Today’s episode begins with Ishani asking Anupama to tell them more. Leela admits she admit she messed up . She says Janmashtami came after Ganesh Chaturthi and Anupama says was the first time they all went out together to play garba.
She says she did not know Devika had brought the ghagra choli for her. Later she found out Anuj had gifted it to her. She says she wore it in front of everyone. Kinjal says it was the first time Anupama had fearlessly spoken in front of everyone. Baa asks what happened after that.
Anupama Remembers Her and Anuj Journey
Husmukh says questioning society was easy but questioning a woman by society and family was not something they could do without consequences. He says Anuj and Anupama had to pay a heavy price for it.
He says when Anupama left the house during her farewell from the Shah house she applied a victory tilak on Anupama. After Anupama left Anuj’s face and everything about him stood in front of her eyes for a moment.

Leela says the whole world was talking about them. Anupama says people had also talked about Vanraj and Kavya but she never said anything. She asks with what right they were putting such allegations on her and Anuj’s relationship.

Prem asks when she realised she liked Anuj. Anupama says she did not know what she felt for Anuj. She only knew she liked spending time with him and felt comfortable with him.
She says at that time she was living alone and working but her family could not accept that she had become independent. She says Vanraj started insulting her in front of his neighbours. Anuj could not tolerate her being insulted and told the family that he loved her.
She says it was not easy for their generation because society had been taught to think about a woman’s family and reputation instead of thinking about the woman herself.

Anupama says Husmukh made her understand things again. Husmukh says if she was not thinking about herself then someone had to think about her.
She says the world was not important to her her happiness was important. Pakhi gets irritated and says if Vanraj had been stopped he would have stayed with them. Leela says Vanraj had run away after getting angry with them. Husmukh says Vanraj had never belonged to anyone.
Anupama says after this she started thinking about Anuj. Then the accident happened but Anuj survived. After that he decided he would tell her about his feelings and told her that he loved her.

Anupama says she was trying to understand what had suddenly happened when some goons arrived there. The goons attacked Anuj and that was when she realised what Anuj meant to her.
She says she could not tell him at that time. She wanted to say it but she could not. Later she and Anuj started living together. She went to his house to help GK and take care of him.
Husmukh says Anuj was not saying anything so Anupama had to take the story forward. Rahi says Anuj is the coolest father.
Anupama Finds Love In Middle Age
Anupama says at an age when people stop expecting to find love she found love. She says the most beautiful chapter of her life started in middle age.
She says even then she could not express her feelings but she started paying attention to herself. She says whenever Anuj put a gajra in her hair with his own hands she felt special.
She says that this is why she will wear a gajra only when someone puts it in her hair with his own hands.
She hopes that Anuj will return. Leela asks Anupama about Christmas Day. Anupama says that day was a very big turning point in their relationship. Anuj held her hand and made her a part of his life.
Anupama And Anuj’s Proposal
Husmukh says that the New Year passed but Anupama still could not say anything. Rahi asks when she finally confessed her feelings. Anupama says it happened on Valentine’s Day.
She says she decided to tell Anuj what was in her heart. She was nervous so she wrote it down. She says she wrote seven words for him in English I want to grow old with you. She says it was the most beautiful moment of her life.
Ansh says the whole family should appreciate her love story. Leela asks Anupama to tell them how she proposed to Anuj. Anupama says the proposal happened slowly and naturally.
Society Mocks Anupama’s Love
She says she and Anuj laughed and cried together and in every moment their love made them live many years of life. She says Anuj waited for her for 26 years.
Anuj could have found anyone but he waited for her. She says society had a problem with their relationship. When she became a grandmother many people made fun of her marriage and taunted her but they did not care.
Then came Holi and she went to the Shah family to celebrate Holi. Leela says Anuj climbed onto the water tank and confessed his love for Anupama in front of everyone. After that they got married. Anupama says that on that day, Anuj became her Maan.
Anupama Celebrates With The Family
Anupama that the story moved forward and life changed but one thing never changed Anupama belonged to Anuj and always will until her last breath. She says many storms came but they could not erase their love.
She says Maan will become one again and wishes Anuj returns soon. She says it has become difficult for her to live without him and that she is waiting for him. Anupama gets emotional and Rahi hugs her. Later Anupama dances with the whole family and remembers Anuj.
