Today’s episode begins with Jaya asking Banku to quickly finish making the wedding boards. She also tells him to prepare for the wedding procession.
Prerna and Ansh ask what they should do to help. Anupama tells them to go inside.Prerna and Ansh ask why. Leela says in a wedding house the family members do all the work. They are the bride and groom they should rest and get ready.
Wedding Preparations Begin
Toshu says he should also get a facial. Hasmukh says Anupama is always ready to give him facial. Anupama says she is already ready. Toshu says he was only joking.
Anupama asks Prerna and Ansh to rest because they will get tired during the wedding rituals. She says they will also get tired touching the feet of all the relatives.
Digvijay says the wedding rounds will also take place late at night. Prerna and Ansh still insist on helping. Anupama asks them to sit and enjoy everyone’s company instead.
Celebrations Begin In Shah Family
Banku asks Ansh and Prerna to make their wedding boards. Kinjal jokes that now they will write each other’s names together and hopes they can manage it.
Prerna waits for a message from her brother and wonders if he will come to the wedding. Anupama notices that she is worried. Meanwhile the Shah family starts discussing whether the bride’s name or the groom’s name should be written first.
Jaya asks what the solution should be. Anupama says both partners are equally important in a marriage so it does not matter whose name comes first. Ansh says they should write Prerna’s name first.
Anupama tells Ansh to write Prerna’s name first because in their tradition the woman’s name comes first.
Prerna Breaks Down
Anupama asks Pari to drink juice because it is good for both her and her baby. She also asks Rahi to drink some.
Banku asks whether the arrangements for the bride’s and groom’s sides are complete. Digvijay says they have planned everything and are fully prepared. Hasmukh sat if Digvijay has decided something it is final.
Toshu feels frustrated and says that now everything will happen according to Digvijay. He says they have no value and compares their situation to a broken slipper. Pakhi asks him not to spoil his mood. Mahi says to start getting ready.
Just then Prerna receives a message from her brother. She becomes emotional. Everyone asks what happened. Prerna says she had hoped her brother and sister-in-law would attend her wedding but they refused to come.
Leela and Prerna Get Into Argument
Leela says it is good they are not coming.
She says Prerna’s mother is not a good person and her brother is just like her. Prerna says that no matter what they are still her family
Leela says they are bad people. Prerna says Leela Toshu and Pakhi have also made many mistakes yet she still loves them. Leela says Toshu and Pakhi may be useless but they are not killers like her mother and brother.
She asks Prerna to promise that she will never take her mother or brother’s names inside this house. Prerna asks if Leela can promise never to remember Vanraj again. Leela is shocked.
Prerna says Vanraj also hurt his family, his wife and his children but Leela still remembers and loves him because she is his mother. She says she is also someone’s daughter so how can she forget her own mother? Prerna leaves angrily.
Pakhi Tries to Create More Problems
Pakhi starts instigating everyone. She says Prerna has not even entered the house as a daughter-in-law but she has already insulted Leela.
She wonders what Prerna will do after marriage. Anupama tells Pakhi not to add fuel to the fire. Pakhi asks why Anupama is not scolding Prerna. She says Prerna is an outsider.
Anupama says Pakhi always interferes in matters that do not concern her. Leela agrees with Pakhi and says Prerna is not the right match for Ansh. Anupama tells Leela she started the argument. She says every girl remembers her mother on her wedding day no matter what kind of mother she had.
She says Prerna is missing her maternal home and she can clearly see that pain. Leela says daughters always become like their mothers.
Hasmukh Supports Prerna
Hasmukh tells Leela Pakhi is Anupama’s daughter but she did not become like Anupama. Similarly Vanraj is Leela’s son but he did not become like her either. He says Prerna will also not become like Rajji.
Rahi agrees. She says Leela is not only hurting Prerna but also Ansh. She says after losing Prarthana Ansh is smiling again for the first time. She asks Leela not to take away his happiness.
