anupama warns him that she is tolerating him only because she wants peace, but if he crosses limits again or even takes Jaya’s name she will not spare him.
She firmly declares that she will continue living and working in the village and challenges him to try and stop her.
Precap: Jaya is tricked by Rossi and taken away after being told that Anupama met with an accident. She is locked up. Anupama searches for Jaya and feels guilty for hitting Paul thinking that maybe he harmed Jaya because of her actions. She apologizes to Paul and begs him to return Jaya but Paul denies knowing anything about it.