Rahi says that no matter what happens a daughter can never stop missing her mother. She says sometimes those memories bring smiles and sometimes they bring tears. Anupama becomes emotional .
Hasmukh Advises Leela
Hasmukh tells Leela that elders have certain rights but that does not mean they should ignore the feelings of the younger members.
He says the responsibility of elders is to keep the family united. If elders themselves start breaking the family apart the house can never stay together. He tells Leela everyone respects her.
He asks what will happen if everyone stops listening to her or even leaves the house. Anupama says Leela never accepted her as a daughter or daughter-in-law. She requests Leela to at least accept Prerna.
Ansh Comforts Prerna
Ansh goes to comfort Prerna. Prerna regrets speaking harshly to Leela. She says this is why she is afraid of relationships.
She says she already lost her relationship with her mother but she still kept hoping they would come to the wedding. Now even her brother and sister-in-law ignored her.
She says everyone told her about Vanraj But she used emotions by talking about Vanraj and made her argue with Leela. She feels guilty for hurting Leela. Ansh tells her this is now her home and she has the right to express their feelings. He says Leela often says things directly because she is an elder.
They may disagree with her but they should also maintain respect. To cheer Prerna up Ansh starts dancing. He reminds her that today is their wedding day and she should stay happy He also tells her that she is the most beautiful bride.
Leela Decides to Leave the House
Leela packs her bags. She asks Toshu to drop her at the railway station. Hasmukh asks if this is her new drama. Leela says she is leaving the house.
She says everyone can say whatever they want but no one should question her. Hasmukh sarcastically says that if she wants peace she can leave and he will visit her occasionally.
Leela asks if he wants to celebrate after she leaves. Hasmukh jokingly asks Toshu to go with her. Toshu says he also wants to enjoy without Leela. Leela says nobody cares about her anymore.
Digvijay tells Leela that Hasmukh is only joking. He says Leela is the positive energy of the house and the home will feel empty without her. He says Prerna is still young. She spoke in anger but she surely regrets it now.
Leela says even Ansh did not stop her. Instead he went after Prerna. Hasmukh jokes he is still standing beside Leela. He says she wants to turn Ansh into another Hasmukh. Everyone laughs.
Leela says she only feels hurt. She says girls today no longer respect elders. She says if she says something in anger Prerna should simply listen because it makes her feel respected at this age.
Prerna Apologises to Leela
Prerna comes and hugs Leela. She apologises . Ansh also requests Leela to forgive Prerna. He tells Leela she herself had spoken badly about Prerna’s mother.
Leela says Ansh has changed after Prerna entered his life. He always listened to her but now he argues with her. Prerna says Ansh was always hers before and he will always remain hers. She admits she spoke rudely especially while talking about Vanraj. She asks Leela to forgive her.
Leela refuses at first. Anupama says Leela Toshu and Pakhi behave even worse than strangers she forgives them every time. Leela says that is different.
Leela Forgives Prerna
Leela says today Prerna insulted her in front of the family, and tomorrow she may insult her in front of the whole world. Prerna tells Leela she loves her. She kisses Leela. Leela is shocked.
Prerna says cannot let her leave the house. She says she will become even better in the future. She jokingly says that if Leela still refuses to forgive her she and Ansh will run away and get married.
Leela finally forgives them. However she warns Prerna that if she insults her again she will throw her out of the house.
Anupama’s Dream House
Anupama feels relieved. Digvijay says thankfully Prerna handled the situation.Rahi says everyone should continue the wedding preparations before the auspicious time passes.
She stops in front of her dream house she wishes to own one day.
Precap: Ansh and Prerna’s wedding takes place. Meanwhile Toshu tells Prem he knows a secret. He reveals he knows Prem stole Anupama’s diary.
Toshu says if Prem wins the competition and receives 40 lakh he must give him ten percent of the prize money to keep his mouth shut
Later Anupama notices that her diary is missing. Kinjal tells everyone that the diary cannot be found.Toshu reveals in front of everyone that Prem stole Anupama’s diary.
Everyone is left shocked.
